英语听力训练技巧有哪些
集中精力去听而不看。同学们都存在一个普遍问题,那就是听听力就想着快点找到答案,所以听到哪个单词就把这个选项选上了,以外就是正确答案了,这是十分危险的做题技巧。真正听听力是要专注的去听,而不应该分神去看材料,看材料要在听听力之前去浏览。
随时随地听听力。听听力不是听一次两次就能听懂的,需要不断练习才能学会,所以可以准备一些听力材料,随时随地有空就去听,听一遍听不懂就多听几遍,直至听懂为止。学英语听力跟学歌一样,一两遍很难学会,所以要多听多练,最好能跟读。

学听力还得会说英语,你只有知道单词和句子是怎么读的,发音标准了,听听力时才不会误读误听,也不会因发音问题影响听力,从而影响做题。听听力可以泛听,也可以精听,只要是有利于自己提高听力的方式,都可以去尝试。不知道大家有没有这样的体验,当你读完高中以后,再听初中听力就会感觉很简单,说明还是我们英语水平太低,否则听力根本不是事。
1.沉着冷静,精力集中。考生务必克服紧张情绪,不要因为前一题没有听懂而影响情绪。做题时绝不能犹豫不决,以致造成一步跟不上步步跟不上的恶果。
2.听前预读,有的放矢。考生拿到试卷后,利用听之前的时间及题与题之间的间隙时间,快速抢读问题和选项,带着问题有目的地听录音能提高准确率。
3.随听随记,及时查用。对于材料中出现的一些数字、地名和人名等关键词,如果觉得没有把握,可以随听随记在草稿纸上,以便回答问题时查用,但要注意不影响听音。

我本来在自己班级里算学习比较好的,可来了这里,就完全没有了优越感,我真真切切地体会到了被拍死沙滩上的感觉!而且,在这里做的卷子也非常难,平时在班里,我虽说不能次次考满分,但95分以上还是可以的。但在这儿呢,没有不及格都是万幸了,70分都算高分了,想考90多分完全是痴人说梦!
其他人的优秀和卷子的高难度就像两座大山,死死地压在我身上,让我喘不过来气来。渐渐的,越来越多人放弃了,我也想放弃,可脑子里总有一个声音告诉我;“不要放弃,你要坚持下来,证明自己!”就这样,我竟奇迹般的坚持了下来。
终于,比赛的日子到了,我紧张的双手直冒冷汗,浑身颤抖着,连笔都快握不住了,心脏跳得快要从胸中蹦出来了,我努力让自己平静下来,一边鼓励着自己“加油,放轻松,你一定能行!”一边深呼吸,终于平静了下来,开始答题了。
答题给的时间很长,大概一个半小时,可我觉得时间溜走得太快了,似乎就一眨眼的工夫,我还没来得及检查就要收卷了,我只得依依不舍很不甘心地交了卷子。
考完试不久,便是公布成绩地日子。我看着老师在微信群里公布每个人的获奖消息,都不敢往下翻找我的,可我明白,再不敢看也总得看。于是我在心里一边祈祷着“一定要得奖一定要得奖!”一边慢慢寻找我的名字。找到了,啊,全国二等奖,我先是愣了一秒,觉得实在不敢相信自己得眼睛,紧接着就激动地蹦了起来,完全不顾周围人惊奇的眼光,随后像就一只小鸟一样,告诉周围我认识的人我获奖的消息,恨不得全世界都能知道,全世界都为我庆贺!
这就是我第一次参加英语比赛的经历,如果用一个词形容,应该可以说“苦尽甘来”吧!同时,这件事告诉我:一分耕耘,一分收获!只要坚持就是胜利!

