My discussion is around things that your parents didn’t want you to do when you were a child. In my opinion , the least thing that your parents want you to do is fall in love in an early age. But I have to point out that I’m 100 percent agree with puppy love.
I’m an oral English teacher in my spare time. My thirteen years old student once told me that she kind of like her deskmate and asked me how to deal with this situation. BTW, her parents criticized her for this. To be honest, I feel a little bit angry. I told her to calm down and listen to my words, think thoroughly and follow her heart.
First of all, there’s no deny that love’s a beautiful thing. In that case, why should we refuse itIt’s ridiculous, huh. Puppy love indeed has bad influence on our study, but just like anything else, everything is a double-edged sword and I believe that it’s positive influence on our growth is far more important than that.
Secondly, a school life without dates is incomplete. Don’t you think soFall in love in an early age makes us mature and get away from childish and nave, it’s importance can’t be replaced by anything else.

很高兴与大家相聚在珠泉中学来共同商讨今年的中考。中考即将来临,相信每所学校都进入了紧张的总复习,我们学校也不例外,从三月中旬开始进入复习,到今天刚好完成第一轮复习。针对英语中考试题稳中求新、求变、求活、求进、体现新课改的特点,如何搞好中考英语复习是一个很关键的问题。在此,本人结合我校实际,向各位同仁谈谈我校对中考英语复习的做法,与大家共勉。
从近几年中考英语试题来看,去年中考的题型稍有变化,原来的情景反应是一篇文章并提出5个问题让学生回答,去年就变成了选择题;原来没有英汉互译,去年在最后一道题中加入了一篇文章式的英汉互译。前者同学们能做,但翻译对他们来说就有点难了,很多学生得不到分,另外试题覆盖的知识面较广,对学生的要求也愈来愈高,不仅加强了对英语基础知识的考查,更突出了对运用知识的能力的考查。根据我校学生的实际情况和集体办公的优势,充分发挥毕业班英语教师的集体智慧,我们采取“三轮中考英语复习法”对毕业班的英语进行总复习。所谓“三轮中考英语复习法”,首先是对课本基础知识进行梳理和复习,使用的资料是郴州版的全品。其次是对考点进行专项训练复习,使用的是毕业指导丛书。最后是对考前指导与综合性训练复习,让学生多做套题。总之要做到着眼全面,突出重点,点面结合,精讲多练,把全面复习和重点复习有机地结合起来。这样既可系统全面又有所侧面地进行复习,能使学生较好地掌握所学的知识并考出比较理想的成绩。下面就“三轮复习法”做以下说明:
第一轮是对课本基础知识复习阶段,计划在四月中旬结束。是针对学生对已学基础知识,以课本为主对重点知识进行讲解,配合全品的练习。因时间过久,特别是学生对以前所学的英语知识已遗忘,本着“依纲靠本”和“温故知新”的原则,要求学生一步一个脚印,扎扎实实搞好基础知识的复习。这一阶段主要是按教材顺序归纳语言点,讲透语言点运用,对各单元的知识要点进行梳理,同时应注重基础词汇、词组、常用句型和课本对话等知识,并通过配套练习、培养学生的运用英语知识能力。在复习过程中,还要采取一些必要的措施来巩固和增强复习效果。根据复习内容,布置适量的难度适中的课堂练习和课后练习,并及时做到查漏补缺,以充分调动学生的学习积极性和自觉性。对各单元和各课中可能作为中考考点来考的内容详细讲解和反复训练,并针对中考选出相应的试题让学生对各知识点进行训练,且还要提高学生的答题速度。
第二轮是对考点进行专项训练复习阶段,计划在五月底完成。要求突出重点,牢固掌握,同时分析研究中考说明。因为有了第一轮的复习,所以在学生对基础知识掌握得比较扎实基础上,相应地提高要求,进行系统整理消化,抓住重点,加深理解,强化记忆。要求学生对那些在教材中多次出现、反复强调的部分,应视为重点,特别加以注意。同时有针对性地指导学生记忆的方法,培养学生记忆的能力和答题的技巧。这轮复习直接关系到中考的效果。学生对知识掌握不系统、内容混淆互相干扰、解题时判断失误、易做错题目等。
针对这个问题,要求教师在这一阶段复习过程中防止简单的重复,反对面面俱到,而是要遵循精讲多练的原则,做到讲——练——评结合。既要教学生解题技巧,又要帮助学生理解题目与题目之间的联系。(如:做“单项选择”时,就要采用排除法或筛选法等,做“补全对话”时,就要根据上下文的意思来确定,做“完形填空”时,就要理解全文大意、文中提示词以及前后文之间的密切联系来解题),同时又针对近几年中考考点进行强化训练,使学生在答题时做到灵活运用,触类旁通,举一反三。
这轮的复习重要是专项复习。从农村英语教学的实际来看,学生在听、读、写等方面的能力比较薄弱。听力的考查分数是20分,因此在复习的过程中有必要进行适量的听力强化练习,不能光顾着对语言的归纳总结而忽视了听的能力的训练。这一点我校主要是用与考试题型一致的材料进行训练、培养学生听的习惯和能力。每天早读让学生听15分钟,然后让学生大声朗读,俗话说读书百遍,其义自现。再又从这几年的试题来看,逐渐加强了对考生阅读能力的综合考查。
从完形填空到阅读理解都是以短文的形式出现,这说明了试题不仅要求学生掌握所学的词汇和语法知识,还要求学生结合文章大意对其进行综合运用能力。我们学校的学生这一题的得分总是不高,因此这两类题型很有必要进行专门性的操练。使学生达到一定熟练的程度,提高学生的阅读理解能力,同时也提高学生的答题速度。
在第一、二轮复习过程中也应该培养学生的写作能力,如可以要求学生写周记,和对各种类型作文进行写作练习,而且要及时给出评价,把错了的句子与学生一起纠正。另一方面也要对单项选择、英汉互译、补全对话作专项的训练。同样做到“讲——练——评”。
第三轮是对考前指导与综合性训练复习,中考前完成。主要目的是适应中考要求,提高应试技巧。本轮侧重培养学生审题解题能力,同时要在教师指导下进行综合练习和模拟测试。因为有了前两轮的复习,学生对知识已经有了一定程度的掌握,所以要求教师全力投入到综合性的复习。具体做法是:
(一)根据今年中考题型对学生进行适应性的操练,提高学生的答题速度。
(二)初三英语备课组的老师们利用集体办公的时间,认真就以前考生易做错的试题进行分析、讨论,并再次以试题的形式出现,让考生再做和再练。
(三)在后阶段,本着“一切以学生为本”的教育思想、很有必要对考生进行心理培训和调节、以及教会他们在答题时应注意的细节。要让学生在中考中要考出好成绩,不仅仅是学好知识就可以的,它还和学生的应试心理品质有很大的关系。每年考试下来总有一些考生,本来估计应考得很好,但是结果并没有考好。分析他们的原因,往往是心理准备不足造成的。临近中考,有些学生可能会产生一种焦虑心态,觉得自己什么都没准备好,好像处处都还存在着漏洞;也有不少学生在考前情绪低落,考试时由于太在意考试结果,以致于考试过程中烦躁、紧张,影响了正常发挥。所以教师应该在中考复习的后期,对学生进行必要的考前心理指导。首先是思想上要正确面对中考,消除紧张情绪,增强信心;其次要教会他们一些调节心理的有效办法,让他们最终真正放下思想包袱,轻装上阵,以最佳的状态进入考场,考出自己应有的水平。
当然,对以上复习我们也会灵活应运,写作能力的练习我们就分散在各个星期不做集中训练了,而且也没有时间集中训练了。总之,中考是一场复杂而又精细的工程,需要师生共同努力,讲方法、策略,只要我们及我们的学生努力了,我相信定能在中考中取得较理想的成绩。让我们一起为中考努力吧!谢谢!

