Can you sleep well? Maybe you think this is a funny question, but for me, is a problem.
Every time I go outside for a journey, the first night would be hard for me to fall asleep. For example, when I was on my military training（军训）， especially the first night of those days, I couldn't sleep. I tend to be awake at the most of the night because I didn't use to sleep in a new bed.
And when an important exam comes, such as the Mid-term Exam（期中考试） and the Final Exam（期末考试）， I can't sleep well, too. I still remember those nights, which were near to the Senior High School Entrance Examination. The only thing I can do was to turn my body over and over, and then fell asleep gradually.
Is this a kind of psychological disease（心理疾病）？ I don't know. But I know a way to solve this problem. I used to go for a walk and then, have a glass of milk when I was hard to fall asleep. And every time it works. So if you have the same problem troubling you, just try it!

今年我上三年级了，我们新开了一门课--英语。我有些紧张，因为我打听了一下，我许多同学暑假都补习了英语!我担心英语很难，我什么都不会怎么办?
我把我的担心告诉了妈妈，谁知妈妈很轻松的对我说:“会了不难，难了不会!英国小孩一出生就会英语?你一出生就会汉语?”我的心轻松了不少。
我每天都很用心的听磁带，上课时用心听老师讲解，积极回答问题，大胆的说出英语，上了一个星期，我感觉还不错，英语也没那么难么!星期天妈妈给我做了个小测试，结果错了三道题，听力和句子没错，都是错在eraser和crayon这俩个词上，我老是把两个词弄混。
妈妈帮我想了个点子，她说:“昨天，我们上文具店，妈妈给你买了一盒五颜六色的crayon,这盒crayon可以帮助你画出最美丽的图画。”然后妈妈就看着我，我明白妈妈的意思，就赶紧接着说:“我用crayon画画时，画错了，就用eraser擦，eraser软软的，许多同学都喜欢在用pencil在eraser上捣洞洞，我喜欢把eraser当成弹力球玩。妈妈特别讨厌我用eraser,因为妈妈认为我写作业时老用eraser就会耽误时间，还很脏!”妈妈这个方法真好，我想我以后再也不会弄混eraser和crayon了。

The Most Important Thing in My Life
Some things around us may be small, but often it 's of great value in our life. So a common thing in our daily life can even own the power to change the orbit of our life.
This is the most important thing that I would keep in mind forever. In my opinion, I did well in math and so did my classmate Jim. We often communicate with each other. Once , our school would hold a mathematics competition and make it a rule that every class only had one representative. The chance was so precious that I didn't want to miss it. But Jim was also a good competitor to me. So our math teacher give a test between us. The result was that Jim beat me by one point. How disappointed I was then! But , just after a minute, Jim turned back to my teacher and explained that our teacher had made a mistake so that it was I that should be the winner instead of him. Therefore , I finally was chosen to be the representative of our class.
Then I really didn't know how to express my feeling, but I knew that I would never forget what this thing taught me. It might seem to be a small thing but I really learned a lot from that. It tells me that I should be honest at any time and it is the best policy in our life.
马上就要迎来我们期盼已久的世博会啦！当然，城市的美好未来，需要我们去共创，我也不例外！

英语是人们交流时必学的语言。为了城市美好的未来，我们得以身作则，树立家中小榜样；讲文明，做好城市小主人；型得体，举止文明有修养……只要养成好习惯，定能终生得到大家的喜爱。
这几天学英语的热情越来越大。原本对英语全是反感，一看到就头疼，做作业总是把英语放在最后，最后还不想做，不了了之。现在是看到英语就兴奋，做作业都是先写英语。这一转变，让我很开心很骄傲，我觉得这是一个很大的转折点。
或许因为有希望，有动力，所以做起来某些事情也只是开心和享受，并不觉得厌烦。
或许将来会有一天，我和你一起出去旅游。你的英语不好，我的英语要是再不好，那多不好？总之，我们两个总得有一个英语好的吧？
我总是能看到前方的光明，未来一片美好。没有什么是过不去的，受了委屈掉几滴眼泪转身就过去了，不必记在心里，要不就是委屈了自己。我的心很小，只能选择一些东西装进去，把必要的东西扔出来丢在路上，不让自己累着。
我从不在别人背后说别人的是是非非，那是对别人的不尊重，于我也没有什么意义。我的世界很小，吃饭睡觉看风景，很简单，但也很快乐。偶尔和朋友闹了矛盾，转身就和好，真正的朋友是不会走到决裂的那一步的。如果会有决裂的一天，只能说明不是真正的朋友，只是她来到你的世界，给你上一节课，然后匆匆离开。
我的朋友不多，知心的也就那几个。但我很享受这样的小圈子小范围的生活。那种满世界都是朋友的江湖生活的确不适合我，太累，太麻烦。或许归根结底是我太懒。
昨天，妈妈对我说，让我去俞老师那学英语，并给了我考虑的时间。我爽快地答应了要求，因为我以前跟妈妈有约定，如果英语成绩不理想，就要去学。但我马上问是和哪些同学一起学习，不问不知道，一问吓一跳，妈妈竟然让我和三年级的小学生一起学习英语。
这怎么可以，人家不笑话我才怪。于是，我倔强的脾气上来了，死活也不肯去学习。这下妈妈也火了，把陈年旧账都翻出来，一股脑儿地倒向我，说我怎样地不认真，怎样地懒，不要求上进等等。我听了十分生气，眼睛一直看别的地方，对妈妈的话不屑一顾。可在心里反驳道：谁说我不想认真学习，我每次语文都希望自己得到好成绩，每道题都答的很好了才敢看下一题，作文也每次把字写得端端正正，整整齐齐才交给老师，而且我每天都认真地看书，积累好词好句。看到妈妈涨红的脸和湿润的眼角，我才极不情愿地到了那里，看着那么多陌生的面孔，心里不由得有些紧张，一颗颗晶莹的泪珠划过脸庞，但我很快又平静了下来，双手接过老师递给我的本子，仔细地看了起来，我坐在老师指定的位子上，静静地看他们是怎么上课的。