我去的时候比赛已经开始了,只见向思璐站在上面紧张地表演着,带动着我也紧张了起来。我一看序号,呀!马上就到我了,于是我赶到座位上,其他同学都全神贯注地看着表演者,我也自作镇定的等待着。
啊,马上就到我了,我再也掩饰不住那紧张的情绪,心在不停“咚咚,咚咚”地跳着。轮到我上场了,我怀着激动而忐忑不安的心情走上了讲台。我首先敬了个礼,做了自我介绍,然后开始有声有色的表演我的节目,英语小故事《A GOOD BOY》。我平复一下自己的情绪,然后流利地讲着我的故事,边讲还边做动作,仿佛进入了天真的情境。评委老师专注地听着我的故事,不时用笔记一下什么,我看到一位评委老师的眼睛里露出了一点笑意,我如释重负。我的表演结束了,回答完老师的问题后,敬了个礼,便退场了。
比赛结束后,在回家的路上妈妈接到电话:“您的孩子成功突围,晋级决赛了。”我知道后,高兴地跳了起来,此时此刻,我想起了之前努力的情形:到老师家上完辅导课后,回家一遍又一遍的练习,经常练到晚上9点多……这些都是值得的。我现在最要感谢的是爸爸、妈妈还有那位辅导老师。

(一)克服心理障碍
针对注意力不集中产生的原因,教师要训练学生养成一旦坐下来听音,就要专心致志地听的好习惯。针对学生心理过分紧张的情况,教师要告诉学生越想听懂越可能听不懂的道理。要告诉学生不必过分注意每个细节,听时注意力要集中到内容上而不是语言上,大意上而不是细节上,正在听的材料上而不是已听过的材料上。所选听力材料要难度适中,让大多数学生能听懂,使他们体验到成功的喜悦,从而培养起自信,有自信才能发掘内在的潜力。要明确听的目的,每次听前抓住时机,快速预览。一定要先看问题,并把几个问题联系起来,根据问题对所提供的选择答案捕捉信息,对所听材料进行预测。
(二)加强语音、词汇、语法教学
要提高听力理解能力,必须要有扎实的语言基础知识。因此,在平时的教学中,要加强语音、词汇、语法方面的基础教学。语音教学方面,可在学生一上高中时,集中上几节语音课,复习国际音标,纠正有些学生的不正确发音。还要教给学生有关语调、重读、弱读、连读、失去爆破等基本语音知识,并有针对性地强化训练。词汇教学方面,可通过同音词、读音相近的词对比,提高学生的辨音辨词能力,同时要尽力扩大学生的词汇量。扩大词汇量的快捷方法是掌握构词法。
(三)加强对英美文化的导入
外语教学的目的是使人们学会跨文化交际,因此,在英语教学中应加强对英美文化的导入。针对因英美文化知识贫乏所引起的听力障碍,应该有的放矢加以弥补。教师可结合课文内容介绍相关文化背景知识,还可让学生在课外阅读中注意学习涉及英美文化方面的中英文书籍,了解讲英语地域的人文地理、风土人情等等,以增加对其文化背景知识的了解。另外, 可利用看电影学英语的方式,通过电影、电视及录像等媒体直观地获取相关信息。
(四)运用灵活有效的方法
1.注意循序渐进。英语听力的提高是一个循序渐进的过程,听力材料的选择要根据听者自身词汇量的大小及语法知识的掌握程度面定。
2.精听与泛听相结合。精听是听力的基本功,这不仅要求听者听懂文章的大概意思,还要听熟基本词汇、短语和结构。听音时可选用难度适中的配有录音文字的材料,但既不可看完文字材料再听,也不可边看边听,这样不利于听力水平的真正提高。可以先听,第一遍可能只听懂50%,第二遍可能会听懂70%,如果反复听还是听不懂的话,此时可以带着问题参看文字材料,然后再听。这样可以有效地提高听力水平。泛听的材料内容要广泛,泛听时可以不必像精听那样字字听懂,能概括大意即可。无论是精听还是泛听,听者在听音时要注意抓关键词,概括 篇章大意,可采用做笔录的方式。做笔录的目的是帮助听者记忆所听信息,可用自己熟悉的任何代码表示一个词或是一句话。如选项是数字、地名、时间、人名等信息,可直接在选项上做标记。记笔记应提纲挈领,只记住主题句和关键词即可。
3.摆正听和说的关系,以说促听。听与说是相辅相成、相互渗透的。在教学中,教师应尽量用英语组织教学,也要求学生在课堂上尽量说英语,还可开设“英语角”,尽量为学生创造听英语和说英语的环境。

