1.概述

除了第一次工作人人都会有的工作难做社会难处的感悟之外,我最大的感悟就是真诚所至,金石为开。不管多难做,做好自己的那一份,总有一天会有收获,只是时间的问题。但如果你不去做,这一天永远不会像天上掉馅饼那样到来。还有我更清楚的看清了自己的不足,除去能力上的不足,我更想说的是心理的不足,这大概是大学生的通病,眼高手低。虽然我所做的不过是一份打杂的工作,更像是文秘助理,但如果我不做,在我后面有很多人等着接替我的职位。职位带给你的面子,工资带给你的生活质量都不能是你择业的首要根据。一个人对工作的态度决定了一个人能否找到工作,并且也决定了一个人能否做好工作。如果一个人眼光总是太高,可能永远也无法找到一份令自己满意的工作;相反地,如果一个人能够从自身实际出发,善于把握眼前的工作机会,并愿意为之付出,那么最后一定会取得工作上的成功。

再有就是关于人际关系方面的感悟。虽说在工作中能力必须有,但如果没有同事的合作与包容,你可能什么都做不了。以前可能是因为电视剧看的太多的原因,我总是感觉职场上充满了明争暗斗,要处事圆滑甚至耍些小聪明才能生存。但在与同事相处的过程中,我觉得更重要的是放大别人的优点,缩小别人的缺点。多站在别人的立场上想问题。电视剧中的情节都过于戏剧话了。另一方面,以前我总是觉得只要忍就可以解决一切问题。通过这两个星期的实习,我觉得硬生生的通过忍去让步不如通过考虑别人的感受作出让步来的人性化。俗话说。路遥知马力,日久见人心。扪心自问,打动我们的往往是真诚的人。

回想这两星期的经历,从一言不发到基本适应职场生活。让我更坚信老师说的那句,人的适应能力是无穷的。刚到办公室的时候除了打字什么也不会,甚至想过放弃。但想到就这么灰溜溜的回去太没面子,而且还要交报告实习报告,这无形见就给我了不少压力。虽然这些考虑都看起来很被动但却让我一次次的打消了放弃的念头。通过观察同事们的工作方法,请教同事,我从有事做漫漫的也忙了起来。忙到我开始忘记刚开始想放弃的原因。这让我想起一句广告词,一切皆有可能!其实,这次实习也不都是正面积极的让我感受到人家大爱的经历。以前总是听父母唠叨工作时经常会受上司的“气”,虽然我只实习了短短两个星期,我深刻的体会到这“气”还真不好受。自己心里很不舒服的时候,就干脆想辞职得了。但静下心来仔细想想,以后总要工作的,在别人手底下工作不都是这样么?刚开始。就应该踏踏实实的干好自己的工作,毕竟又没有工作经验,现在有机会了就要从各方面锻炼自己。不然,以后干什么都会干不好的。总之,通过这些感悟,我要更加学会珍惜。要珍惜在学校生活的每一天无忧无虑的生活,要珍惜父母的每一分辛苦赚来的钱。工作以后更要珍惜每一次的工作机会…因为懂得了它们的重要性,以后我会更加珍惜。

其四是要加强商务方面知识的学习。以前总是觉得与英语无关的商务方面的课程只要在考试之前背一下能够应付考试就可以了。但通过这次实习我发现自己错了。记住不如理解,理解又不如实践。所以说如果只是单纯背过那些概念就仿佛是只是认识这个人,而不是了解所以是做不了朋友的。

Agreement to Terminate the Labor Contract

这次实习我主要负责的是办公室文秘的工作。第一次走进办公室,一切都是那么陌生,所有的工作人员都各自忙着,仿佛没有人注意到我,这让我本来激动的心情多了一些慌乱。这个时候我想起了在学校时老师对我我们说的一句话,人的适应能力是无穷的。于是我深深的吸了一口气准备迎接接下来的一个个挑战。说是文秘,其实我主要负责的就是打打文件,接接电话。多亏以前的练习,我的打字技术和质量足以应付领导交给我的任务。虽然只是坐了一天,但我还是感觉挺累的,再加上宿舍的简陋条件,生活真是给我上了意义非凡的一课,以前家长跟我们说一千遍挣钱多不容易,不如我亲身经历一天的感悟。

