在英语课堂教学过程中,如何改变教师的教学观念,如何进行教师角色的转变,如何运用合作式手段进行教学,如何鼓励学生发挥主观能动性,使学生大脑的功能由单纯的“仓库”变成知识的“加工场”等问题,如果能得以解决,我们就会实现有效教学,达到课堂教学它应有的目的。
1 英语课程改革中教师观念的转变
从学习的内涵来看,应该转变“课堂中学英语”为“生活中学英语”。语言来源于生活,英语是一门语言,因此,英语来源于生活,又必须回归于和生活,语言只有在生活中才能赋予活性和灵性。语言强调“communication and conversation”,因此,笔者主张在生活中学英语,在活动中用英语,在英语教学中去体验英语,做到“教中做”、“做中教”、“学中做”、“做中学”,“教、学、做”统一的教学思想。即英语教学应该与实际生活结合起来,变传统中“单一的课堂中学英语”为“生活中灵活学英语、用英语”。
从学习的形式上来看,变“传统的灌输式”为互动式“在传统的英语教学中,教师特别重视学生课堂上英语知识的消化,讲究知识点的掌握程度,教学中重视课内知识的封闭传授而轻视课内外方法的开放学习,这种传统的灌输式使学生缺乏灵活性和创造性。在课堂上极大限度地为学生提供机会,使学生的主体作用得到充分的再现。教师应该改变传统的教学观念,教会学生学习英语的方法,让学生“会学”英语,培养学生和老师互动式学习,这是当今英语教学中重要的方法。
2 英语教学改革与教师角色的转变
教师由“知识的传授者”转变为:“情境的设计者、策划者”。在课堂活动开始之前,教师首先应该是一个策划者,他应当确定好教学内容,对于重点和难点做到心中有数;同时他还必须了解对象,并根据教学内容和教学对象来选择适当的教学方法,精心设计好各种教学活动。一般来说,丰富多彩的实践活动比单一不变的灌输更具有吸引力,更易于激发学生的参与意识。整个教学活动的成败在很大程度上取决于教师的策划。从“学习的管理者”转变为“学生学习互动的导演者、参与者、创造者”在教学中,我们也可以把学生比作演员,教师比作导演。教师的主要任务是领导学习活动。在宏观上要根据教学大纲的精神进行正确的导向;在微观上要在每一个教学步骤上进行演示,保证活动有组织、有计划地进行。
本学期我担任英语教学工作,在教学中我严格遵从教学的五个环节,课前认真备课,做到既备教材,又备学生,因材施教,努力实施课堂改革,积极探索小学英语快乐课堂,小学阶段英语教学的目的是:激发学生学习英语的兴趣,培养学生学习英语的积极性,使他们树立学习英语的自信心,同时培养学生一定的语感和良好的语音、语调基础,为进一步学习打下基础。在英语课堂教学中,怎样创设良好的学习氛围、激发学生的兴趣是搞好小学英语教学的重要一环。下面结合本学期教学实践总结一下教学情况如下:
一、认真备课、面向全体授课
在教学中,认真备课,认真阅读各种教科参考书,结合自己的教学经验与学生的学习情况,认真编写好教案制定好教学计划,并不断地加以改善修改,在传授学生知识的同时,关心爱护学生,特别是差生,课堂密切注意他们,教育他们求学勿半途而废,在思想教育的同时,还耐心地辅导学生复习遗漏知识。使他们的学习成绩跟上班里的其他同学。帮助他们树立学好各门知识的信心。
二、优化课堂教学,努力提高课堂效率
1、在课堂上,认真授课,运用实物教具、简笔画,情景教学、手势语言等方法来启发、教育学生。教学生做游戏、唱英语歌等来激发学生的学习兴趣。鼓励学生大胆质疑,注重以学生为主体、教师为导的教学方法,充分调动学生的学习积极性。学生有疑难和不懂读的地方,我总是不厌其烦地讲解、分析、带读,力争让他们学了就懂,懂了会用。
2、在批改作业方面。学生的作业总是按时及时地批改,并详细地做好批注,对普遍性错误,在全班重复讲解、分析。针对个别学生的作业还采取面批方法,一一地分析讲解、帮助学生解决疑难习题,大大提高了教学质量。
3、在听力方面。为提高学生的听力水平,常让学生听英语歌曲及英语会话的录音磁带,还让学生表演对话,背书。
总之、一学期以来,我努力做好各项教学工作,孜孜不倦地传授给学生各种英语会话知识,努力开发快乐课堂,取得了一定的成效,学生的成绩也有了很大的提高。