一)多听

摘 要:我们知道,对于英语学习,听说读写必须样样具备,而对我们中国学生来说,说、读、写都是比较容易做到的,唯独听,英语听力严重困扰着广大的中学生。鉴于我国考试制度的原因,初中生必须加强听力训练,掌握一定的听力技巧,这样才能取得优异的成绩。随着国际交往的加深,英语已经成为主要的国际通用语言,因此,我们必须学好英语,做到能听懂、能理解英语。在本文中,笔者主要提出了一些优化初中英语听力教学的对策,希望能提高英语的听力教学效果。

对于教学和学习来说,没有捷径可走,但是也要讲究方式方法,凡事都具有一定的规律性,只要我们按照学科的特征进行教学,采取有针对性的措施,我们就会收到良好的学习和教学效果。我们知道,“学贵得法。”学习英语也有一定的方法可循。针对初中英语中的听力教学,英语教师必须熟知学情,改变现有的教学方式,革新教学环境,打造优质高效的听力课堂教学模式。
一、 革新教学环境,构建良好师生关系
以往的教学环境,往往是教师唱主角,老师的威严让学生望而生畏,由此师生之间的关系往往不融洽。初中生虽然已经有些懂事,但对老师的做法,他们还是很不理解的,为此,学生出现了厌学、甚至逃学的情况。针对初中英语中的听力教学来说,必须排除杂质,让学生在和谐有序的环境中学习,教师必须改变现有的课堂教学氛围,努力革新教学环境,构建良好和谐的师生关系。作为英语教师,我们必须按照素质教育和新课改的精神要求,实现人本化教育,主动走近学生,关爱学生,在课堂上尊重学生,理解学生,以学生的视角去关注学生,平等地对待学生,实现体验式和主体参与式教学,实现课堂教学环境的活化,打消学生的一切顾虑,营造轻松愉快的课堂教学氛围,让学生敢于发表自己的意见和看法,实现第一时间的师生交流和沟通,为有效的英语听力教学创造条件。
二、 认真备课,做好课堂规划
一堂成功的英语听力课程教学,不是毫无目的的教学,而是有针对性的计划和规划,通过一定时间的练习可以有效地提高学生的英语听力能力。我们知道,“凡事预则立,不预则废。”优质高效的听力课堂是需要师生共同打造的,对于教师来讲,要上好一堂成功的听力课,其重要的法宝就是备课,精良的备课是保障课堂教学有序有效进行的武器。教师的备课必须摆脱敷衍教学的诟病,教师备课不仅要备教材,备教参,还要备学生,备学情。首先,在英语听力课的知识方面,教师要以新大纲为指导,以教材为依据,既要防止超纲教学,又要切实达到教学目的。教材内容的设置具有极强的科学性和逻辑性,只有老师自己先明白了教材的情况,然后才能采取措施,实现高效的教学。教学的主体是老师,但教学的主要任务是学生的学习,所以,我们不能忽视学生在教学中的地位,要突出了解学生,只有掌握了学生的实际情况,我们才能对症下药,才能整合教材内容,重组听力课堂。教师的英语听力课堂备课,必须突出听力教学的重点,突破教学的难点,让学生对听力学习有信心,这就要求教师在备课的时候还要难易结合,让学生有所成就感,了解学生在英语听力上的接受能力和学习现状,了解学生之间的差异,备课时要采取合适的方法与方式对不同层次的学生进行有针对性的引导和教学。
三、 与时俱进,革新教学方法
英语听力的教学不同于简单的数学练习,它是需要花费很多时间和精力的,这就首先要保证学生不讨厌听力学习,因为长时间的反复练习会让人产生厌恶感。以往的初中英语听力教学,一般就是一开始老师就播放听力材料,学生寻找正确答案,没有留给学生一定的缓冲时间和思考的空间,往往教学效率低下。我们知道“磨刀不误砍柴工”,在英语听力课堂,我们可以先勾起学生的学习兴趣,让学生在热烈的气氛中,开展听力学习。这样,教师不可墨守陈规,要与时俱进,根据教材内容和学情来调整教学方式和教学方法。我们可以尝试,在听力课堂的起始阶段,先让学生齐唱一首英文歌曲,或者观看聆听一段英语对白视频,让学生进入听力的佳境,紧紧抓住学生的学习兴趣,吸引学生的注意力,调控学生的学习情绪,让他们尽快进入学习的状态,然后再开展听力训练,这样就会大大提高教学效果了。
要想提高听力教学的效果,老师还必须要做到给学生营造一个听力的场所,让学生敢说,能听。在日常的英语课堂教学中,多让学生参与教学过程,让学生多说多听,逐步培养听力能力。
四、 狠抓基础知识,找准方法途径
英语听力教学使学生听力和语言理解能力有机地结合,要想有较好的听的能力,就必须具备一定的英语知识,如英语词汇、语法、语音、英语国家的风俗人情等都是我们必须了解的知识,掌握这些基础知识,对提高我们英语听力的学习具有极大的帮助作用。听力教学,重在听,听的过程也是信息反馈的过程,信息反馈就需要内化知识,所以要想有良好的听力素质,就必须掌握正确的英语发音,如果没有掌握这一基本功,那么听力课就不可能达到良好的效果,听不出正确的英语词汇和语句,还谈什么理解。所以要想提高听力能力就必须苦练发音,能正确地读出音标。在日常学习中,要学会跟读,跟着磁带、光盘等英语标准人士的语音来读。听力文章都是由词汇组成的,词汇是学习英语的基础,当然也是练好听力的基础,所以初中生要想提高英语听力水平,就必须努力积累英语词汇,能熟烂于心,听到之后能争取理解句子的含义。语法作为语言的组织规律,我们在授课过程中,必须让学生学懂语法。另外还要让学生了解一些英语语系的风俗人情,这对英语课的学习也是很有帮助的。

