在经历春花秋月的美景之后，我们十分还会在意着季节的变化？在历经过种种的事情之后，是否会为一丝温暖所感到？虽然四季在轮回变迁之中，但是那一抹温暖却可以直戳心灵的深处。
初秋的时候，天气也渐渐转凉，尤其夜晚的时候。微凉的秋风夹杂着细小的雨点，吹拂过我的脸颊，我不用自主紧了紧身上的衣服，加快了行走的步伐。可是没有想到秋天的夜晚竟然如此的冷，路边的路灯也渐渐亮起，天空上的雨也越下越大，我心里面忍不住担心着雨会下的很大。
突然，爸爸出现在我的面前。“这么冷的天气，怎么也不多穿一些衣服，”说着，一件带着温度的衣服就披在了我的身上。爸爸将自己身上的衣服脱下来给我披上。接着，他将我拉着我的手，将我护在了雨伞的下面。听着雨打在伞上“啪嗒”的`声音，感觉到身上温暖的温度，我的心里面涌出一股股暖流，即使爸爸的手在冷风之中冻得有些泛红，但是他依然紧紧握住我的手，将我护在伞的下面，将风雨都阻挡住。
在那个秋天的雨夜，我们相遇了温暖，幸福的感觉渐渐涌入了心头。
线上教学工作总结本该热闹的校园静悄孤寂，看不到升旗台上飘扬的*，感受不到老师们讲课的热情洋溢，听不到孩子们在走廊上富有生气的喧哗，显然，是疫情让这一切定格在了暂停键。
第一天，全体学生坐在了电视机或手机*板的面前，认真听了本期的第一节课，但我们三年级的`数学老师很快的就发现和我们设计的内容不同，第一单元是《位置与方向》，而课堂上讲的是第二单元《除数是一位数的除法》。通过微信群里讨论，我们庆幸我们三年级数学组准备的还算充分，不是只有这一种方案。于是马上通过微信群，及时反馈给学生：利用周五和周末时间观看我们给孩子们推送的老师们录的微课，孩子们如果有问题，只要在微信群里发问，我们随时在群里答疑解惑，还利用下午4:00以后的时间在钉钉群为学生进行直播答疑。总之，让孩子们通过多种方式、多种渠道去学习新知识。
为了早日战胜新型冠状病毒，我们虽然上不了一线，不能像英雄白衣战士们一样冲锋陷阵，与病毒作斗争，但是我们教师也在用特殊的行动为战胜疫情这场战斗出着一份力，尽着一份责。
停课不停学，我们在行动。抗击病毒、战胜疫情，园丁们责无旁贷!
没有哪个冬天不会过去，没有哪个春天不会到来!让我们一起加油!共同迎接更加繁荣美好的明天！

紧接着休息了一会儿便开始了让同学们脑洞大开的数学课。这次课老师叫我们用竖式解析除法。虽然这个知识点以前学过，但这次的是两位数除以一位数。这次的数学课，也让我们学到了不少新知识。让我们学会用两位数除以一位数来解决问题。虽然不能在课堂上跟老师互动，但是在老师讲的时候，我会在下边回答老师的问题。
在英语课上，我们学了国家的英语。比如*China，美国USA。这次老师是全英文教学。在听到老师说生词的时候，我会先拼字母音节。这样方便知道它的发音。当然我也会顺着老师意思走。老师还给我们呈现了各个国家的`重要标志与重要建筑。让我大开眼界！

Movies have the power to make you laugh, cry, or think about an issue that you might not otherwise think about. Although I sometime watch movies that are serious in nature, I prefer movies that amuse and entertain. When I see an amusing movie it makes me relax, laugh, and keeps me in good spirits.
After a long day at school and work, I need a break and something to take my mind off of the troubles of the day. I can do that with an entertaining movie. When I watch an amusing movie, I don’t have to think. I just want to sit back and relax. After a movie, I then feel ready to get back to work on my studies.
Amusing movies make people laugh. Laughing is important for the soul. Laughing not only makes people feel good, but also connects people. When people laugh together, they become friends.
After watching an entertaining movie, which relaxes me and makes me laugh, I feel good. When I feel good I can focus more on other important things like my studies and work. Being in good spirits makes me feel better about myself and gives me a positive outlook on life.
While I can appreciate serious movies that make you think, I prefer to be amused and entertained after a long day of work. Such movies allow me to take a break from the rigors of life by making me laugh and putting me in a good mood.

