Facing this audience on the stage, I have the exciting feeling of participating in the march of history, for what we are facing today is more than a mere competition or contest. It is an assembly of some of China's most talented and motivated people, representatives of a younger generation that are preparing themselves for the coming of a new century. I'm grateful that I've been given this opportunity, at such a historic moment, to stand here as a spokesman of my generation and to take a serious look back at the past 15 years, a crucial period for every one of us and for this nation as well.
Though it is only within my power to tell about my personal experience, and only a tiny fragment of it at that, it still represents, I believe, the root of a spirit which has been essential to me and to all the people bred by the past 15 years.
In my elementary years, there was a little girl in the class who worked very hard but somehow could never do satisfactorily in her lessons.
The teacher asked me to help her, and it was obvious that she expected a lot from me. but as a young boy, restless, thoughtless, I always tried to evade her so as to get more time to enjoy myself.
One day before the final exam, she came up to me and said, ^v^Could you please explain this to me? I want very much to do better this time. ^v^ I started explaining, and finished in a hurry. Pretending not to notice her still confused eyes, I ran off quickly. Nat surprisingly, she again did very badly in the exam. And two months later, at the beginning of the new semester, word came of her death of blood cancer. No one ever knew about the little task I failed to fulfill, but I couldn't forgive myself. I simply couldn't forget her eyes, which seem to be asking, ^v^Why didn't you do a little more to help me, when it was so easy for you? Why didn't you understand a little better the trust placed in you, so that I would not have to leave this world in such pain and regret?^v^
I was about eight or nine years old at that time, but in a way it was the very starting point of my life, for I began to understand the word ^v^responsibility^v^ and to learn to always do my duties faithfully and devotedly, for the implications of that sacred word has dawned on me: the mutual need and trust of people, the co-operation and inter-reliance which are the very foundation of human society.
Later in my life, I continued to experience many failures. But never again did I feel that regret which struck me at the death of the girl, for it makes my heart satisfied to think that I have always done everything in my power to fulfill my responsibilities as best I can.
As I grew up, changed and improved by this incident and many other similar ones, I began to perceive the changes taking place around me and to find that society, in a way, was in its formative years like myself. New buildings, new commodities and new fashions appear every day.
New ideas, new information, new technologies. People can talk with each other from any corner of the earth in a matter of seconds. Society is becoming more competitive.

My topic is Honesty. As a correspondent of the Qingdao Morning News, I visited Dr. James Gilman, the President of the International Committee for Marco Polo Studies in England. In this picture, this is James, and this is me and we are looking at a dragon’s tooth. This is a true story. /chuzhong/chusan/ 65 years ago, James lived in Qingdao.
Then he was only 5 years old. He often visited the Aquarium and was fascinated by a creature on display there, which he thought was a dragon. He was afraid of its sharp teeth and wanted one to keep as a treasure. In the late 1930s, when the Japanese occupied Qingdao, his family had to leave.
On his last day in Qingdao, he ran to the Aquarium and pulled out one of the teeth from the dragon’s mouth. He kept the tooth for the next 65 years, but the feeling of guilt at having stolen it was there in the background all through his life. It was always on his conscience, and the feeling intensified as he became older. Finally he decided to put right his childish error. In 20_, he visited Qingdao and returned it to the Aquarium with his sincere apologies. He received a warm welcome.
When James visited Qingdao, I accompanied him all the time and reported on his visit. I was deeply touched by his honesty. It has taught me a lot. I think to err is human. The important thing is to have the courage to admit and correct one’s error. Honesty is a vital quality of human behaviour. So we should try to keep an honest mind in everything we say and do. I would like to say to all of my friends: Let’s be honest people of good moral character.

Honorable Judges, fellow students: Recently, ther is a heated debate in our society. The college students are the beneficiaries of a rare privilege, who receive exceptional education at extraordinary places. But will we be able to face the challenge and support ourselves against all odds? Will we be able to better the lives of others? Will we be able to accept the responsibility of building the future of our country?
The cynics say the college students are the pampered lost generation, which would cringe at the slightest discomfort. But the cynics are wrong. The college students I see are eagerly learning about how to live independently. We help each other clean the dormitory, go shopping and bargain together, and take part time jobs to supplement our pocket money.
The cynics say we care for nothing other than grades; and we neglect the need for character cultivation. But again, the cynics are wrong. We care deeply for each other, we cherish freedom, we treasure justice, and we seek truth. Last week, thousands of my fellow students had their blood type tested in order to make a contribution for the children who suffer from blood cancer.
As college students, we are adolescents at the critical turning point in our lives. We all face a fundamental choice: cynicism or faith, each will profoundly impact our future, or even the future of our country. I believe in all my fellow classmates. Though we are still inexperienced and even a little bit childish. I believe that we have the courage and faith to meet any challenge and take on our responsibilities. We are preparing to assume new responsibilities and tasks, and to use the education we have received to make our world a better place. I believe in our future.

