过春节了，我心里真高兴。因为又可以看灯展、猜灯谜、放鞭炮、看焰火，而且还可以干平常不能干的事。
妈妈先带我来到了奶奶家。天一擦黑，我就让妈妈带我去看灯，那里的大街小巷挂满了各各样的彩灯，有蛇型灯、圆形灯、条形灯; 还有小朋友非常喜欢的动物造型灯，比如马到成功、金鸡独立、大闹天宫;还有的灯上写着许多谜语让大家猜，可好玩儿了。看完灯展，我们就回到了奶奶家。我和爸爸从地下室拿出鞭炮开始放炮。我放小炮，爸爸放挂鞭、二踢脚和花炮，用不了几分钟整个院子就成了五颜六色了，我们越放越欢，笑声、鞭炮声夹杂在一起，充满了喜庆气氛。夜深了，我还想看电视不愿意睡觉，因为过春节，妈妈也不管我，我真是太高兴了。
该睡觉了，听着窗外稀稀拉拉的鞭炮声，我仿佛听到了他们欢快的笑声，我为他们也为我自己高兴，好一个惬意的春节!

On the eve of the new year, each family has its members gatherd together and eats a family reunion dinner. After the meal they watch tv until the clock strickes twelve. Then every family sets off long strings of small firecrackers and other fire works to welcome the new year. On the first day of the new year, almost everyone is dressed in his or her best. When people meet on the way, they say to each other “happy new year”. Friends and relatives pay new year calls and gives presents to each other. Children indulge themselves in games.
A new year,a new start, when I stand on the edgeof a new year, I can't help thinking about my plan of next year.
Just as the old saying:"Well began is thehalf of the success.” So I decide that I should be at work while the others are still relaxing, and then,at the beginning,I'm quicker than the others and ofcourse I will get better result than the others.
But, what I really decide to do is that I must make good of any time I can spare though it seems impossible. While,I will do my best to live up with what I have planned, and the result will prove it.