As college English education is greatly emphasized with the rapid development of global communication，tbe defects that exist in the current educational system are open to more criticism- It is widely acknowledged that a thorough reform of college English education should be under way.
People ask for English education reform mainly because of the Inadequacy of college English education under the current system. On the one hand, many college English teachers underestimate the role interest plays in English learning and keep preaching in class. On the other hand, under the current system, most Chinese students tend to separate vocabulary memorizing, grammar, listening, speaking, reading, and writing from each other and therefore their English is also broken in this way. In my view, to reform English education, colleges and universities should encourage students to speak English in class and hold more activities to promote students oral English. Teachers should focus on attracting students with vivid teaching and arouse students enthusiasm in learning English. With the collaboration, the reform of college English education will surely yield plentiful] fits.
Frustration Education should be Strengthened among College Students
It is universally acknowledged that college students should be guided correctly to face frustrations in life. Frustration is inevitable during our life, and frustration education should be carried out among colleges and universities. The truth of it is deep and profound.

A case in point is that there are an increasing number of college students committing suicide each year when confronted with some kind of frustration. 今年的寒假是我有史以来过得最为特殊的一个寒假。因为新型冠状病毒传染性极高，所以开学被延迟了，我们只能足不出户，学习也由线下转移到线上。

Study Abroad or in China?
There is no consensus of opinions among people as to whether students should study abroad or not. Some people are of the view that the youths should go overseas for further study if possible, while others take an opposite stand, firmly believing that it is unnecessary for students to study in a foreign country.
Those people who agree with studying abroad believe that diverse culture backgrounds can broaden students' horizon. They also claim that overseas study can shape students' personality because they are forced to deal with all kinds of difficulties by themselves. Nevertheless, the other people who agree with domestic education argue that our educational programs have been greatly improved during the past decades. They also point out that domestic education is convenient and economical.
As far as I am concerned, the former opinion holds more weight. For one thing, it can strengthen the learners' abilities to understand and communicate with people from other cultures. For another, the developed countries still have a lot advanced knowledge we need to study. When all the factors are examined, we may reasonably come to the conclusion that studying abroad is advisable. (189 words)

（4）对开学检测成绩整理汇总，做好质量分析报告，指导各年级召开教师质量分析会、学生主题班会和线上家长会。
（5）积极推动任课教师承包制度的落实，本着对每一个学生负责的原则，复学期间因病隔离缺勤上课的学生，各年级和班级要积极采取线上授课与辅导，保障每一个学生都能够及时得到老师的关心和帮助。
2.强化集体教研，共同探究有效衔接策略。
（1）各备课组依据开学检测学情，认真梳理假期完成的教学任务，对照开发区教育分局的教学计划，根据线上教学完成的情况进行重点知识的补充教学和补充练习；制定统一的练习题进行检测，在巩固线上教学成果的同时进行知识的有效查缺补漏。特别是非毕业年级的相关学科，一定要夯实基础。
（2）各备课组通过延学期间线上教学的内容进行针对性基础性的测验反馈，对学生掌握不好的地方进行统一的回炉再教，对第一次测验不理想的学生要进行二次考试过关，力争绝大多数的学生基础知识都能过关。
（3）针对毕业年级和非毕业年级的毕业学科，年级部、备课组要统一思想，结合假期线上教学的内容有针对性的进行集中测验，研究学生的掌握情况，进行分层教学，让学生尽快入到学习状态，对学生假期线上学习作业批改中出现的主要问题，要进行重点的反馈巩固和练习，既要保证基础知识的过关率，更要提升优秀率，力争落实抓两头促进中间的策略。
（4）分学科、分班级精准分析每一名学生的线上学习情况，有针对性地制定教学计划。
（5）制定对学习困难学生采取一对一帮扶的详实计划，确保每一名学生不掉队。
（6）备课组要对照本学期本学科教学内容的任务进行精准的分配，要把开学后的教学任务落实到每一天、每一周；通过统一的备课组活动明确学习内容，确保年级教学能够步调一致，特别是要跟开发区教育分局教研室下发的教学进度统一。
3.任课教师要爱岗敬业，精准施教，做好各项教学备课工作。
（1）加强教学纪律，组织讨论、答疑、辅导等教学活动。
（2）精心备课，认真研究课程标准、教材及其他资源，分析学生的认知基础和情感基础，准确把握教学重点难点，预测学生的认知障碍，重视教学活动的预设与生成等，提升课堂质量。
（3）根据学生线上学习情况，以检测形式诊断评估学习质量，并在此基础上对线上教学效果进行总结反馈，有重点地对已学内容进行讲解和复习，以便与前期线上教学内容充分对接，确保课堂教学与线下教学不间断，实现特殊时期线上教学与开学后线下课堂教学有效衔接。
（4）各班班主任要认真落实假期因疫情隔离没能正常开展线上学习的学生名单，制定个性化教学辅导计划；各备课组要根据此类学生实际，制定相应的学生个人辅导的计划和措施。任课教师要充分利用下午两节课后的大课间时间有计划的开展辅导教学，并且由辅导老师填写好辅导的记录。做到一生一案，年级进行统一调度。
（5）任课教师要按照新的教学计划开展教学。课后认真批阅每一位学生的作业，并利用微信群或QQ群及时解答学生提出的问题，以及学生线上学习遗留的问题，保证学生对课程的内容真正做到学懂弄通，确保每名学生较好地掌握已学知识内容。
4.以级部为单位，确定学困生名单，重新建立学困生档案。对学习困难的学生以及因故没有参加线上学习的学生，返校后实施个别辅导。学科教师定期记录日常检测成绩和课堂、作业表现，加强帮扶力度，力争逐步缩减学困生人数。
5.根据上级通知以及教学进度、教学效果等，采取周末补课、延长暑假等方式，保证教学质量不降低。

