光阴如梭，时光荏苒，大学毕业就匆匆过去了两年，在这两年里经历许多酸甜苦辣，既然选择了这一条路，就注定需要孤独负重前行。
一、工作情况回顾
20__年_月至20__年__月，最开始在区间现场值班，那段时间初来乍到什么都不懂，每天带个卷尺，拿本图纸到处跑，才发现“纸上得来终觉浅”学校所学与现场还是有一定的差距，其中有两件事情让我印象深刻的两件事情，一次是九号线左线IVA断面开挖的时候，我询问区间测量员现场的施工里程，我发现他给我说的里程和我记录的里程无法对应，领导叫我自己一个人拿着卷尺两米两米的测量，这时候我知道了，立场与方向不一样，别人的话不能轻信，凡是必须要自己去考证，第二次也是在区间九号线左线VA断面垫层浇筑的时候，我在现场值班，浇筑质量出现了一些问题，我尽力去管控了但是没有效果，我明白许多东西不是个人能够左右的，我们每个或者都好像飘在大海的孤舟，谁又能决定风浪下次打向哪一个方向?每天跟不同的人打交道，每天发生的事情都不一样，第一次对工地生活有了深刻的印象。
后来工作调度，调动至车站施工，车站这边环境要比区间恶劣的多，每天跟着__在工地上东奔西跑，也明白了自己工作的意义所在，知道自己应该管什么，做什么了。每天现场值班，生活单调却又有规律，那一段时间真的很艰苦，每天带着口罩下去，回来的时候口罩上面确实黑色的灰尘油烟，有时候咳出来的痰都是灰褐色的，自己用钢筋去敲焊疤，焊渣飞溅起来在脸上躺了一个小疤，现在值班打混凝土现场守了一夜，第二天开会还要被人泼脏水说现在浇筑混凝土，技术人员不到场，爬上台架上面去量超欠挖，下方装载机确来移台架，台架的晃动，差点把我摇下来了。我曾一度怀疑过人生，怀疑自己上过的大学。
再后来作业面开展的更多了，自己一个人独立去管理4A出入口衬砌施工，虽然过程中出了一些小问题，但是总体方向把控还是心里面有一个数，还是保证安全质量的前提下完成了4A出入口衬砌，当时现场施工员是一个__多岁的老隧道工，相当有经验，和他合作的这段时间确实还是收获了许多东西，在重难点问题作出确定的时候，我都会跟他商量一下，因为自己经验不足，有的时候出发点和想法都是很好的意见，到了现场确无法实施出来，这一段时间我明白了，我们技术部门就是服务于工区并管理工区，保证安全质量的前提情况下保证施工进度的最大化。
现在，人员调动原因，我也转战后勤内业资料这一块，负责据实结算、施工方案、计价已经施工资料这一块的管理，协调，感觉资料还是很乱，后期要做的工作还要好多好多。
二、自我鉴定
_年时间的工作，我对自己也有了一定的认识，先说性格方面：做事雷厉风行、风风火火，但是却有点毛躁，工作完成得快质量却不能得到保证，有时候资料修改的时间比做的时间还长。我今后一定注意这一点，做事一定要慢细。
工作方面，虽然现场管理有了一些经验，但是明显意识到自己现场管理经验还是不够的，不懂测量，许多问题上的考虑不够充分，现场管控能力还有点欠缺，方案编制过程很多问题考虑得还是不很周到，规范容易混淆，后期自己还需要加强学习与理解。
三、自我总结
这段时间，自己心境已经平静下来，知道自己需要做什么、应该做什么、想要做什么未来的路还很长自己的选择也很明确，也给自己制定了后期工作计划：
1、保证按时上下班，自己的工作加班也要按时完成;
2、抽时间学习规范、文件、图纸，每年看两本工作外的读物;
3、尽自己最大努力完成_部长_总交代的事情;
4、梳理后期资料，并及时安排人员进行修改整理;
5、经常去工地，随时掌握工地施工动态，抽空学习测量工作，争取在今年考得二级建造师证。
6、稳住自己的心情，不管任何时候，不抛弃不放弃，坚持自己选择的路。
20_年工作总结报告
在过去的一年里，在局领导和班领导的.带领与帮助下，本人取得了优异成绩并且是硕果累累！
