一、教学工作课前准备——备好课。

在本学期工作中，我坚持认真钻研教材，了解教材的基本思想、基本概念；了解教材重点与难点，掌握知识的逻辑，能运用自如，明白应补充哪些资料。坚持听课，从中学习别人的长处，领悟其中的教学艺术。每上的一节课，我都做好充分的准备，我的信念是——决不打无准备的仗。在教学中，尽量给学生一个简便的环境，但也坚持严格要求学生，逐渐培养他们对生物的兴趣。

二、教学中，备课是一个必不可少，十分重要的环节，备学生，又要备教法。

备课不充分或者备得不好，会严重影响课堂气氛和积极性，曾有一位前辈对我说：“备课备不好，倒不如不上课，否则就是白费心机。”我明白到备课的重要性，所以，每一天我都花费很多的时间在备课之上，认认真真钻研教材和教法，不满意就不收工。虽然辛苦，但事实证明是值得的

三、英语是一门外语

对学生而言，既生疏又困难，在这样一种大环境之下，要教好英语，就要让学生喜爱英语，让他们对英语产生兴趣。否则学生对这门学科产生畏难情绪，不原学，也无法学下去。为此，我采取了一些方法，就是帮忙班上的同学改英文名，尽量多讲一些关于英美国家的文化。

四、考试前进行有系统的复习，考试后进行学科总结。

从中段考试能够看出两个班的平均水平相当，八班的差生面相对较大。所以在中段考后的时间里，我把力量主要集中在两班的差生辅导上，异常是八班，以缩短差距。另外，还发现学生的综合本事不够强，所以以后的教学中要加强这方面的训练。让学生简便学，容易掌握。而期考结果证明，适当辅导差生对班的整体发展有很大帮忙。

五、教学原则

以听为首，以听助说，听说整合，听说领先，读写跟上，废止“聋哑英语”。教师全情参与课堂，建立新型的师生关系，创造一种有利于学生自主学习的氛围，高质量的上好每一堂英语课，使知识、技能、兴趣、音乐、情感、享受融为一体，让学生在身心愉悦的状态中掌握知识，在玩中体验，在体验中享受成功，在成功中激发潜能。

There are a lot of lessons which I learn every year. Looking back at my review for , one of the biggest lessons I learned is that our reactions to life’s situations is a choice, and it’s up to how we make out of situations we encounter. This realization came after a highly intense period at my job. At that time I was already a positive person, but the situation was so out of control that it really made me negative. It was after a short period of feeling miserable that I realized that the reality was such and it was up to me to make the best out of it. I could either sit and bi-tc-h about it which would do absolutely nothing to change the situation, or I could take action and make the best out of it. This small shift in my mindset created a big shift in my reality – it made me a lot more proactive and solution-oriented. It made me realize that many of us generate unnecessary baggage with negative situations in life, and it’s all about taking action to create the lives that we want. Happineis truly a choice.

一、思想方面

二、教育教学工作

本学期，我承担了学校的英语、信息技术教学工作，对于本学期的教育教学工作，我主要从以下几个方面进行总结。

（1）、课堂教学。课堂教学是学生接受新知识，教师传授新知识的一个是主要渠道。在近五年的课堂教学中，我始终如一地贯彻了英语新课程标准的理念和教育局、教研室对于小学英语教学的要求，采用任务型教学的方式组织教学，以提高学生的英语学习兴趣为为主线，以提高学生的综合语言运用能力为主要目标，通过设计各种有趣的，贴近学生生活实际的活动来实现新知识的传授，同时，突出学生的主体地位和教师的主导地位，改变教师的角色，引导学生自主学习，合作探究。实践证明，这种以提高学生学习兴趣和综合语言运用能力为经线，以任务型教学和贴近生活实际的一系列活动为纬线编织的课堂教学网络，极大地调动了学生学习的积极性和主动性，创建了一个快乐高效的英语教学课堂。

（2）、差生辅导。在我所教的学生当中，有一部分学生是由于家庭原因、身体原因、智力原因、学习态度原因等诸方面的因素导致学习成绩不理想。于是，我在工作中，除了正常的教学之外，针对差生们出现的成绩差的原因对他们进行了多种类型的辅导，如，手拉手互助学习，小组内竞赛，小组间竞赛以增强差生的自信心，个别辅导，重点督促，与家长沟通等。经过一段时间的辅导，他们都有不同程度的进步，学习的兴趣和自信心也大大提高。

（3）、理论学习和教学研究。

在搞好学生教育教学工作的同时，我不忘积极充实自己。积极学习国内外先进的教育教学理念，随时更新自己的教育教学方法和知识结构，及时了解英语教学的发展动态，学习本校前辈及校外优秀教师的先进教学方法，不断提高自己的文化修养和教育教学水平，为自己的教学研究和教学创新储备力量。

与此同时，我还不断进行教学研究，积极参加同教研组和各级教育行政部门组织的教研活动，积极撰写论文和案例，积极参加课题研究，争取最大限度地与他人交流的机会，结合自己的教学实践，敢于创新，构建符合自身特色和本校学生的新的教育方式。

三、出勤方面

本学期中我努力做到出满勤、干满点，不早退，不旷工。有事请假，到校后及时给学生补课，从没因个人私事而耽误学生一节课。积极参加县、学校等各级组织的教研会议，不缺勤，不迟到，不早退。

四、教育教学工作成绩
