1、技改方面
全年完成技改工程108项,总产值万元,工程提成万元,其中包括炼铁厂7#、8#高炉布袋除尘、矿槽制安及后期改造项目万元、炼铁厂新喷煤工程万元、炉料厂20万吨/a石灰工程万元、265烧结机电气安装工程万元、二选厂二期工程万元、烧结厂物流返矿项目万元、265烧结机机头静电除尘改造285万元等大型技改工程。
2、检修方面
(1)全年修复各主体厂电机、电焊机等电器设备1432台套。
(2)全年共组织完成了公司大型检修3次,合计24项;抢修9项;各分厂日常维修1412项:其中动力厂日修628项,制氧厂日修4282项,炉料厂84项,质检处供销大库、电管处合计210项,炼铁厂计划检修8次,烧结厂4次。
3、备品、备件加工方面
(1)全年完成各主体厂日常备品备件加工46822件,其中炼钢厂5759件,h型钢厂16270件,炼铁厂9892件,烧结厂6390件,轧钢厂2354件,基建处地脚螺栓3600余根等,各主体厂紧急备件加工6157件。
(2)修复及加工轧钢厂各类型号轧辊29450件,修复各吨位钢包70余个。
4、精整、废钢回收方面
今年2月-12月共完成h型钢精整任务10976吨,废钢回收任务1050吨,较好的保证了生产任务的完成。
各位领导,上午好!本人XXX,一名车间机械维修工,主要负责海峡公司各车间设备维修及技改。现将xx年的工作情况做一个汇报:
首先在这一年工作中,在领导的带领和车间员工的配合下保证海峡公司各车间设备正常运行,各车间没有因为设备故障影响公司下的生产任务,同时也监督车间完成了各种设备的维护保养,为公司的生产打下了坚实的基础。
其次,我在工作中还有很多不足的地方。随着企业规模发展,设备维修日益增加,任务多的同时,临时性任务较多,自己没有很好的调整工作时间,使工作不能达到预期的效果。同时车间引进新设备、新技术、没有经过系统的培训对设备维护和保养还存在难度,有的设备已经老化,虽长期保养和维护,在工作中也未能达到最佳状态,影响产品产量及质量。
然后是我在以后要做到的:
1、我将和领导及车间员工一起面对一切,努力做好本职工作。
2、维修过程中围绕安全生产为中心,认真执行公司各项制度把安全生产放在首位,保质保量完成上级下达的各项任务。
3、合理安排作业场地,现场作业达到“5s”管理要求。
4、维护好各车间的所有设备,使它们随时都能保持一种高效、优质的运转能力。
述职完毕,谢谢各位领导!
设备消缺,我们要求提前处理,尽早处理。设备检修,提倡“修旧利废”。要求检修人员在认真巡视外,要经常性的与各车间联系,了解设备运行情况,处理突发事件时,做到随叫随到。截止12月中旬,设备缺陷统计257条,除个别需停电或停水检修外,共计消除缺陷242条,消缺率94%。完成电气工作票62份,水机工作票48份,合格率100%。
1、计划检修及设备维护。年初,检修车间全体人员在站领导的领导下,春节放假晚,收假早。分别对一车间3台机组转轮进行了补焊处理;对自建站以来存在的3台机尾水进人门从未打开做了检查处理、检修排水泵底阀坏缺陷进行了修复完善;对一车间2#励磁机进行了一次大修,车削了整流子、滑环,调整了励磁机转子同心度;对一车间蓄电池组进行了活化实验。根据设备
维护周期表对调速器、蝶阀油压装置、空压机、水泵、行车等设备进行了多次维护;对全站二次接线端子、继电器进行了维护;对库存备用导瓦从新做了标记,并对其进行了清洗防锈处理;对车间各大铁门、35KV间安全通道进行了防锈处理;雨季来临前更换二车间 10KV柱上开关绝缘油。
2、抢修了一车间2#发电机出线开关手车隔离插头烧坏事故。
3、参与10KV锰厂线、10KV生活区线、10KV坝区线改造工程,并为其加工大量金具。
4、更换了二车间2#、3#发电机励磁空气开关,并对2#、3#发电机刷架位置进行了调整。
5、调整变压器、油开关油位共计13次。
6、吊芯检修了东坝间10KV防汛变压器以及防汛备用变压器。
7、调整了风机室风机控制柜位置。
8、抢修更换生活区生活用水穿越公路段总干管。
9、为二车间制作安装了方便小门。
10、冬季来临前,配合办公室对取暖用锅炉管路进行了维护。
11、制作并安装了变电所高压室、办公室3面铁门。
12、修旧利费方面,为一车间、二车间、变电所加工了4张值班桌,以及为教室加工黑板一面,为一车间加工货架两个。

电炉钢比例想想看
电炉钢什么时候能够与转炉长流程争庭抗礼呢?其实所谓电炉的“春天”还远了,这个春天还早,就是来了也是寒冷的。
我们以什么样的指标来衡量这个“春天”呢?是电炉钢的比例,是电炉钢的总体产能,是电炉钢的效益,是电炉的品种和质量,看来这个春天不好衡量的。