20_年年度，本人工作认真、积极、负责！服从领导安排，及时消除路面不良隐患，始终保持路面平整，确保车辆畅通无阻。同时作好班里统计工作，每日认真登记好原始生产记录，月未全面准确及时向分局上报统计报表资料。在过去的一年里，本人在工作和在生活上还有许多做得不够的地方，需本人端正态度不断学习去完善和提高！恳望各级领导和同事指出本人不足之处！于期得到更好的工作效率的提升！

弹指之间一学期过去了，学生会宣传部在全体成员的共同努力下，虽然还没有举办特色活动，但也总算是很好的履行了本部门职责。我作为学生会宣传部干事之一，在此对过去的一年的工作做一个总结如下：
一、我的历史
我从大一上学期就开始作为助手在学生会宣传部进行锻炼，在大二开始作
宣传委(干事)在学生会工作。
二、我的工作
我们院的大部分活动基本上都需要我们宣传部对其作宣传工作，因此我们的工作比较多，在这种情况下，我们部的干事都相互配和着作出一张张海报对每个活动进行良好的宣传，而我就是这样的干事之一，虽然有时候干到很晚才回去会有点辛苦，但是感觉很充实，也锻炼了自己。
1、我们部自己的活动
“十一书画比赛”和“书画比赛”是我们部举行的针对我们院的活动，我是参赛者也算是组织者，在此活动中我协助部长和其他干事一起对参赛作品进行了评选。
2、培养新人
本学期伊始，最大的工作就是纳新，吸纳新的血液是一个部门良好运转的开端。(这话说的有点像吸血鬼，不过从我一进大学，就听学长学姐不停的说O(∩_∩)O哈哈~)事实证明，我们的新干事不仅工作积极性高，而且做事都非常认真，我们干事基本上是一对一的培养新人，努力将新一代的成员培养成我们的主力军的一部分。经过一个学期的相互了解，我们干事之间相互配合，帮互相助，形成了一定的默契。我们也要让新的成员也向我们一样共同组成了一个和谐团结向上，积极进取的团队。对此，我正手把手教会了几个助手怎么进行宣传部的工作。
3、加强与班级联系
为确保行政与班级的统一性、整体性。我们几个干事在部长的.领导下努力搭建班长和班级宣传委员的平台，如有活动便直接联络班长或班级宣传委员，形成强大的宣传阵地，加强与班级的交流与合作。并积极引导各班宣传委员转变宣传工作的思想，更新观念，希望日后能为学院活动的开展带来帮助。我主要负责我们班的宣传平台建设。
4、对其他部的协助
作为宣传部，为其他部做海报对其活动做宣传是我们的本职工作，在此不赘述。另外，在许多活动(比如：元旦晚会，60年校庆晚会，女生节晚会)上我和其他干事一起参与了会场布置。
三、有待改进之处
1、在进行学院和学生会的宣传工作时，有时我的工作做的不是很好。在宣传报道这一方面，我会进一步完善自己，做到及时、准确、高效的报道。
2、做海报时我的大胆创新意识不强，以后我将与其他干事多交流，女里改善自己
3、培养助手事有时不够耐心，我会更加耐心的培养他们。
4、作为学生会成员，就算是学生领导了，我在学习上的带头作用做的不够好，我会努力改善自己的。
四、力争实现三个目标
1、我宣传工作有新的发展，新的突破。
2、让助手们的工作扎实、新颖。
3、把学习搞上去。
本人于XX年参加工作以来，至今已两年有余，现负责三年级二班的语文教学工作。作为一个班的班主任，我一直在各方面都严格要求自己，注重为人师表和一言一行。结合自身实际，我对自己的教育工作有了以下几点认识：
一、以爱育爱，让工作更加得心应手。
低年级的孩子们虽然年龄较小，但是同样拥有自尊心。在平日的教学工作中，我坚决避免体罚与变相体罚现象，以尊重和依赖为前提，适时走心孩子们的内心，用心去感受他们的喜怒哀乐。我经常从小处着手，从学生关心的事寻求最佳教育时机，给学生春风沐浴般的教育。我的学生们和我更加亲近了，平日的教育教学工作也就变得更加顺利了。我同样这种以爱育爱的教育思想与孩子们的家长积极交流，使家长的教育更具理性，让孩子们能够更加健康、快乐的成长。
二、走近课改，让新理念牢牢扎根于心中。
