我的家在古城嘉禾县。
嘉禾远近闻名的菜肴中,狗肉算得上是极品了。俗话说:“闻得嘉禾狗肉香,神仙也跳墙。”它是依照传统秘方制作的。一般选用十来斤重的童子狗为原料,烹饪时先将狗肉的水分炒干,放水焖煮,成胶质状后,再放入调料。出锅时,淋上少量的白酒和生茶油。红烧出来的狗肉酥烂喷香,不腥不膻,“狗肉味”十足,确实是神仙也挡不住的美味。
嘉禾人做菜除用油上乘、选料精细外,在制作上也特别讲究。如“油炸肉”这道菜,是嘉禾人家家户户都会做的一道主菜。选的是农家养的土猪肉,切成块,在油锅中炸成棕褐色,再经多道工序制作而成。这种肉不油不腻,香气四溢。谁去做客,主人都想展现一下自己的厨艺,把它当成“**作”,要你先品尝一块。如你不主动,主人会趁你不备夹着大块油炸肉往你碗里放,逼得你不吃也得吃。
“走遍四水和三湘,嘉禾美食最难忘。”这话一点不假。嘉禾人不仅烹饪讲究技艺,取菜名也新颖别致:龙凤呈祥(鸡肉和蛇汤)、山道弯弯(猪崽肠)、高脚木耳(红薯叶)、仙女下凡(南瓜藤)等等,都具有诗情画意。我爱我的家乡,我爱我的家乡菜。
我喜欢吃的蔬菜是黄瓜。
《植物百科》中介绍说,黄瓜是葫芦科一年生的草本植物。果实是长圆形或者圆柱形。春天播种,花果期都在夏季。黄瓜为*各地夏季的主要蔬菜之一。
黄瓜种子是西汉时期张骞出使西域时带回中原的。原名胡瓜,因为黄瓜头上顶着一朵黄色的花,所以,名为黄瓜。黄瓜细长细长的,如一把镰刀,有的也长得直直的,像一根绿色的木棍。上面青藤一根,下面黄花一朵。有的黄瓜身上还长满了凸起来的小刺,有的黄瓜却很光滑。新鲜的黄瓜是淡淡的青黄色,果肉都是白色的,**有小仔仔,嫩的小仔仔可以吃,味道很甜,老一点的小仔仔来年能孕育黄瓜宝宝。
黄瓜洗过之后可以直接生吃,咬上一口,脆脆的,甜甜的,满嘴爆汁。吃了第一口,还想再吃第二口。黄瓜的吃法很多很多,可以凉拌,也可以做汤或者做黄瓜炒鸡蛋、黄瓜炒木耳等热菜。在春夏季凉拌黄瓜很爽口,是不错的选择,那味道可是极品中的极品。秋冬季节,黄瓜大多用来煮汤或者做黄瓜炒鸡蛋、黄瓜炒木耳等热菜。

首先,是麦饼的工艺。麦饼看起来像普通的煎饼,但往往难以做好,关键就在和面的软硬上,没一点功夫可是掌握不好的哦!先抓一团面,包入陷,再擀成饼,上锅煎。然后用筷子挑一个洞,如果面和得太软,挑不起来;太硬,有合不回去。嘿!可真是有点麻烦啊!
其次,是麦饼的味道。刚出锅的麦饼滑嫩爽口,葱香四溢。轻轻尝一口,咸咸的,香香的,令人越吃越想吃!夏天,沏一壶茶,摇着扇子,尝着麦饼,可真是一个不错的选择呀!
其实,这些都不是麦饼最让我喜欢的地方呢!麦饼最吸引我的地方就是因为它像临海的人民一样质朴无华。它不像过油肉一样有名,它也不像蟹黄小笼包般的高贵。它只是临海人民的看家小吃,它虽然没有名气,但却是临海人民最喜欢、最喜爱的小吃呢!
麦饼是我的家乡菜,临海是我的家乡,我为自己是一个临海人而感到骄傲!
