Accordingly, it is imperative for us to take drastic and effective measures to control this situation. Firstly, we should appeal to the government to make strict laws and regulations to ban smoking in public places. As for ourselves, we should take practical actions to stop smoking and protect our living environment. Only in this way can we have opportunities to expect a beautiful world and a bright future to come.
考研英语发展到今天已经非常科学标准，对于每个同学来讲最重要的一点是，同学们要知道究竟我们的考研英语在21世纪的05年之后它是一个什么样的变化，其实从05年到今天已经差不多有5年的历史了，我们看到每一年考研英语的大纲在稳定中可能有局部的微调，比如像一些单词的变化，其它的一些形式内容包括题目来源都是没有变化的。
关于同学们关注的新大纲变化，从我个人角度来讲，我认为仍然是延续了去年的一种标准与科学。今天想和大家说，如果你已经走进了夏季考研备考的队伍，尤其对考研英语这个项目来说，我建议大家还是应该重点的把自己的目光去了解一下我们在去年大纲之后包括我们在历年真题当中，所有的这些老师和同学们一起了解研究过程中我们所体会的一些重要信息。
关于大纲怎么变，我想说今年仍将延续去年的风格。整个100分的试卷，三个部分构成，英语知识的运用，阅读部分，写作。
关于完形填空部分，题目来源肯定还是和之前一样的，完型的表现形式是每篇280个单词左右20个空白每个空白4个选项，但是考点是应该没有变化的，比如说像一些连接词关联词的问题，副词的关联词的问题，最明显的一个话题就是曾经20xx年考试的时候第一篇英语知识的运用和第一个分考的就是一个副词inside，作为一个关联处理，那么类似这样的一种考点是不可能变的。
阅读：传统的四篇阅读。从去年和前年来讲我们的文章几乎都是让同学们能够看懂的，但是很多同学反映文章都看得懂，就是题目做不对。为什么?英语复习到了这个时候，必须结合真题，去洞悉为什么会有这样的选题出现，直白的说英译汉的功底，也就是同学们在复习时一定重点强调的是定点的英译汉，看明白是基础，重点在理解。
翻译。从形式上来讲，变化应该不会太大，从近几年的考题当中也看到，同学们的翻译水平也在不断的提高，这也是一个可喜的现象。以上这70分和09年下午考试的形式应该是一样的，那么我对考试的预测我觉得也是这样，“不变中如何发现变化”。
写作。同学一定注意对情景的描述很重要。20xx年大纲对写作的诠释应该说是和20xx年的诠释是一样的。
最后我们总结一下，对新大纲诠释：变或不变都是微调，变永远是对的，因为变是绝对的，但是我们说不变中会有一些细微的小小的变化，这小小的变化主要是一些内容。
关于暑期复习：熟悉真题，记笔记，认真接受辅导老师的教授。英语知识运用：必须要花时间;阅读：四篇传统阅读理解，花时间是肯定的，态度一定要端正，英译汉的功底要重视，同时近年的真题一定要非常熟悉，要有价值的重复;写作：水到渠成。一定要多看，多练，写出来了到底怎么样，符不符合命题老师的审视。

考生注意：
虽然是投诉信，最后一段依然要期待回信，礼貌表达。注意投诉信和建议信有可能一起考：投诉并提出相关建议。这要引起重视，只需要把投诉信和建议信的句型融合一下即可。
一、要量化分数
确定自己应该能写到哪个档次的水平。做到心中有数。从大小作文来看，“稳拿”的分数究竟在哪一个档次，在此基础上，能力范围之内再做提升。如果基础相对比较弱的同学，不要一味地追求高，难的写作风格，一不留神容易出错，适得其反。其中，针对所有学生的建议就是：小作文要做到：“简单”，不要特别复杂的词与句;“正确”，尽量做到不要出现错误就好，词汇的正确性，语法结构的正确使用都是很重要的;“清晰”，针对性的做到题干要求的一定要写到，最好做到在句与句之间的层次，逻辑以及条理清晰。而对于大作文，除了做到上面要的几点之外，就要求大家尽量学习一些词汇和句式都相对高级点的来做替换，在大作文上面尽量体现自己的语言水准。
二、量化文章的字数
考研英语的写作是有字数要求的，一般小作文100字，大作文，英语一的要求是200字，英语二的要求是160左右。一般建议大家可多不可少，但是字数多的话也要适度，超出要求范围20个字左右可以接受，要考虑到万一写太多，一是错误出现的概率比较大，二来对于阅卷老师来讲会觉得啰嗦，不能在规定的范围内完成思想的表达;三则会导致卷面留出来的写作空间不够大家发挥就更加麻烦了。那么常规来看，写三段，这就要求大家做到能量化在每一段能够写的字数范围大概在多少字。比如，如果是图画描述，最好能控制在50字左右，从句子的量化来看，差不到3-4句话，有长有短，可以保证在有限的字数之内规定应该能完成的任务要求。而对于最后的段落则是弹性相对比较大的，可根据前文的结构和字数来调整最后一段到底写多少是合适的，如果前文篇幅较长，后文则简单收尾，不必太细化。但是，如果前文相对内容有欠缺，字数太少，则可根据最后一段做弥补。
三、突击大作文第二段
从重要性来讲，还是从字数来讲都是考生最为关注的一段。也是用所谓的“模板”最少的一段，那么如果想做到有话可讲，则要尽可能细的列提纲，(考场上时间是不允许的)。所以在接下来不到一个月的复习过程当中，要尽量做到每写一篇大作文都要打草稿细化第二段的内容，做到结构合理，内容不重复，然后再在前期积累的基础上做到字词句的丰富化和多样化，最后又有亮点的体现，以保证作文能够在最后有一个很大的提升，争取取得比较满意的成绩!