中国的电炉钢产能巨大,比如达到了1亿吨,肯定是超过米帝的电炉钢产量,也超过了它的总产量,如果按照这个指标衡量,好像占据了一片天。但是从人均废钢数据来看,还想还是差一大截。
从电炉钢的品种和质量来看,电炉钢没有占优之处,废钢残余元素杂,往往不好控制,现代化的转炉钢厂生产优特钢,都装备了精炼炉和真空炉,由于其先天铁水纯净,杂质元素少,质量容易控制,我在钢厂工作的时候,遇见对残余元素要求高的用户和钢种,首先考虑在转炉上冶炼。当然作为以浇铸件为主的机械加工厂,应该以电炉作为钢水供应商,电炉属于拉线开关型生产方式,不用就停,需要就开,长流程则不然,停一次而动全身的。
废钢价格、电价、电极和耐材消耗主要影响了电炉钢生产成本,特别是废钢价格的波动令人心跳,在^v^的干预下受政策影响很大,电炉企业的好日子比例和其电炉钢比例一样,少的可怜。
电炉钢的比例主要有两个看点:一是非工业化国家,没有足够的钢铁蓄有量,面对国内和地区内对钢铁旺盛的需求,只能通过进口废钢进行电炉冶炼,这类国家和地区的电炉钢比例非常高,占据钢铁生产的主流,比如越南、马来西亚、台湾地区、土耳其等;另一类就是工业化国家,它们经过几十年甚至一百多年的积累,钢铁蓄有量很高,废钢产出量大,与开采和进口铁矿石的长流程比较具有投资低和环保的优势,成为西方发达国家钢铁生产的主要方式,比如美国其电炉钢比例高达到64%,欧洲是工业化国家集中之地,所以电炉钢比例一直较高。还有一些国家比如伊朗,受到焦煤的限制,加上具有大量廉价的天然气,使用直接还原的方式来生产球团、海绵铁和热压铁块作为电炉的原料,虽然是电炉冶炼,但不是利用废钢课题了,我国的民营企业有幸给伊朗出口一套6流现代化的小方坯连铸机,到现场服务看到的就是大电炉使用天然气还原的铁基原料生产,这也是伊朗主要的钢铁生产方式,我国天然气远远不够民用烧火做饭,钢铁工业不能与民用抢夺天然气,以气基DRI为主供应电炉肚子是不现实的。
l我坚持自己的观点,祖国大地一定要具有与之相适应的钢铁蓄有量,比如150亿吨,而且钢铁工业经过几十年大量生产和积累,达到相应废钢量后,才能使得电炉钢比例达到相应的程度。我已经对此做过阐述。
l国家的基建狂魔逐渐繁忙脚步后,年人均钢铁趋于正常之后电炉钢的比例才能达到相应的水平。中国人在改革开放前30年是穷怕了,赶上40年穷追猛赶,等到相应的基础建设基本构成后,人均钢铁量会下来的,现在达到8亿多吨,14亿人口人均570多千克,维持今后的好日子说不定只需要300千克就够了,这样计算只需要4亿吨钢铁生产量,即使算作5亿吨,也不考虑人口基数的下降,假如那个时候废钢能够达到2亿吨的量,转炉按照20%的废钢比计算,转炉的胃口只能在亿吨,剩下的1亿吨钢就是电炉的粮食了,这个时候电炉钢的比例就能够达到20%左右啦。其实只有等到我国的钢铁生产总量趋于正常水平后,电炉钢比例才能上来。
再等待若干年家用汽车逐步进入正常更新换代后,以此为代表的废钢产业才稳步形成,总体钢铁需求下降,总体需求量只有5亿吨左右的产能,转炉无力消耗过多的废钢时候,这时候电炉钢与转炉的分庭抗礼的时代就来到了,这不是政策的指引,也不需要天才的好领导,是市场的巨大作用造成的。
祖国的钢铁工业还是需要大量进口铁矿石,我始终说上帝不公,没有大型的富铁矿,现在就是要人工来搬运这些自然资源,改革开放好,没有这个开放的政策,怎么能有这么多的铁矿资源,仅仅靠中国自己的矿产资源是无法达到今天惠及大多数人的好日子的。
我总是喜欢拿美国进行比较,这不涉及崇洋媚外这个政治敏感话题,美国这个参照物是非常难得的,他们走过的弯路我们一定要多看看,避免我们失误,他们的钢铁生产历程也是世界钢铁发展的历史,我们很多的知识和技能往往都是出自于美国和西方国家,我们是科学技术的利用者,等到有一天成为科学技术主要的发明者那才算强大,就是强大了也不要自己说,不要称王称霸。我的一些中学同学朋友问我我们的祖国什么时候赶上米国,我说百姓小民不知道,仅仅知道如果国外的一流学者能够将他们的研究成果纷纷发表在中国的杂志上的时候,祖国的科学技术杂志能够使用彩色印刷的时候,那就是真正的科学技术大国了。

我仅仅是一个现场工程师,知识水平有限,视野和境界很低,只是将人家的东西翻译过来给大家参考,让大家了解钢铁界领域内,人家干了些什么,有什么的想法。有时候感觉好奇怪,为什么在工业化的进程上,人家走过的弯路怎么都难以绕过去。我们只有一个地球,不要再过分地糟蹋它吧,我们祖国这么大,这么多人,更要关心我们的下一代的地球,钢铁界是能耗大户,也是污染大户,有责任多担当些。
