以welcome to our food festival为话题，主要围绕就餐的话题展开的。要求同学们掌握菜肴的名称及制作方法的基础上进行延伸的。通过这个话题，不仅可以使学生学会如何用英语在就餐过程中进行交流，还能使学生了解更多的国外用餐文化，增强学生利用英语交流的能力。

仁爱版初中英语教材的特点就是以话题为中心，设计一系列的任务型活动，但是这些内容需要教师在授课过程中进行重新编组。这样才能达到有效教学的目的。因此我可以不按照教材原定的活动顺序来授课，可以将就餐的对话内容放在前面，让学生练习教材上的对话，然后根据教材自己编排有关于就餐的对话。这样的目的是让学生学会并记忆本节课的新单词，掌握就餐英语交流技巧，活跃了课堂气氛，保证有效的英语教学，从而提高学生的学习效率。

二、有效教学过程、实例讲解

仁爱版初中英语初一课堂教学实例如下：

1、教学内容：仁爱版初一英语教材：Book 7A Unit 1 Topic One，这是初一英语第一单元第一节，是初中英语教学的开端，将这节课作为活跃课堂气氛，激发学生学习兴趣的教学实例，是非常必要的，本单元的教学计划简单。体现寓教于乐的教学风格。

2、教学要求

（1）掌握本单元要求掌握的英语词汇

（2）让学生学会并熟练掌握如何用英语问候及介绍别人；