说课,是教育理论与教育实践的高度结合,要在有限的时间内(八至十二分钟)向听众阐明一节音乐课“教什么”、“怎么教”“为什么这样教”。通过说课能直观地反映出一名音乐教师的教学理念,专业素质、语言表达,逻辑思维等方面,并且说课不受时间环境空间限制。因此,不论在各学校的教师招聘中,或是教师专业比赛中说课成了必不可少的一环节。本文旨在探究音乐说课的各个环节,通过借鉴英语教学中的^v^模式使说课过程结构清晰,内容紧凑,环环相扣。本节课设计五个环节,其中对教学过程的阐述是音乐课说课的核心环节。
第一环节:对教材及学情的分析
一、开场白——在开场白中提炼说课过程
为了使听众对你的所说内容有一个整体的概括性的了解,你需要在自我介绍的环节里提炼你的说课过程。设计如下:
尊敬的各位老师,我是**来自**,今天我说课的内容是《黄水谣》。我主要从五个方面来说本课:一是对教材及学情的分析;二是对教学目标及重难点的确定;三是教学方法及手段的采用;四是对教学过程的阐述;五总结。
二、说教材、说学情——教材分析和学情分析语言简洁、准确
《黄水谣》是有是**教材第*册的一首独唱作品,选自谢星海的《黄水谣》第四乐章,歌曲为a b a’带再现的三段体结构,情绪富于戏剧性可以概括为美好——悲惨——凄惨。从学情上看,学生第四单元《保卫黄河》中已接触和了解《黄河大合唱》的相关知识,但对《黄水谣》尚不熟悉。本课为第一课时。
第二环节:对教学目标及重难点的确定
一、说教学目标——教学目标准确,教学重难点清晰、教学方法科学新颖。因此,我把教学目标确定如下:
在知识目标方面,学生可以准确把握《黄水谣》的首准节奏,理解歌曲内涵。
在能力目标方面:学生能过理解歌曲内涵前提下,驾驭歌曲情绪,生动的表现歌曲。
在情感目标方面:通过教学再现中华民族曾经的血雨胜风,学生的爱国情感,增强团结努力。
二、说重难点——依据教学目标,确定重难点。
本节课教学重点确定为:把握《黄河谣》的音准、节奏。因为旋律与节奏是音乐存在的两大基本要素。难点便是:对歌曲情绪的驾驭和表现。因为音乐是情感的艺术,演唱过程更是情感表达的过程,但这一过程通常因人而异,因此把贴近作曲家的意图,更生动地表达歌曲情绪作为难点。
第三环节:是教学方法及手段的采用
为了实践教学目标,强化重难点,我主要来用以下教学方法:
1、多媒体展示法。以此激发学生感性认识,进入歌曲情境。
2、讲解示范法。教师直观清晰向学生传达知识。
3、学生互学法与游戏练习法。前者是让一部分学生在第四环节扮演指挥家,歌唱家、舞蹈家、音乐教师等角色,实现学生互学;后者用“开火车”游戏使第三环节“跟琴填词”中,原本枯燥的学习新知过程更加紧张生动。
准备的教具有:多媒体、钢琴。
第四环节:是对教学过程的阐述
教学过程是说课的核心环节。用实用、先进的教学理念贯穿教学过程。本节课的教学过程,我借鉴使用了教学中的PPP模式,即presentation,practice,production。
一、presentation呈现
本阶段旨在唤起学生感性认识,让学生在头脑中呈现原有有关本科主题的知识体系,情绪上进入教学氛围。
导入环节:观赏^v^图片及大合唱《保卫黄河》视频,通过提问“你对《黄河大合唱》的了解?”引出冼星海及《黄河大合唱》,简介冼星海生平及《黄河大合唱》乐章。引出本节课学习的是其中的第四乐章《黄水谣》。此阶段课堂时间约为五分钟,
二、practice练习
本阶段旨在通过不同形式的练习,让学生掌握歌曲结构,旋律,情绪、演唱等知识和技能。强化重难点,做到新旧知识的融合和统一。
新授环节:
1、范唱。带着“歌曲有几段”的问题,听教师范唱。
2、配乐朗诵。带着“分别用两个形容词表达三段的情绪”的思考朗诵歌词。
3、识谱。教学实践证明,个体识谱音准节奏的偏差放在集体演唱中会有很好的改善。因此在此阶段主要采用集体视唱教学。
4、跟琴填词,此阶段是准确把握歌曲音准节奏的关键。此阶段我采用“开火车”游戏法,即一组一句接龙,活跃课堂气氛,并且容易发现学生演唱的不足之处。
5、巩固重难点。在游戏接龙中巩固教学重点、强化教学难点。
课堂教学不是知识的简单传递,而是学生主动建构的过程,通过游戏法主动建构知识,同时培养学生的协作精神,比简单的弹唱更容易让学生把握。
三、production产品
这一阶段是对新学知识的巩固和自由运用,形象的说,就是使所学内容转化为自己的产品。我是这样设计的:
1、创作。在教师是引导下,分两到三组演唱《黄水谣》。可选择多种艺术表现形式,如:指挥朗诵,独唱,齐唱,即兴舞蹈等。试一试、赛一赛。
2、颁奖。设立“最佳创意奖”“最佳演唱奖”“最佳表演奖”。力争让勇于参与的同学都能得到相应的奖励。我用的奖品便是一张卡片制作的荣誉证书。
此环节号召学生加入创作表演的队伍,既体现了以学生为主的“主体性”教学,又培养了他们的创新能力。此阶段约需10分钟。
第五环节:总结
一、活动目的
英语教学是我校的特色教学,通过举办校园英语角,开展丰富多彩的英语活动,营造良好的英语学习氛围,激发学生学习英语的兴趣,让学生在英语活动中体会到学英语、用英语的快乐并增加英语口语交流的机会,提高其口语水平。
二、活动原则
以学生为主体,不强迫学生参加,只须说明参加英语角的好处,各英语口语任课教师在课堂上鼓励学生参加英语角即可。
三、活动口号:

四、领导机构:

副组长:杜校长、余主任、刘主任、王主任
成员:全体英语教师及30名学生

1.活动宣传:活动前一至两天负责人需要张贴海报或口头将活动、讨论主题提前通知大家。校门口张贴英语角海报(刘培林负责),各任课老师负责鼓励学生主动参与英语角活动。
2.活动组织:英语老师负责,其他老师可以参与互动。
4.活动评价:老师每次以发放英语积分卡的形式对学生给予鼓励。累计积分卡可换取一份植材小学英语超级之星荣誉证书及奖品。并在英语角张贴排行榜,标注每周参与活跃班级和英语之星笑脸。

当教师是我的理想,因为我的父母都是教师,我之所以获得今天的成绩,也离不开父母的教育。教育对于每个学生都是很重要的,遇到一位好的老师,可以改变您的一生。就例如我在高中的时候遇到了我的英语老师。在高中以前,我英语成绩在所有科目中最差的,严重的偏科。当时,我的这位英语老师从我们班主任的口中了解到我的其他成绩还不错,就是因为英语偏科了,导致班里面的排名一直上不去。之后,再一次英语早读的课上,英语老师单独找我谈了很多很多东西,除了学习上的,还有生活上的,甚至是关于理想这东西。从那一次谈话后,在每次英语的早读课,他都会找我单独地辅导。而我就更用功地学习英语,认真听课,背单词。一个学期之后,我的英语成绩竟然上去了,期末考试中,因为我的英语成绩上去了,之前在班里面排名20多名的,一下仔去到了前五名。从那以后,我就更加注重英语的学习,从此摆脱了偏科的现象。

