The great challenges that newly graduates face have attracted extensive attention of the society， which can be found in TV programs， newspapers， university classes and many aspect of our everyday life。 These challenges include independence in life and work， cooperation among colleagues， and further improving abilities to meet the requirements of jobs。
According to a survey， some newly graduates lack of the ability to work independently。 They point out the factor that in workplaces， there were no teachers to support or direct their tasks。 Then， new graduates should learn to be independent and be willing to start their jobs from the basic level， so that they could understand the industry and self-learn related skills。 Meanwhile， newly graduates should learn to cooperate with colleagues。 Different from classmates at school， colleagues usually have their own responsibilities in work and personal lives。 Thus， newly graduates need to coordinate their own time with others’ plans to maximize the cooperation efficiency。 The most important thing for newly graduates is that they should keep learning， even leaving schools。 The knowledge learned from school may be different from the requirements in the workplaces。 Therefore， newly graduates should keep improving themselves to meet the requirements of jobs。
From what has been discussed above， we may safely draw the conclusions that independence， collaborations， and comprehending new abilities are most important things to do for newly graduates。

After getting out of the ivory tower, graduates are confronted with different choices. And with the enhancement of people’s living standard, going abroad for further study has become a fever among graduates.
Going abroad is undeniably accompanied by a series of challenges, including economic burden, language barrier and culture shock. Initially, though a master’s degree maybe the threshold to most prestigious companies, overseas students have to take part-time jobs to cope with the huge living expenses, otherwise they will put great pressure on their families. Besides, language barriers also perplex overseas students since students have to spend much time learning a foreign language to understand courses. Finally, even if they have learned the language, they may make mistakes or fail to understand what the foreigners say because of the unfamiliar culture background and social customs.
Every coin has two sides. The above challenges, I should say, can be overcome by the input of time and efforts. If students can take advantage of such opportunity, studying abroad will be a worthwhile experience.
The current days have witnessed the phenomenon that a mounting number of college students are showing great enthusiasm for starting a career after graduation. Despite the seemingly promising prospect in the pursuit of earning money and realizing the value of life, they may also face a variety of challenges.
First and foremost, most students are unwilling to do fundamental jobs because they think fundamental jobs can neither bring them money nor give them benefit. Besides, some companies are too strict to students. They claim that students without practical experience are not suitable for their position. What’s more, China is a country with a large number of population, which leads to stiff competition among students.
In view of the seriousness of the problem, graduates should improve their capacity as well adjust their vision to find new chances in the job market. Dreadful as the challenges are, it is deeply-rooted in my mind that as long as graduates can arm themselves with power and determination, the ideal jobs are awaiting them.

基本结构确立后，就是语言的雕琢，首先是一些高频词的替换，例如bad, future等。其次是句型结构的多变，熟练的词性转换、适当的倒装从句的灵活运用，都可以使得句式变化多样，而且长短句结合，也使文章看起来丰富多彩，更加具有层次性。最后是句与句、段与段之间的关联，关联词和过渡句都是必不可少的，连接词使观点清晰，过渡句也起到了每段的主题句的作用，使文章更加富有层次感。

With the development of transportation system and information technology， many people choose to move to big cities for more opportunities， higher salaries， and a colorful life。 However， living in big cities also means facing greater challenges。
Firstly， the competition in big cities is much fiercer than the counterpart in small cities， because big cities gather hundreds and thousands of elites from the whole country， even worldwide。 This means you need to keep improving themselves to maintain their living conditions in big cities。 Otherwise， your place may be taken place by others quickly。
Secondly， big cities also mean higher living spend， including rent and food。 Therefore， people need to secure jobs with high salaries to pay for various expenses in big cities。
Thirdly， if young people move to big cities， it may cause that they have to leave their families， which may lead to homesickness and aloneness sometimes。 Thus， they have to either set up homes in the new cities or return their hometown after several years。
Due to the challenges mentioned above， although there are abundant opportunities in big cities， people should consider their own situations carefully， before making the decisions to move to big cities。
①With the development of economy and urbanization, the number of big cities is constantly increasing in China. ②While big cities are attracting more and more people, they also bring many challenges, such as traffic jam and pollution, just to name a few.
③The first problem that really bothers me is the traffic congestion during rush hours. I hate waiting for buses and being late for school or work. ④The next problem is that the large population in big cities makes them so crowded that we can hardly find a peaceful place unless staying at home. Supermarkets are always crowded, so are cinemas and parks. ⑤Another consequence of the large population is that it intensifies the inadequacy of high-quality medical and educational resources, thus decreasing residents' sense of happiness.
⑥As a result, although I am frequently asked whether I like to live in a big city or not, my answer is always: "no, definitely not." What about you?