目前，我校的教学改革以践行“北二三段式教学模式”为主题全面展开。在认真学习新课程理念的基础上，结合新的教学模式，积极探索更符合本班的有效的教学方法。在语文课上，我经常把语文知识与学生的生活相结合，为学生创设一个富有生活气息的学习情境，同时注重学生的探究发现，培养学生之间的互动能力，使学生的知识来源不只是老师，更多的是来自对书本的理解和与同伴的交流，促使学生在学习中学会学习。我在实践的同时，也不忘时刻反思自己的教学行为。XX年年，在学校举办的“腾飞杯”讲课比赛中，我获得了一等奖的好成绩。
三、与时俱进，让多媒体教学深入课堂。
在平时的工作中，我能和同事友好相处，本着“三人行必有我师”的原则，积极向每一位老师学习。在学校教研活动中，能够积极参加讲课及评课活动。我始终相信，在课堂教学中，没有什么论资排辈，唯有不断创新，才能让我们的课堂充满活力。我还年轻，在教育的岗位上还须不懈的努力!教育对于我来说是一门不断创新的艺术。我相信，在我不断的探索和实践中，我会渐渐成长为一个名师的!
高三是学生高中学习的冲刺阶段，对每一位任课教师来说，高三教学工作意味着紧张、忙碌、劳累，同时也意味着充实、收获和提高。从接受高三教学的那一天起，自己就明白要承担的责任，于是给自己制定计划、暗下决心，一定要踏实努力的走好高三这一年。现在到了学期末，回顾自己这一年走过的路，深感获益匪浅。回首过去，总结高三的教学，为自己的后来路和后来者留一些不算经验的经验，算是教训的教训。
一、深入研究《说明》，学习先进的经验，将理论与经验作为教学工作的指导。
新课程标准不仅强调基础知识，更注重学生能力的培养，特别是学生的实践活动能力。作为标准和方向的《考试说明》，每年都会根据实际要求调整，这种调整或改动势必会对高考起到一定得指向作用，从而要求各学科针对说明进行细致研究。在实际教学工作中，我们不断的结合实际问题，有针对性的对每一个考点进行解读，并分析比较与去年的差别，特别是结合高考试题分析，从而明确教学的侧重点，为自己的工作做了更好的指导。
同时，注重与其他教师的沟通和交流。担任过高三教学工作的老教师的经验就是最好的学习教材，这些经验都是直接得出来的，是对高三教学工作的集中反映。只有通过交流学习，才能对自己的教学和成长起到积极的促进作用和更显著的提高。特别是我校实行的集体教研活动，通过“听课——交流——实践——总结”这一途径，让自己的教学管理不断丰富和提升。
二、落实基础，强化知识点。
语文高考考点细实、知识广泛，可以说要求全面、内蕴深广;加之，随着《考纲》的不断更新，几乎每年都有一定的考试内容和范围的变动。因此，针对高考语文的特殊性，复习应该全面、系统，在横向考试内容的面上、逐一展开;在纵向、考点的落实、拓展上，必须训练到位、渗透联系。
所以我在高三初期就根据学校的要求制定了严密的教学计划。到11月初教材进行完毕，第一轮教材复习一个月左右，主要是必修五册的文言文，当然文言文也是强化重点篇目，强化大纲要求的重点实词、虚词、古今异义词和特殊的文言句式。20xx年初具体落实知识点，分点一一击破，主要是通过典型试题练习，过关检测、漏洞补查来完成，当然中间会穿插综合试卷。x月初综合复习，考——批——讲——练，每个环节落实到位。5月末到考前的查缺补漏，认真对待。
高考试题虽不直接取材于课本，但考查的知识大多是课本直接或间接涉及的内容，这一点在文言文考查和名句默写中表现得尤为突出。默写题，只要掌握课本和大纲共同要求背诵的篇目，就基本能拿满分。因此，在高三我狠抓了课本的背诵篇目，要求学生扎扎实实地复习，又一轮地测试卷、背诵。
“开卷有益”，我觉得大有道理。在高三紧张的学习之余，我还组织学生观看20xx年度感动中国的十大人物颁奖晚会，让学生积累素材，陶冶性情。
