我叫唐小珺，20xx年整10岁，4岁开始学英语、表演、舞蹈、书画、视唱练耳，5岁学钢琴，现已多方面小有成绩 。
5岁至10岁这5年内，多次参加省、市及全国性的英语大赛,并在省、市及全国性大赛中多次获得了“第一名xxx的好成绩。
今年是奥运年，我参加了20xx年中央电视台“希望之星”大赛，在半年内顺利通过了6次比赛，最终，在石家庄片区(山东、河北、吉林、北京)小学低段组获得“第二名”。 同时在20xx、20xx年两次参加全国性的钢琴比赛，都获得青岛赛区“第二名”。
我在5岁时主持过长春市庆祝“六一”儿童节大型文艺晚会，学过模特，参加过比赛。爱好书、画，获过奖，也擅长演讲、辩论、表演等。
Honorable judges, ladies and gentlemen:
Today my topic is ’nuclear power: a blessing or a disaster?’
When the first atomic bomb was dropped on hiroshima, japan, the world was thrust into atomic age. meanwhile in the commence of cold war and during its long term, it had set the world into fear and panic of nuclear war many times.
But over the years, nuclear power has found its way to promote goodness for humankind .it promises to provide clean and efficient energy for the centuries to come.
So whether nuclear power a blessing or a disaster?
There is no firm answer for this question from my own perspective.
Ladies and gentlemen, my very initial contact with nuclear power was from a tv programme called green space where i saw for the first time how nuclear power had changed people’s lives and what it had left for the residents’ living around chyrnobil nuclear power plant. unfortunately, it was a sad story.
My heart sank when i saw a boy infant appear on the screen smiling with big blue sparkling eyes. he was so cute and adorable just like all the other kids but he was blinded. what’s more, he had to receive medical treatment everyday to alleviate radiation damage, but still stood little chance of growing up. later i learned that inappropriate operation and equipment design defect was responsible for the tradegy .eight years has past, but the picture of that boy’s smile still appears infront of me and reminds me that nuclear power can be a living devil.
However, with the increasing depletion of resources and the instant demand for energy, clean and efficient nuclear power may seem the best choice.
As an old saying goes ’every sword has two blades.’ nuclear power is dangerous, yet efficient; environmental devastated yet clean; expensive yet sustainable. it is a matter of how we use and how we treat it. while let’s beyond all this ,whether nuclear power a blessing or a disaster, it’s ours’ choice.

一、大赛介绍
“‘外研社杯’全国英语演讲大赛”、“‘外研社杯’全国英语写作大赛”和“‘外研社杯’全国英语阅读大赛”是由外语教学与研究出版社和教育部高等学校大学外语教学指导委员会、教育部高等学校英语专业教学指导分委员会联合举办的公益大赛。
（一）演讲大赛
“‘外研社杯’全国英语演讲大赛”于20xx年创办，在国内外广受关注，已成为全国参赛人数最多、规模最大、水平最高的英语演讲赛事。
（二）写作大赛
“‘外研社杯’全国英语写作大赛”于20xx年启动，旨在推动英语写作教学，提高学生英语写作水平，引领高校外语写作教学的改革与发展。
（三）阅读大赛
“‘外研社杯’全国英语阅读大赛”于20xx年全新举办，旨在通过比赛的形式，激发大学生的英语学习热情，为他们提供阅读实践的机会和自我挑战的舞台。
三项大赛以高远的立意和创新的理念，汇聚全国优秀学子，竞技英语表达与沟通艺术。同一赛场，三个舞台，既各具特色，又互促互进，为全国大学生提供展示外语能力、沟通能力与思辨能力的综合平台。

First, my math teacher is patient with me. She helps me to study math better. Second, my classmates help me a lot. My friend Li Yun helped me running and I ran faster.Also, I care my teachers and classmates. One day my English teacher had a cold and I told her to drink more hot water. She felt warm and thanked me.
I believe if we help each other, our school is a better place.
Nowadays people are becoming increasingly aware of the importance of is the best way to stay fit and healthy? In my opinion,good exercises and diet are two major ways to stay fit and time should be set aside for persevering in exercises in addition to sleep and must give up the habits that damage your health,such as smoking and drinking too much alcohol.
As mentioned above,the best way to keep fit and health is to do regular as the Chinese proverb goes,“life lies in exercises”,exercises never fail to make us stronger and more health,in my mind,is also of vital you feel happy,you can eat well,sleep well,and your body is sure to be in an excellent is also important,and one should have a physical check regularly in a hospital for being strong and healthy.
Health is the most valuable possession a person experts in his every means to keep fit is our advice to the people who want to live a happy life in this beautiful world.

After graduated,people are alwa1ys faced with two alternatives:working for themselves or someone of the two sound I tend to be in favor of the later.
From my perspective,working for is worse than working for someone you will have to deal with plenty of problems and risks by yourself,if you choose to start your own of experience,financial support and so on can always be fatal to your the contrary,if you find a job in a proper company,there’s no need for you to worry any more,and you just need to work more,when working for others,you will acquire how to cooperate with others and increase your sense of responsibility,which are both great qualities.
All in all,working for someone else is equipped with much more advantages than for can not only prevent yourself from unnecessary risks but also promote you improving yourself.

In everyone’s life, there must be something that they think are precious. If you ask me what is the most important things in my life, my answer is family、friendship and love.
FAMILY: As we all know: Home is always a warm harbor. Wherever you are, there always has persons wait for you .And whenever you go home, you can always eat hot food. When you succeed, they will happy for you. When you fail and sad, they will comfortable you and encourage you to come on, instead of blaming you. Family plays an important role in our life. Father and mother love me very much, so I think have a warm family is the most happy thing and I love it forever.

复赛：初赛结束后，举办初赛的外语院（系）或大学外语教学部向本省（市、自治区）大学外语教学研究会报名参加复赛。每校参赛人数由本省（市、自治区）大学外语教学研究会确定并公布。
决赛：复赛结束后，各省（市、自治区）大学外语教学研究会将获得决赛资格的 3 名选手向大赛组委会秘书处报名参加全国决赛。

How to Keep Psychologically Healthy?
Psychologically healthy problems can cause the with the psychologically healthy problems can’t work well and enjoy the beautiful fell bad without self-confident.
The reason why so many people are not quiet psychologically healthy is that the social pressure make them can’t relax example,nowadays many people are worry about the house and order to get a house,many people fight with manage their life only keep the job in their always know that just work harder and if they fell tiered and unhappy,they don’t a long time,they take the pressure for themselves and can’t put down.
How to keep the Psychologically Healthy?People should take part in some activities to relax themselves and make friends with other something that people interested in can make them fell more better.
I don't think so. printed books won't be abandoned in such a short time. i admit that new technology is developing fast.
Many advanced electronic products are gradually take the place of traditional tools. just like in university, teachers like to use multimedia in class for it is quite convenient and efficient. however, for our student, it is not realistic to study completely by electronic products.
There are many things need to recorded on books. books are something meaningful and practical. i should say, in our country, printed books wouldn't be abandoned within 20 years at least for two reasons.
Firstly, books are classical container of knowledge. they accompany human to advance. a student without books could be someway ridiculous.
Secondly, our country haven't developed so strong to make every student study by computer or other forms of electronic tools. and even after 20 years, the possibility is also very small.
I also think it is unnecessary because books are cheap but useful and still meaningful.