转眼间,我已上岗一个学期了。在这短短的几个月时光中,我深深的体会到了这份工作的纯真与美好。作为“孩子王”,与孩子在一起的氛围是任何现代装饰手段都无法营造。望着那一张张天真可爱的笑脸,一切的烦恼与忧愁刹那间消退,生活的诗画便在眼前飞扬,使心田灿烂,温馨甜美……我觉得小学教师是一个纯真和美好的职业。有人形容小学教师看起来永远都是那么的年轻和充满朝气。这种形容不无道理。当你面对孩子们那双清澈无比又充满童真的眼睛时,当你聆听着他们银铃般的笑声时,每个人都仿佛又重新回到了童年时光。这让我更叫喜欢这个职业,让我觉得这份职业如此纯真美好。可喜的是经过半年的学习、积累、探索,我在英语教学上日趋成熟,逐渐收放自如,总结出了一套自己的教学方法。现简单列出:
一、激发兴趣,维持激情。“兴趣是孩子们最好的老师。”使学生带着浓厚的兴趣去学习,将会使教学工作取得事半功倍的效果,这是我教学中最深刻的体会。激发小学生的学习兴趣并不难。小学生初学英语,对英语充满了好奇与向往,与中文迥然不同的语音语调使他们跃跃欲试,欧洲国家的风土人情使他们眼界大开,再加上课堂上,我使用了大量的彩图、实物、头饰、音乐等作为教学工具,设计了丰富多采的教学游戏,让学生在玩中学,在学中玩,身心愉悦地上英语课,在不知不觉中就掌握了知识,使英语成为他们最喜欢的科目。
但更重要的是将这一学习的激情保持下去。学生到了四、五、六年级,英语课便比较没有新鲜感了,而且随着内容的加深,学生也渐感吃力。对高年级的学生,一方面我适当改变教法,设计出更新颖有效的游戏活动辅助学生理解、记忆,激发学习兴趣,另一方面,也在尝试新的激情激发点。比如,在英语对话、竞赛、表演中让学生尽情、自由发挥,体验成功的喜悦与满足;在课外举行效仿欧美习俗的聚会等,让学生有机会在浓厚的英语氛围中学习英语,从而产生学英语、说英语的强烈愿望。
二、及时复习,反复操练。俗语有云:“一日不唱口生,一日不练手生。”因此,在英语教学中我要求学生必须对所学内容倒背如流,脱口而出。因此,每一内容传授完毕后,我都要求学生及时背诵、记忆,确保每一学生在单词、句子的听、说、读、写过关。每天早上,学生必须将所学内容读至少一遍以上,随时保持学习英语的最佳状态。在每一堂英语课前,我都会用英语与学生自由交谈。通过反复的操练,学生对知识自然能掌握得牢,用得活了。
三、严抓书写,打牢基础。学英语并非是一朝一夕的事。那么,基础的重要性便不言而喻了。初学时如果在书写上或是发音上有不良的习惯或错误,在以后将很难纠正。因此,在小学英语教学中,我在书写和发音上要求特别严格,哪怕是abc这样简单的字母。在书写上,我要求学生先书空,再在练习本上写,最后写到作业本上。乱涂乱画及不符合四线三格书写规则的一律重写至规范为止。“磨刀不误砍柴工”,做好了准备,打牢了基础,既使教学活动更顺利、更规范化,也为学生将来学习英语铺就一条平坦大道。
四、在英语教学中贯彻道德教育原则。教师的职责,古人概括为“传道、授业、解惑”,把道德教育放到了首位。教书必先育人,英语科也不例外。在小学英语教材中,有许多礼貌用语,如:thank you!e_cuse me,sorry。等;有教人拾金不昧的小故事;有发人深省的寓言;有宣扬团结互助的短文……我绝不放过这样的教育机会,除了句子、短文的阅读、理解教学外,更让学生去体会其中的精神。让学生在课堂模仿操练之余,也延伸到日常生活中去,成为个人的一种情操。如今,学生已将thank you!sorry,that’s all right。等挂在嘴边,文明有礼成了一种风气。
除了一般的道德教育外,我觉得英语还是最容易培养学生自信心的科目之一。刚开始学英语时,一部分人只会吃吃地笑,还有一部分人说得好像蚊子在哼哼叫。在老师的鼓励与诱导下,学生能够开口说,到大声说,不到半学期便能在大庭广众下卖弄自己的英语,这过程便是一个自信心的提升。我在课堂上极少批评打击学生,我更愿我的学生在我的good!wounderful!等肯定声中找到自我,从而信心百倍地去学下一句。
当然,在英语教坛上,我尚是一名新兵。在今后漫长的教学生涯中,我仍需要接受更严格的锻炼和挑战,不断学习,不断积累,为中国通往世界的语言桥梁添砖加瓦。