让孩子走向大自然,找回孩子久违的天性和乐趣,开阔他们的视野,培养他们敏锐的观察力、积极的思维力,丰富的想象力……让孩子在大自然中去实践、去探索,做一个会学习、会创造、懂生活、会生活的人吧!

While you were A little child, you thought it wAs A success thAt your pArents finAlly bought you lovely toys After you begged AgAin And AgAin. Success is the feeling you hAd when you were told thAt you won the contest. After grAduAtion, you stArted working. You were successful when you finished A complicAted tAsk very well And you were prAised. When mArried, mAybe A hAppy mArriAge And A hAppy fAmily meAnt success for you. When your child grew up, you hoped he or she Attend A fAmous university or go AbroAd to study or work, At thAt time you considered thAt wAs your success. When you were old enough And couldn't work At All, success wAs A feeling thAt your children And grAndchildren cAme to see you from A long distAnce. ActuAlly, success AlwAys AccompAnied you in your growth.
However, we hAve to Admit thAt you cAn't be successful All the time. We AlwAys meet mAny difficulties on the wAy to success. The more difficult it is, the much hAppier we Are when we succeed.
To be successful, we should hAve A cleAr Aim And then tr our best to reAch it. Wherever you go, whAtever you Are, your success belongs to yourself. It is A good feeling thAt you love it very much, And it reAlly cAn mAke you lAugh from the heArt.
一、向各位家长汇报上学期英语期末考试情况
(每个班具体情况已经在家长会上说过了,有些内容在此就省略了。)上学期我们五个班考得都很不错,班级优秀率均在百分之七十以上,最高达百分之九十三。该共六大题。第一、三大题主要考核学生对每单元句子的掌握情况,正确率较高,说明学生对该部分内容训练有素。第二题考核学生对有关颜色单词的掌握能力,掌握情况较好,某些学生出现的差错是由于年龄较小,平时对有些颜色就分辨不清。第四题考核学生英语综合运用能力,大部分学生掌握得较好,某些学生出现的差错主要是由于平时对句型听读训练不够,而且平时对该题型没有见过,导致心里紧张,影响答题。第五、六大题,主要通过每单元的对话,考核学生听的能力,正确率尚可。不足的主要原因是由于第五大题中的钟点图形印刷不清楚,而且某些学生平时对时钟的认知掌握得不够透彻。
通过上学期英语期末考试,可以发现:学生对课文基础知识部分掌握得较好,实际运用能力有待提高,教师和家长在今后的教学与课后复习指导时,要设法激发学生对此内容的兴趣并加强训练。

三、本学期英语学科的要求
在小学阶段,我们英语学科的主要目的就是培养学生具有良好的英语习惯,激发他们的英语兴趣。通过一年的英语学习,我们发现学生之间还是有差距的。由于是刚开始学英语,孩子们都很感兴趣。为什么还会有差距呢?主要是有些孩子没有养成良好的学习习惯。良好的学习习惯是需要一点一滴培养的。本学期我们主要要求孩子们做到:
1、上英语课一定要带课本

我们二年级通常是一节英语课学一篇课文,复习、读课文、做课文后的练习都需要用到课本,如果不带书会影响学习效果。上学期有一位学生经常不带书,上课总想找别人讲话,别的同学做练习时,他无事可做,结果英语学习成绩很不理想。
2、每天听读英语二十分钟,家长签字。
在小学阶段,英语学科的主要任务就是培养学生具有初步的听、说、读、写的能力。二年级的英语作业主要是听、读、背,这些作业都需要家长的督促签字。二年级的学生年龄小,能力有限,自觉性不强,需要家长的帮助和指导。英语是一门语言,必须多听多读多记,才能熟能生巧。英语学习的特点就是记得快,忘得也快,因此必须及时复习。有的学生发音不准,读课文时一定要仔细听磁带,多模仿,这样说出的英语才能比较标准。