星期天下午,我怀着快乐、激动的心情去新希望英语班。因为今天要办一个有趣的活动——英语书写大赛。
过了一会,我来到班里,看到同学们满怀信心地在草稿纸上工工整整地写上自己的大名,一遍又一遍地写一些英文单词。英语老师踏着轻快的步伐,来到班里,手里拿着一些英文稿纸,用英语说:“同学们,我们来进行书写大赛吧!要记住,开头的首写字母要大写……”很多同学都迫不及待的说:“老师,别说了,快点发吧!”

当一张洁白、干净的稿纸印入眼帘时,我的信心又回来了。我在稿纸上工整地写上我的名字。再把黑板上的英语单词和英语句子一字不落地抄写下来……
过了半响,我写完了,认真地检查一遍,又满怀信心地交给老师,老师看了看,轻声说:“好了,你回去吧!”
第二天,老师开始公布成绩。老师走了进来,一边皱着眉头,一边说:“真可惜,我们班只有一位同学获奖。她就是——孙安琪!”顿时,班里掌声如雷。我心里的那块大石头也放下了。我欣喜若狂,开心极了!

就在上周周日,我们海伦教育举办了第四届海伦杯英语大赛,我报了英语,虽然练习不是很难,但我还是要努力复习英语,争取考个好成绩。
开始考试了,我非常紧张,因为我们要听写80个单词和十个句子。一声哨下,考试开始了。老师把卷子发给我们,开始念广播,广播要念30分钟时间,给我们的时间并不多,所以我们要抓紧了,实际我很紧张,心里给自己加着油,我一定要坚持到最后。
念到第75个单词的时候,我不会了,我还没想上五秒钟,老师就开始念下一个单词了,我只能把这个单词放弃了。但下一个单词很少,我们还有15秒写的时间,于是我用多余的时间来把上一个单词补了,考试在一分一秒地进行着,同学们都非常紧张,也非常认真。老师瞪着一双大眼睛,走来走去地盯着我们,台下的我们当然不敢抄袭了。突然,老师说还剩十分钟了,我们都开始检查卷子了,因为这次报名花费了五十元,所以我非常认真地在检查,检查了一遍又一遍,检查出了三个错误。我刚把错误改好,老师突然又说:“同学们,该交卷了。”老师的一句话把我惊呆了,时间过得好快呀!
想再检查几遍的我只好交了卷,走出教室,向回家的方向走去。心里暗暗的想,我一定要得名次,一定要打进决赛,我一定要得奖。为妈妈争光,为自己争气,不要让老师失望。

