错误点:
1、销售员没有说明为何打电话过来,及对客户有何好处。
2、客户根本不在意你们公司成立多久,和谁谁合作,或是否曾经听过你的公司。
(客户不关心的问题,不要放在重点的开场白中,可能我们在实际中还有一些类似的问题,可能没有这么严重)
示例2:
销售员:“您好,陈先生,我是***公司市场部的张名,我们是专业提供*****的******,请问你现在在用那家公司的产品?”
错误点:
1、销售员没有说明为何打电话过来,以及对客户有何好处。
2、在还没有提到对客户有何好处前就开始问问题,让人立即产生防卫的心理。
示例3:
销售员:“您好,陈先生,我是***公司市场部的张名,前几天前我有寄一些光盘/资料给您,不晓得您收到没有?
错误点:
1、同样问题没有说明为何打电话过来,及对客户有何好处。
2、平常大家都很忙,即使收到资料也不见得会看,而且让他们有机会回答:“我没有收到。

示例4:
销售员:“您好,陈先生,我是***公司市场部的张名,我们的提供专业的****和服务的公司,不晓得您现在是否有空,我想花一点时间和您讨论/给您介绍一下?
错误点:
1、直接提到商品本身,但没有说出对客户有何好处。
2、不要问客户是否有空,直接要时间。
(这里我给大家讲一个非常贴切的例子,我们大家经常会和朋友们在一起的时候,让谁谁今天请客。
我们大多数时候会说,你要请客呀,这时候对方会反问,我为什么请客?会争论一番不一定会成功;
改变一下,你说“你今天就请客呀!”(今天要重点语调)对方就可能会说,为什么要今天?^_^,上当了,现在你们只需要和他说,那明天也行,ok,小有成就。
在改一下,“^_^,你今天收入这么多,羡慕呀,我们是去吃沸腾鱼还是烤鸭?呵呵,对方可能会说”“那就烤鸭吧,还便宜点,呵呵。)
直接绕过最初的问题,一般人会就你的话进行反映,没有了接口,也就没有了借口。

重点技巧:
1、提及自己公司/机构的名称,专长。
2、告知对方为何打电话过来。
3、告知对方可能产生什么好处。
4、询问客户相关问题,使客户参与。

3、孤儿客户法。