You know America is an integrated country with a history only more than 200 years. After the continent was discovered by Europe, people all over the world came here to search for their own dream. American culture lay emphasize on individuals' value: self first, personal need first. So pursue of individual benefit and enjoyment, emphasize on achieving individual value by self-strive and self-design was highly respected. That is to say they usually have an ambition or desire to gain something they need. If they gain this, they would consider him as a successful man. Maybe that’s just what we call “American dream”。
The phrase “American dream” generally refers to hopes one has for his own well-being(福利) in America. It usually means struggling to achieve their own desires and ambitions, materially or mentally or both. It is not necessarily a selfish notion(概念)。 Everyone has right to pursuit his or her dream. For some, the American dream is simply to own a home or own much money. Some wish to learn to read or run their own business. There are also those who want to get achievements in the career he or she is interested in, such as becoming a pop star or a successful sports man, just as Michel Jackson or Michel Jordan.
Having a dream is no doubt good to a person. In America, to make ones’ dream come true is to do efforts of their own. A dream motivates people to do efforts and exploit all his potential, and make the most of what they possess. So a dream is always a guiding star of one’s way to success, if only you do your effort in a right and legal way.

教学分析:由于是初一,而教学主题又是学生比较害怕的写作,因而我在教学设计的一开始就采用了比较活泼、学生乐于接受的方式开场,以消除他们的紧张感和抵触情绪。在语言的运用方面,我尽量使用浅显易懂的词汇,以激发学生的主动参与,避免因听不懂老师、看不懂题目而出现“恐学”。比如尽量使用短小单词,如facts,而避免使用information这类big words来给学生造成困扰。在教学过程 中除了使用了学生比较喜欢的多媒体方式外,在主题的切入这方面,我也做了相当的考虑,从预习范文和课上猜谜这两头出发,引导学生自己分析出写作中的信息安排和关键所在,从而写出令他们自己和老师都满意的文章,既达到教学目的,又使学生觉得乐在其中、印象深刻。

转眼间,我已上岗一个学期了。在这短短的几个月时光中,我深深的体会到了这份工作的纯真与美好。作为”孩子王”,与孩子在一起的氛围是任何现代装饰手段都无法营造。望着那一张张天真可爱的笑脸,一切的烦恼与忧愁刹那间消退,生活的诗画便在眼前飞扬,使心田灿烂,温馨甜美……我觉得小学教师是一个纯真和美好的职业。有人形容小学教师看起来永远都是那么的年轻和充满朝气。这种形容不无道理。当你面对孩子们那双清澈无比又充满童真的眼睛时,当你聆听着他们银铃般的笑声时,每个人都仿佛又重新回到了童年时光。这让我更叫喜欢这个职业,让我觉得这份职业如此纯真美好可喜的是经过半年的学习、积累、探索,我在英语教学上日趋成熟,逐渐收放自如,总结出了一套自己的教学方法。现简单列出:
一、激发兴趣,维持激情
”兴趣是孩子们最好的老师。”使学生带着浓厚的兴趣去学习,将会使教学工作取得事半功倍的效果,这是我教学中最深刻的体会。激发小学生的学习兴趣并不难。小学生初学英语,对英语充满了好奇与向往,与中文迥然不同的语音语调使他们跃跃欲试,欧洲国家的风土人情使他们眼界大开,再加上课堂上,我使用了大量的彩图、实物、头饰、音乐等作为教学工具,设计了丰富多采的教学游戏,让学生在玩中学,在学中玩,身心愉悦地上英语课,在不知不觉中就掌握了知识,使英语成为他们最喜欢的科目。
但更重要的是将这一学习的激情保持下去。学生到了四、五、六年级,英语课便比较没有新鲜感了,而且随着内容的加深,学生也渐感吃力。对高年级的学生,一方面我适当改变教法,设计出更新颖有效的游戏活动辅助学生理解、记忆,激发学习兴趣,另一方面,也在尝试新的激情激发点。比如,在英语对话、竞赛、表演中让学生尽情、自由发挥,体验成功的喜悦与满足;在课外举行效仿欧美习俗的聚会等,让学生有机会在浓厚的英语氛围中学习英语,从而产生学英语、说英语的强烈愿望。

三、严抓书写,打牢基础
学英语并非是一朝一夕的事,可谓”never too old to learn.”(活到老,学到老.)那么,基础的重要性便不言而喻了。初学时如果在书写上或是发音上有不良的习惯或错误,在以后将很难纠正。因此,在小学英语教学中,我在书写和发音上要求特别严格,哪怕是abc这样简单的字母。在书写上,我要求学生先书空,再在练习本上写,最后写到作业本上。乱涂乱画及不符合四线三格书写规则的一律重写至规范为止。”磨刀不误砍柴工”,做好了准备,打牢了基础,既使教学活动更顺利、更规范化,也为学生将来学习英语铺就一条平坦大道。