当然由于自己的年青，经验不足，也在教学中存在许多的问题。如课堂上会因为时间的不足和学生反应慢而以自己的讲解代替学生的思考，给学生自主活动的机会少，也有时会追求作业的数量而一刀切。但随着以后的教学经验的积累，自己将会及时发现问题，改正缺点。
经过一年的踏实努力，虽然成绩不是自己满意的，但自己对这一年努力的过程是无怨无悔。在此，感谢学校领导的信任，感谢老师的的支持和帮助，感谢学生给予自己的理解和配合，自己的一生也将因这一年艰辛而又快乐的路程变得更有价值和意义。同时，面对新的形势和挑战，自己将一如既往的奉献自己的才智和汗水。

Especially if you managing search for a large company you should meet with the product teams to identify products that are no longer sold. It is common in larger companies and especially in consumer electronics that

While they are no longer sold, they are still being used by consumers that will need replacement parts, services and hopefully upgrades. You can create a hybrid page that represents these options for

二、形式多样 ，广泛开展创文活动

一是强化理论引导，用社会主义核心价值观引导思潮、凝聚共识。以《培育和践行社会主义核心价值观读本》等作为重要学习内容，党员领导干部带头学、带头讲、带头实践。二是把社会主义核心价值观作为领导班子思想政治建设和党员干部学习教育的重要内容，纳入干部考核、选拔任用之中，形成德才兼备、以德为先的用人导向。另外，我局还组织进行了两次社会主义核心价值观的宣讲。
(二)开展诚信宣教实践活动
一是我局成立了“诚信教育”活动领导小组，领导小组下设办公室，具体负责诚信教育日常工作。二是开展了文明礼仪讲座和组织全体职工观看诚实守信教育短片，寓教于乐，加深学习效果，使“诚信”二字更加深入人心。
(三)坚持不懈开展学雷锋志愿服务活动
一是我局有稳定的志愿者队伍，人数有_人，占本单位

一、认真备课、面向全体授课
在教学中，认真备课，认真阅读各种教科参考书，认真编写好教案制定好教学计划，根据学生的实际学习情况和向其他教师取得的经验，不断地加以改善修改;在传授学生知识时，不厌其烦，耐心教导学生，还耐心地辅导学生复习遗
漏知识;在传授学生知识的同时，并对他们进行思想教育，教育优生帮助后进生。
二、在课堂教学中
第一、在课堂上，认真授课，运用实物教具、情景教学、手势语言等方法来启发、教育学生。教学生做游戏、唱英语歌等来激发学生的学习兴趣。鼓励学生大胆质疑，注重师生互动、生生互动的教学，充分调动学生的学习积极性。学生有疑难和不懂读的地方，我总是不厌其烦地讲解、分析、带读，力争让他们学了就懂，懂了会用。
第二、经过一个学年的训练，每个人都能说出自己的英文名字，有的学生甚至能说出其他人的英文名字。在课堂上用英文名字来点名，叫学生回答问题。
第三、用英语组织课堂教学。课堂教学用语尽管大部分相同，我注意不断适量增加新用语，逐步扩大用语量，使学生保持兴趣，经历挑战，从而日积月累，在不知不觉中得到提高。力求自己的语音、语调、语言规范和准确，并根据不同基础的学生我就调整语速的快慢。
第四、在批改作业方面。学生的作业总是按时及时地批改，并详细地做好批注，对普遍性错误，在全班重复讲解、分析。针对个别学生的作业还采取面批方法，一一地分析讲解、帮助学生解决疑难习题，提高了教学质量。
第五、在听力方面。为提高学生的听力水平，常让学生听英语歌曲及英语会话的录音磁带，还让学生表演对话，背书。