夏令营刚刚结束,我们又迎来了下一场活动——CYECC青少年英语能力大赛。这是一个特别好的锻炼机会,所以我要好好珍惜。
第一天到的下午,我有幸当选了开幕式学生代表,排练了好久。第二天一早,我在所有组别选手的面前,自然自信地演绎了出来,那时,我的内心格外激动。
接下来的一下午和第三天都是比赛了,我在评委们面前留下了很好的印象。还记得,这几天的一日三餐基本上就是八宝粥和方便面了……
晚上,我主持了一场综合才艺晚会,无数名观众给我鼓掌,摄像。我不仅主持了,还唱了一首好听的彝族歌曲《彝山彝水等你来》。演出结束后,才得知我晋级拼词决赛。
我有些紧张,又有些激动。拼词是淘汰式比赛,这更给选手们增加了压力,特别考验心理素质。我前几关过关斩将,先是镇定地写下了词语,在一个个拼读出来。可是,难题不久就出现了,一个单词“medical”没有听清,就无缘了冠亚季争夺赛。下场的时候,我没有感到难受遗憾,反而笑着像大家示意。这没有什么好尴尬的,只要享受拼搏的过程就足矣了。
下午,比赛成绩出来了:我获得了个人全能一等奖和话题表达之星的奖项,这是我的第一次全国赛,去年还没有晋级呢!想想这几天,我也收获了很多:今年是我参加青少年英语能力展示活动的第二个年头了,此时此刻,我内心深处波澜壮阔。幸运的是,我不仅取得了全能一等奖和个人单项金奖的成绩。还荣幸被选上了开幕式学生代表演讲和综合才艺晚会的主持人,作为苏外的一份子,当时我感到无比激动和自豪。感谢自己当初付出的所有努力与汗水,让我最终的比赛无怨无悔,充满收获的果实与自豪,感谢陈老师,大家的成功离不开您赛前细心的指导与在校的谆谆教诲;感谢家长,平日看似平凡简单的无数次接送服务却让我们感受到了爱的真谛与力量;最要感谢还有我坚强后盾——美丽的大苏外,如果没有如此一个强大的平台,我想,我也不可能得到赛上评委专家们的认可和微笑。参与过,努力过,奔跑过,累过,也快乐过……虽然成绩上还有不足之处,我接下来会更加努力,定会越战越勇!明年定会再来赛出最精彩的自己!

一、读准英语语音,打牢英语听力基础
英语语音是英语学习的基础, 只有将语音读准确了, 学生才能学好单词, 才能提高自己的听力水平,运用英语顺利与人沟通、交流。听力练习是学生从接触英语以来就进行的训练,然而,很多学生在听力学习中却不去注意哪些单词读不准, 哪些音素读不准等等, 而这些问题的存在都会直接影响听力训练效果。因此,在听力练习中,教师要对学生容易出错的地方,读不准的音,进行专门的纠正辅导。只有英语语音的问题解决好了,听力的提高才有了基础,才有了可能。
二、教师指导学生进行大量阅读和听说训练
教师要注意培养学生的听、说、读、写各种综合技能, 要求学生坚持进行英语阅读和听说训练。同时,教师要以身作则,在用英语授课时能正确区分单词的重读、弱读、爆破及失去爆破等,还要能辩别句子的节奏以及语调等发音技巧方面的变化。只有这样,学生才能接收到正确的信息,帮助他们提高自己的阅读水平。在训练的基础上,教师可以帮助学生总结出高考听力试题的类型。在这个过程中,教师也要指导学生学会如何“听”,如熟悉听力试题的提问形式,比如对话发生的时间、地点、主题、谈话人的身份等;抓住对话中的关键句或者关键词,从而捕捉文章中的主要信息。而对于一些容易混淆的信息,学生要在听的过程中,有意识地作记录,如有选择的关键词如时间、价格、地名、人名等。