For those university students-to-be, choosing their ideal school is never an easy job, but luckily, different authorities come up with the university ranking to help! Top students shall choose the top schools high on the list and vice versa.
Complicated issue becomes easy numerical comparison, yet the real problem stays there, can the numerical ranking tell you the status quo of these universities? Are these “authorities” producing the ranking authoritative enough to make the judgments? Let’s take a serious look at the issue before we jump to the conclusion whether university ranking is good or bad.
We have to admit that because of historical reasons, most of the 1950s-1960s parents were denied higher education and this cruel fact makes them even more eager to give their children high education even though they have no idea of what university education is all about. The ranking helps them to make decisions based on their simple idea of better ranking means better jobs in future, and therefore better income! It is pathetic that they interpret knowledge and wisdom in such a way yet it is even more pathetic that there are so-claimed well-educated people making up all the ranking and get the ranking published to mislead them!
居然开启一个人的舞台，学生们无奈的话语让我一直都感觉自己脸上火辣辣的，感觉自己是那么差劲，那么羸弱，更重要的是居然不会用直播，如同与社会脱线的旧社会的老太婆，实在是非常不自在，遇到这样的事情，我自己也无奈，但是还好经过了开始上课时的犯错，到了后面给了我足够的经验，我也知道了该如何做好防范，不能在继续犯错下去了这样一直犯错，实在是一种尴尬。
同时我还尽量和学生父母在微信上联系，因为以前就建立的家长群，现在方便了我们沟通，我会把布置的作业发一份给学生父母，然后让家长把学生做好的作业发给我们，同时提醒家长监督学生学习，让学生更好的学习，通过双向的引导让我的教学工作变得更加便捷轻松，也变得更加容易。
The aesthetic education is the primary part of the music education in elementary and high schools. Through this kind of education, on one hand, students can build up their passion for beautiful music, set up a kind of right sense of aesthetics, develop healthy and positive aesthetic interest, on the other hand, it can help them become more clever, clarify their mind, and shape their thoughts and feelings etc.
Starting from the viewpoints of aesthetics, this thesis discusses the problem about aesthetics in music class. By analyzing some civil and international educational practices about aesthetics, the author thinks that it is more important to guide students to know the distinct and aesthetic characteristics of an art when carrying on education on the appreciation of beauty rather than only discuss the specialized knowledge and technical ability of relevant music. Music is an unique art, so this article also emphasizes that the distinctive features of music must be demonstrated in the process of this education. It necessarily let students feel beauty from music and get experience of the aesthetics. The thesis takes numerous songs as an example to meet the goal of the further concrete discussion on the aesthetic education on appreciating beauty in the elementary and high schools.

它也听到了我们的呼唤了吧，猝不及防，拖携着几个侍从，一个叫钉钉一个叫zoom，就从未来，顺着时光顺流而下。遥想那时，庚子年初，水星逆行，自古以来就是动荡的年岁，春运之日，暗流涌动。是的，一位杀手悄悄潜伏，当它的骇人面孔被曝光出来的.时候，我们发现有人站在远处朝我们挥手，定睛一看，这不就是线上学习吗。它携着微笑，朝我们大喊：“我来了，让你们久等了，不久的将来，就我和你们在书山里相濡以沫。”
相遇总是美好，过程总是一波三折。
然，世界总是无法十全十美，缺痕犹在，新的鸿沟，在时间的流逝里生成，扩大，以至于有时竟无法跨越。总有人要悄悄离去，不做声色，自称浪迹天涯，本是逃课，也安上了孔乙己所谓“读书人窃书”之名。还有人，游戏抖音，一键切换，故作聪明，三心二意，浪费大好时光而自不知。较为轻者，或昏睡一时，梦醒时，曰：大梦初觉醒。实不知把大好的青春年华都付诸于昏黄的眼中，可惜，可惜。
它来了，带来了梦魇和希冀，总是这样的，希望与挫折相伴，既然当初如此欢迎他的到来，那就一起挥手说：“我们欢迎你，我们会做好的。”

