老师在学生面前敢不敢说“我不会”、“我不懂”，说了会不会降低老师的威信?事实上，任何一位老师在浩如烟海的知识面前，尤其在当今知识爆炸的时代，不可能全会、全懂。敢于承认是实事求是、诚实谦虚的表现。这样做，丝毫降低不了老师的威信。相反，会使学生感到老师更诚恳、更亲切，大大缩小了与老师之间的距离，把对老师的亲近之情转移到学习上，学好老师所教的课程。

学生提的问题老师不曾接触过，老师应该高兴，因为这说明学生的知识扩展了;学生问住了老师，老师应该高兴，因为这说明学生学会了捕捉信息的本领装作什么都懂都会的老师，学生是不欢迎的。

老师敢于承认也有不懂不会的，这是一种美德，我们应该在平凡的教学实践中对学生产生人格的熏陶和感染。