刚开始的几天就这么不咸不淡的过去了。在学校学到的东西并没用到多少,同事们也因为彼此工作没有交集依然十分陌生。只是见面打招呼的交情。看着他们整天忙碌着,闲暇之余彼此开开玩笑,觉得他们真的是一个集体,而我却像个局外人般悠闲。我想我不能再这样下去,于是,在办公室,有闲的时候就会看一些计算机方面的书,虽然自己所学的专业在此时没有派上什么用场,但我觉得应该多学点,以丰富自己的能力。

但这样下去也不是办法,复印、传真、等文秘工作我都还没有掌握。终于有一天我鼓起勇气向一名看起来很面善的年轻女同事请教了这方面的内容。没想到她不仅告诉了我发传真的方法还跟我说理很多文秘需要注意的事项。她告诉我文秘必须态度认真,细心,不能疏忽大意,不能马虎潦草。比如说办理公文,就要保证文件的质量,用词要准确,材料要真实,抄写要认真,校对要仔细,力求每一个环节都不发生差错。否则就会耽误工作,甚至酿成难以弥补的损失。最后为了让我掌握发传真的方法她又交给我一份需要发的传真让我练习。回到自己的座位上我一边体会着同事跟我说的话,一边发传真,当听到传真发送成功后的“嘟嘟”声,我便又小小地得意一番,虽然很傻,但至少又学会了一项办公器材的用法。

在这里我要特别感谢这位前辈,她不仅教给了我很多有用的东西,还把我介绍给其它的同事认识,以帮助我提高工作方面的能力。慢慢的我也不在只是闷着头做,遇到疑难的问题就请教这些前辈们,我觉得自己开始融入这个集体了。在做打字发传真等枯燥工作的时候,我不止一次的幻想着公司忽然有英文的文件需要翻译,在大家焦头烂额,手足无措的时候,我镇定的走出来然后利用在学校学到的知识解决这个棘手的问题。但当幻想成为现实的时候,我却慌了阵脚。因为文件涉及的化学产品,金属元素等专有名词我连读都有困难更不用说翻译了。我只有达开电脑利用金山词霸一个个的查。即使这样还经常是单词的意思查到了却连不成句。仅仅四页纸我翻译了一天半。

最令我没有想到的是,我在大二学的国际贸易实务的通选课竟然在我阅读合同等文件时帮了我很大的忙,也节省了我不少时间。那些时常出现的诸如FOB、CIF之类的贸易术语都是我们课上最主要的内容。在学习的时候只是单纯的背过,并没有真正了解它们的含义。例如合同,它是履行的依据,是成立的条件,品质、品名、数量、包装、价格、保险等条款缺一不可。因为涉及双方的利益,而商家又以追求最大利润为目标,所以划分的越详细,责任也就越明确,也就可以避免一些不必要的纠纷。可见做生意来不得半点马虎。

实习的另一个关键是学习对人怎么说话、态度及其处事。以前老听哥哥姐姐们念叨还是在学校好,当时还特幼稚的想,学校有老师管着有什么好的啊!现在才看请其实到那里都有人管。在学校可以没心没肺的开玩笑,但走上工作岗位之后,说话做事都要谨慎,要有技巧,实习报告《商务英语实习报告》。像我这样毫无社会经验的黄毛丫头,说话做事毫无技术含量,所以最好还是少说多做。

通过两星期的实习,我对复印、传真、公文处理等文秘工作都基本熟练。在领到实习工资的那一刹那,我真的有种激动和不安的感觉。那是自己辛辛苦苦工作换来的。多少天的困难和疲惫总算有收获。但更重要的是,我拥有了一笔丰富的经验财富,