活动背景：
正值五一劳动节，今年我们幼儿园给每个班分了一块草莓地，我们刚种上的时候，我们老师自己动手浇了我们班里的一片地，没过几天，天气转暖，天气干的我们的草莓地都有了裂痕，孩子们问老师：老师，这土怎么都有缝啊?我带领孩子们找了找发现大片地都有了裂缝，我说孩子们天气很热，你们渴不渴啊?渴！异口同声的回答，我说大地也很渴，特别是我们的草莓就更口渴了，于是他们张开了嘴，等着有爱心的人给他们喝水呢，孩子们于是想了想，说那老师让我们给他们喝点水吧！

活动目的：
1、知道五一劳动节是劳动者的节日。体验合作劳动的成功感和愉悦感。
2、让孩子们体验劳动的快乐，认识到劳动者的辛苦，知道新鲜的水果是由劳动者的辛勤劳动和汗水换来的，珍惜劳动成果，热爱劳动。
活动准备：
两个直径75厘米的塑料大盆，小水桶若干(人手一个)，直径20厘米的塑料盆四个。
活动安排：
请宋文成、张志刚、朱良哲、庆龙恒四个小朋友为大家运水，蔡梦瑶给小朋友拿水壶，其他小朋友负责浇自己的草莓。
活动过程：
首先，老师讲解活动
我们班的孩子中午起床收拾好自己的床铺，我组织孩子们到我们班的草莓地，请每个小朋友拿好自己的小水壶，自由选择自己要浇的一列草莓，站在每一列草莓的开始位置，听我讲解，请每个小朋友先浇最后位置的(离小朋友最远的)那个草莓，倒着浇，慢慢的先浇后面的，从后面依次顺序往前浇，每颗草莓浇三壶水，直到草莓喝饱了为止(就是你再浇水时草莓不喝了，你能看到水为止)。
进行活动，请孩子们自己动手先到大盆里去灌水，然后到你负责的草莓地去喂你的草莓喝水。
孩子们的热情很高，都兴致勃勃的活动的起劲，小朋友一开始用一个水壶浇，后来用两个水壶浇，最后有的小朋友用三个水壶浇，他们先把三个水壶灌满了，然后提到草莓那个地方，把水壶放下，用完一个再一个，直到把三壶水全部浇完。
最后，孩子们欣赏自己的劳动成果，脸上露出了快乐的笑脸，心里乐开了花，在快乐的情绪下有秩序的收拾好自己的水壶，收拾我们的工具。
先看好自己的草莓，这一列是我的。
先把袖子抹上去，别把衣服弄湿了。
我们先来舀水，灌好水就可以浇草莓了。
看，我们忙吧！我们可是很认真的呀！
草莓太渴了，我们给它多浇些水。
活动反思：孩子们在劳动的过程中玩的尽兴，同时也体会到了劳动的辛苦，也萌生了对植物的爱，合作之力促进了孩子的深厚感情，虽然有一部分孩子的衣服湿了，鞋子湿了。但孩子很高兴，也很快乐。

Aducation is not an end, but a means to an end. In other words, we do not educate children only for educating them. Our purpose is to fit them for life.
In some modern countries it has been fashionable to think that free education for all can solve all the problems of society and build a perfect nation. But we can already see that free education for all is not find in such countries a far larger number of people with university degrees refusing to do what they think is “low”work, and. in fact, working with ones hands is thought to be dirty and shameful in such countries.
But we have only to think a moment to understand that the work of a completely uneducated farmer is far more important than that of a professor~ we can live without education,but we die if we have no food. If no one cleaned our streets and took the rubbish away from our houses, we should get terrible diseases in our towns.
In fact, when we say that all of us must be educated to fit us for life, it means that we must be educated in such a way that, firstly, each of us can do whatever work is suited to his brains and ability and, secondly, that we can realize that all jobs are necessary to society, and that it is very bad to be ashamed of ones work. Only such a type of education can be considered valuable to society.

是啊，春天就要来了，可是等待着的，却是一个又一个不断推迟开学的消息，我心中的最后一丝希望也已破灭。可是，一日复一日，时间的脚步并没有停下。看着日夜流走的时间，我心中不由得震颤了，那一秒又秒钟过去的时间，流走的是年华，是未来，我要追赶时间，努力学习，为梦想而奋斗。
我望着窗外，似乎看到那个未来的我，也看到了大地复苏、一片春意盎然。这是一个特殊的学期，更是一个掌握自己命运的学期，看窗外，未来与希望正在远处向我们招手！