在任何专业或学科中，英语不仅是考生考研的必备水平，也是让他们最头疼的一门考试。从小学到考研，有多少学生跌出英语，没有突破。那么怎样才能突破考研的关口呢？首先要树立信心。许多人越来越不想学英语，因为他们努力学习，然后他们没有得到好的结果。他们越不想学，就越难。树立良好的信心和毅力，输不起。下面是给考生的一些英语学习技巧。
首先，词汇
许多人认为他们英语不好的根本原因是词汇量太小。所以无论什么英语考试，第一件事就是背单词。因为每个人背单词的方式不同，最有效的背单词方式也不同。最重要的是在学习英语的初期，找到自己背单词的方法。这里我给大家一些建议，供大家参考。
如果你觉得自己基础差，但是考研要背单词，时间充裕。可以先选一个比较简单的单词书，比如四六级的单词书。比如四级词汇书上说四级需要4750个单词。事实上，即使你在六级之后读了它，你仍然会觉得有很多单词你记不住了。这4500个单词中，有些你一定不熟悉。熟悉就看一遍。如果每天能看100个单词，45天就能看完，比直接看考研的单词还快。之后如果还有时间可以背一些比较难的单词书。这样做的目的是避免因为单词太多而失去对一些简单单词的掌握。
不要光背单词。如果你的计划是每天花6个小时学英语，那就觉得基础不好就背单词，然后在这6个小时里完整的背单词。这样做是非常不可取的。这里我举个例子。如果你是羽毛球新手，想先练习发球，如果一直练习发球，经过长时间的练习，发球可能会有进步，但整体羽毛球技术很难提高。学习英语也是如此。背单词需要一个小时，阅读需要一个小时，翻译需要一个小时。
背单词的时候注意它的用法，尽量自己造句联想。如果每一个单词都用句子和联想来背，单词的形象就会深刻。作为高题量，心烦的时候看专业课，背单词，能让你快速专注一件事，让自己高度集中。
二.阅读
阅读是提高英语学习的根本途径。在阅读中，你可以学习单词、语法和英美文化，这可以从整体上提高英语水平。考试中的阅读与词汇或背单词有关，但阅读中遇到的单词会让人记忆深刻。想考研，时间不急的话，平时可以看看英文报纸。如果你看不懂，你可以用字典试着翻译一本。
三.书写
写作要注意语法和句子结构。写作中抛弃简单句总是好的，哪怕是用和连接。比如你想说我想说的话，第一反应可能是我觉得……但是我觉得换成我怀疑会更好。尽量不要在你的写作中频繁使用我想……我……你可以试着用一些名词做主语，或者定语从句和非限制性定语从句，让你的句子更高级。同样，你可以用高级词汇代替简单词汇，强迫自己接受更高更难的写作技巧。

考生注意：
邀请信第二段是邀请的具体内容，包括地点、时间、主要内容等等。考生要根据题目的具体要求来写，务必明确完整，不可含糊其辞使对方捉摸不定，信中要写明场合、地点、年月日及具体时间。
这个判断要从三方面去理解。
首先看向考纲中的评分细则，官方考纲对于第五档（A节9－10分，B节17－20分）的评分标准要点：
考试大纲里规定了五个方面的评分细则，分别涵盖了“1.内容要点，2.语法和词汇， 3.语法错误， 4.衔接和层次， 5.格式和语域。”
可以看出细则1，3和5是属于基础要求，即不要跑题（细则1），没有错误（细则3），格式正确、语言得体（细则5），而细则4规定了衔接词的使用，即衔接词是明确得分点之一。和写作能力最相关的是第2条，“使用丰富的语法结构和词汇”，但是显然这一条讨论的仍然是语言的形式本身，丰富的语法结构包含什么呢，比如倒装句、非谓语动词、插入语、虚拟语气、强调句、并列句、被动语态、从句等等，也就是说阅卷老师并不十分关心大家在运用英文写作时内容是否逻辑严密、明确具体，而是更关心大家对语言的控制力。