暑假里，我到青少年宫参加了英语的学习班，学英语。

As I join in this team, I have to attend a English free talk every Friday afternoon . It about one and half hour . Startedly,we didn't know what and how to talk about each other,especially me. Just our boss spoken at there. He was very unsatisfied with our performance. I knew he wanted to push ourselves to growth in the we have not enough experience in the Printer field.
I also want to performance myself to at that time, I always couldn't express my opinion cleary, The simple words disappeared from my feel anxiously .I don't know what should I thought I have not the language talent,I want to give up. Through these days practising,I found I make great progress. So I feel pleasant.
Maybe I should appreciate my boss,he give me this chance to improve my he said :"Did you meet a Boss like me would like to teach or practice his guys in working time ?"He is right,Nobody would spend much time to training a person to master the things and pay for him.
So I think I am a lucky will treasure this happy days(in HEAVEN).Maybe there have some terrible days (in Hell).

来到教室里，那里已经有十几位同学了，我有点紧张。一会儿，上课了，一位年轻的女教师走了进来，她笑着跟我们打招呼：“大家好，以后大家就叫我MissLin吧！”MissLin很亲切，她和我们一起唱歌、玩游戏、跳舞，还教了我们几个单词：morning、aftenrnoon、evening……我们都学得津津有味。接着，MissLin教我们做动作，把四个表示时间的单词用手势表示出来，然后，MissLin让我和另一个人比赛，看谁的反应比较快。MissLin说：“noon”我做出了相应的动作，很愦憾，比对手慢了一点。我心想：“这次我一定不能输。”于是，我竖起耳朵，仔细地听一下单词。接着老师又分别念出“morning、aftenrnoon、evening”等单词，我立刻做出相应的动作，这几次就比对手快了一些，我终于赢了。MissLin奖给了我一块小贴纸，上面有一只可爱的小松鼠，我高兴极了。最后，我还得到老师奖给我的一只小狸猫呢！
今天下午我过得可真快！
上周五，我像往常一样在“米休兔”学英语。下课时，老师给我们布置了一个新的学习任务——录音打卡。
我听后分外惊讶，便大声问道：“为什么？”
老师说：“因为打卡可以使你的英语朗读水平提高，同时也可以培养坚持学习的好习惯。”
紧接着，老师介绍了打卡的时间为二十一天，每天大声朗读三十分钟，如果有一天没打，就算弃权，如果打卡成功，则奖励十元钱。“
我听后，心里一阵小激动：”啊！十元钱，那可以买好多零食呀！"于是，我毫不犹豫地举手报了名。
可是，一回家我就后悔了，打卡时嘴不停地念着，一下也不能停下来，读得我口干舌燥，心慌意乱，嗓子冒烟，我真后悔呀，真是自找罪受！
第二天，我又硬着头皮读了起来，但是，这次已不像第一次那么难受了，读完后甚至感觉轻松了好多。
就这样，日复一日，渐渐地，打卡成了我每天生活的一部分，我的英语朗读水平逐渐得到了提高，朗读起来也越来越流利，妈妈听了以后还以为是放录音呢。
录音打卡过程虽然有些辛苦，但是很充实，很快乐，还使我的朗读水平提高了，还得到了妈妈的表扬，我为自己的坚持点赞，这不正是“宝剑锋从磨砺出，梅花香自苦寒”来吗？