总之一学期以来，本人勤勤恳恳地做好各项教学工作，孜孜不倦地传授给学生各种英语会话知识，努力开发快乐课堂，取得了一定的成效，学生的成绩也有了提高。诚然,在教学工作中，自身尚有不足之处，还需继续努力提高自身的能力。寄望于下一学年度为提高我校学生的整体水平，营造校园的文化气氛，促进我校素质教育的发展作更大的'努力。

二、工作中的不足及改进措施
20xx年就业工作成绩的取得是张院长、郑书记等学校领导班子正确领导和大力支持的结果，是学校各职能部门密切配合、各二级学院及毕业班辅导员辛勤工作的结果，成绩属于过去，回顾一年来的工作，但也存在一些不足,具体表现在：
1、就业指导工作人员需进一步加强理论知识和专业技能的学习，方能适应新形势下的就业创业指导工作，就业创业指导教育的质量和就业工作人员的服务意识、水平有待进一步提升；
2、校企合作的深度、广度需进一步加强，校企共建实训室的进展速度较慢；
总结报告是非常实用的管理方法。它是企业提高管理水平，不断改进、提高各项工作质量的重要途径;也是企业加强知识管理、降低学习成本、减少低水平重复的重要举措。总结报告的书写能力更是一个员工知识水平、综合素质的直接体现。没有总结，就没有进步，没有系统、深刻的总结，就不要有质的进步。
作为一个职业人，要清晰总结报告不仅是个人工作的总结，更是同领导、同事沟通、交流的重要载体，因此无论是总结报告的内容，还是内容表现形式都格外重要。我个人认为，在书写总结报告时，应本着如下原则。
书写态度要“诚”。态度决定一切，写总结报告也是一样。没有好态度，写不出深刻的总结报告。很多人将写总结报告看成是应付领导，没有办法的事情。这是大错特多。对工作进行总结，是对自己劳动成果的尊重，是对自己负责的表现。只有在不断总结中，反思自己的不足，才能不断提高自己的水平。也只有不断总结，才能提高自己的总结能力。一流的人才都是善于总结的人。所以一定要以诚恳的态度来写总结报告，以虔诚之心来写总结报告，这是写好总结报告的前提。
报告概要要“明”。报告的概要很重要，对整个总结报告起画龙点睛，提纲挈领的作用。大领导时间有限，有时很难静下心来，仔细阅读整篇总结报告。他们往往仅仅看看总结报告的要点。因此，概要能否非常明确地概括整个总结报告的核心内容就显得非常关键。
提炼总结报告的概要很有讲究。首先要明确总结报告是给谁看的;他想得到哪些关键信息。在写概要时，一定要将目标对象不知道的关键信息放在概要里;将自己渴望得到对方的反馈的关键信息放在概要里。
概括成绩要“实”。很多人在写总结报告时，容易犯的错误是对成绩表述不惜笔墨，其实完全没必要。只要是做出了实在的成绩，大家都能看得到，不需要长篇累述。在总结报告中，对自己取得的成绩做到高度完整地概括就可以了。
概括自己的成绩要实事求是，不能夸大，所有的成绩都要经得起推敲。对个人的成绩，做到实事求是，是最基本的职业素质。也只有实事求是地总结自己的成绩，才能赢得领导、同事的尊重。夸大自己的成绩，贪功，将别人的成绩据为己有，是给自己找麻烦。
总结经验要“真”。总结工作经验，对个人的成长非常重要。真正有用的知识往往来自己工作中的切身感悟。与其他员工分享自己的工作经验是对公司的知识贡献。初涉职场的人往往不知道如何总结自己的经验，在总结取得成绩原因时，往往说些冠冕堂皇的空话、套话，如：“在经理的正确领导下，在同事的帮助下，经过我个人的努力，才取得了这样的成绩。”这无助于自己水平的提高。久而久之，还会让自己染上空话连篇、浮夸、不注意自我反思的毛病。
总结经验要真，并不是要求我们的经验一定要达到真理的水平，而是让我们一定要明确成绩取得的真实原因，自己在工作中的真实感悟，并将自己的真实感悟系统化，这就是总结经验的过程。这就需要我们养成善于记录，随时记录的习惯。将自己的工作感悟集腋成裘，就会成就非凡的自己。