The mouse is a most effective device used by people to communicate with a computer.
For most people, it’s almost impossible to operate a computer without a mouse, let alone surf the Internet. A well-chosen mouse is really handy, flexible and convenient in controlling the screen. With the functions of ing, deleting, moving and copying, it enables us to edit test, browse web page and download what we want. It can even bring us a flood of music, movies and PC games. Just imagine, all this can be done with a cute mouse.
A convenient tool can certainly make our work easier, but it doesn’t always help in a positive way. Too much ready information on our fingertips leaves little room for knowledge pursuing. Too many ready answers make us less excited in finding truth. Relying too much on mouse clicking makes us lazier and less creative both mentally and physically.
Li Ming and I took part in a wilderness survival program yesterday,which has become an unforgettable experience.
Yesterday morning we wore strong and comfortable shoes,
carried backpacks with the necessities in them and went to the mountain. We climbed a hill. On the top we saw a direction mark, which told us where to go. Down the hill, we came to a river. There were no boats but we had to cross it. Luckily, both of us had learned how to swim. But we shouldn t make our things in the backpacks wet. Seeing a piece of board, I got an idea. We put our backpacks on the board and swam in the water pushing the board. When getting to the other bank, with the compass we found north in which direction we walked half an hour. Finally, we arrived at the campsite. We set up a tent and made a bonfire.
The two of us spent the night in the forest.
We learned to use knowledge gained in classroom training to solve problems. It was quite an experience for both of us, which I ll never forget for the rest of my life.
Today, as the life standard has improved, people have more money to chase amusement, travel is their first choice. So there are a lot of people on the journey during the public vacation, some people even quit their jobs to do it. The trip without plan was favored by many people since a few years ago, it was the attitude towards life.

Though people are proud of taking the independent travel, especially when they just go anytime and anywhere, only a few people take action. Some day, as I had the long summer vacation, I suddenly had the idea that I could take a trip without plan. So I asked two of my friends to joined my team. We booked the tickets and and hotel, then the next day, we took the train. We talked and appreciated the scenery outside the window. When we arrived the city, we just walked along the street and enjoyed the feature.

(1)英语听力训练应打好语音基础
学生在进入初中阶段,就应特别注意英语语言基础知识的学习。语音基础知识不扎实,常常造成听力理解困难,如名词的复数形式、动词的过去式分辨因素以及语流中音的省略等。因为标准的、纯正的、地道的英语口语能力的提高不仅可以提高学生的英语交际能力,也会促进其英语听力的发展。外教一对一称:听说是相辅相成、不可分割的。
(2)积累常用词汇,灵活运用语法知识
语音、词汇和语法是构成语言系统的三大要素,也是提高学生听力的基础。同鞋们将词汇放入英语语境中来记忆,把单词代入句子,带入语境。在语境中记忆单词,这样不仅有了生动形象的情景,而且也可以让学生了解这个单词的用法,从而提高记忆的质量。
(3)了解英美国家的背景知识
了解所说英语国家的文化背景对提高英语听力理解能力有很大的帮助。记得在我初中学习阶段,英语老师从未提及过去了解英美国家的文化。也不知道了解英美国家背景对英语学习有帮助。如果早知道,我就要多学点了。大嘴外教在教学课堂上,建议学生们学语言并不是单一的学语言,还应该尽可能地多了解英语国家的社会制度、风土人情、生活习俗、人们的思维方式和价值观念等。这样更有利于为学生扫除语言文化的障碍,进而获得英语听力理解和英语口语能力的提升。
(4)注意英语听力训练方式的多样性
学生在听力训练过程中应采用自己感兴趣的英语听力材料,充分调动学习的能动性,从而保证听力练习的高质量。如去英语论坛,如大嘴英语沙龙论坛,普特英语论坛,找到适合自己的学习方式。

今年7月20日,我以自己的水平选进了中国青少年英语能力大赛的全国总决赛。带着满满一整颗心的热情和兴奋,我坐着高铁来到了我们的首都——北京,作为江苏代表之一,还有点小激动呢!看着窗外迅速掠过的景色,虽然看不太清,但总给我感觉十分清新。经过整整五个小时的跋涉,可算是抵达了北京,一下高铁我就兴奋的呐喊:“冠军,我来啦!”虽然被路人用异样的眼光看着,也毫不介意。接着,我们又乘了两个小时车才到那可怜兮兮的如家酒店,住的也太差了吧!妈妈在一旁安慰我:“酒店破点不算什么,想当时越王卧薪尝胆,住的还是茅草屋呢!,最后不夺回江山了吗?”“没错没错!隔壁的阿姨说的对!”突然从墙面蹦出一句话,我和妈妈都吓了一跳,半天才反应过来。唉,隔音太差了吧!但一天奔波的疲惫,让我带着一丝丝的紧张,进入了梦乡。