这种重语言形式而轻内容的倾向，也和实际的阅卷过程息息相关。全国每年有几百万份试卷，一篇作文的评分时间是30-40秒，这就决定了在阅卷时没有时间成本去细究内容层面的逻辑是否严密连贯，论点是否新颖独到，只要没有明显的硬伤即可。
其次，考研英语作文的命制风格也与其评分标准相适应，究竟是先制定了作文评分标准再命题，还是先命制题目再制定评分标准，是一个先有鸡还是先有蛋的问题，已不得而知。但是可以明确的是作文题目命制风格和评分标准高度一致，下图是近五年的英语一作文真题。
近五年的考察的话题分别是“以身作则”“实干”“直面挑战的勇气”“坚持”“习惯（或时间管理）”。可以看出，都是一些较为抽象和宏大的品质，对比雅思写作题目，比如“很多人从乡村迁往城市，你从多大程度认为这是一个好的趋势？”，要完成这样一篇开放式作文，大部分同学能思考出相应中文观点就很不容易了，更不要说有相应的词伙积累（例如shortage of labour, job opportunities, improve living standards, consumer goods, public services等）来支撑自己完成论点的组织了。但是好在考研英语作文题目足够地抽象和宏大，不用去讨论太具体的事物，并不需要大量的知识储备，内容层面和思维难度要求比较低。
最后，从实际情况来说，真正具有英文写作能力的考生屈指可数，我和大家一样，从小到大学的都是中国式英语，深知我们的英语教学里对写作的忽视。命题专家肯定比我们更了解这个事实，如果用类似于雅思作文这种开放式作文题目来考察大家，就相当于用高中议论文题目去考察小学生，这样的结果就是考生上了考场现编，绝大多数作文都惨不忍睹，对于选拔性考试来说，这种结果显然是不可取的。
再者，既然是研究生入学考试，所考察的一定是作为一个准研究生应具备的能力，或者说通过考试引导大家提前培养该能力，直到我自己读研后才明白，95%的国内研究生在读研阶段根本不需要用英文写作，所以考研英语写作确实不用去考察真正意义上的英文写作能力。
那么，考研英语作文本质上究竟在考察什么？接着往下看。

1.切忌中文思维模式
考生在完成考研英语大、小作文时，通病就是用中文思维模式写英语作文，把中文含义直接用英语翻译过来，导致文章不符合英文的成文成句规律，阅卷老师读起来很别扭。摆脱中文思维模式的关键在于培养英语语感，考生在平常模拟练习时要多积累英语文章的成文模式，切忌把中文按照字面含义形象化地直译，如people mountain people sea(人山人海)。

最后那么我们怎么解决这个问题呢?一般来讲，你犯过的语法错误，如果没有人给你更正，你不知道的话就会再犯类似错误，所以练习写作中必不可少的一环就是“批改作文”。
有同学会说，范文背锅了，但是写作的时候还是不会写，原因可能是你没背熟和你动笔默写和自己写作文，只是单纯的死记硬背了。
检验背没背熟的方法就是如果一篇文章，你要想好久才能想起来，说明你没背熟。
除了背下来，另外就是要范文要默写。会背不一定会写，通过默写，会发现，其实很多单词你还不会拼写，语法顺序不对，标点符号不对等问题。
让大家背的都是范文，高分文章当然有他的可取之处，最后再模仿你背的文章，把里面的词汇，句型用到另外一篇话题相近的文章里去，这样套模仿写作，道长的课程里是有的，听了云里雾里的，但需要自己多揣摩，做到举一反三。
作文复习的时间其实完全不亚于精读一篇阅读的时间，需要经过：自己写，对比，背诵，默写，仿写等5个步骤才能完成一篇文章。
其实作文不需要背太多，背几篇典型文章(滚瓜烂熟)，总结出自己的作文模板。剩下的工作就是练字和总结一些话题内容。
