　　I felt dizzy when I got up this morning.

　　My desk mate found my illness and told me to ask for a leave. She helped me to write the sick note and took me home.

　　Mother was surprised to see me come home. When she realized I was sick, she took me to the hospital immediately.

　　Doctor said I had a fever caused by cough.

　　I had to put on a drip and take medicines for three days.

　　Then I went home and had rest.