一、召开家长会的目的
今天开会的主要目的是是希望家长多了解孩子的在校表现，加强和学校之间的联系，也希望家长进一步配合学校做好工作，让孩子们学得更好，取得更好的成绩！
二、介绍情况
孩子的心理特点：二年级学生形象思维十分活跃，语言和行为欢快活跃。二年级生可以熟练地做自己想做的事，并能把自己的想法简单地记下来。无论写字、绘画还是课余时间的游戏都比较自如。在此之前，与成年人最大的差别就在于不会用文字表达思想。由于个人能力的提高和思维方式发生了变化，二年级学生心理趋向稳定，显示出一定的个性特征，个人能处理的问题越来越多，自信心不断增强，一年级的恐慌心情已经很少见到，即使遇到了什么困难，也不会像一年级学生那样马上哭泣起来。
这里呢，我把咱们班开学以来的一些学习和生活的状态作一个简单的介绍。经过一年来的学习和锻炼，绝大部分孩子都变得懂事、好学了！下面我就撷取孩子在学校的几个镜头和大家一起来欣赏：
我们班评选了很多自觉地孩子作为班干部，首先班干部以身作则，必须严格要求自己，然后班干部帮助同学们进步，很多孩子们都因为自己是班干部，自觉了很多，同学们都争相要做班干部，都很上进，要好。
我例举的这一系列事例都说明，孩子们真的是长大了，有了一定的责任心。所有这一切是多么让人欣慰，而这一切的进步，也离不开家长的悉心教导呀！
为了让孩子在快乐中幸福成长，为了让孩子在知识的殿堂里学到更多的知识，为了让家长对孩子的学习也起到推波助澜的作用，学校在一年级起就有了《文清荣誉积分卡》。同学们都很积极的为了这个积分而努力。
当然，我们班还有个别地方还是值得进一步提高的，比如：培养孩子的意志力、提高做事效率、上课、写字时的坐姿，学会认真倾听别人说话等。尤其是孩子们的集体荣誉感，因为我们大部分的家庭都是一个或者两个孩子，孩子都会比较关注自己，没有集体意识。而我们马上要进行的校运会，就是个很容易培养孩子的集体意识和集体荣誉感的活动。比如我们练习出操、出队，过程肯定是单调又累的，孩子小又很少吃苦，所以一点累就坚持不了的，还真有不少同学，而如果他有团队意识，就能为了集体，认真练习。这里，我想说的就是校服，现在学校已经有了全新套的校服，咱们是逐步要换新校服了，我们班的新生也已经定了新校服，可是其他同学应该都还有旧校服，这样就不统一了，所以我想提一个建议，咱们别一次性全定，暂时先只统一定一套，我们看看是定秋装还是定一套夏装？考虑到马上就到运动会，到时肯定要表演，那个时候穿的，不如秋装？如果你愿意，当然如果还想要定别的，也可以先定。有些家长说我孩子还有没穿的校服，学校的意思是，只要没有洗过的校服都可以拿到学校换新校服，价钱多退少补。
在今后的学习生活中，我会着重引导孩子们发扬优点，克服不足，努力成为全面发展的好学生。
三、需家长配合的工作
孩子是我们的希望，在座的各位家长都希望自己的孩子有出息，但只恨自己帮不上忙。当了这么多年的老师，我发现有的家长对孩子太严厉，把打骂当作教育；有的家长则不管不问，称之为自主发展，其实是放纵溺爱。那我们学校、家长在教育孩子方面有哪些需要共同努力的方面呢？
一、习惯培养。良好的习惯是成功的保证。因此，我们强化对学生进行良好习惯的培养。习惯包括生活习惯、卫生习惯、学习习惯等，以及对学校各项制度的规范：中午午休时，就是有个别孩子不愿睡，其实中午适当的休息，是为了让孩子接下来更好的学习，所以我们在校坚持午休，周末在家也可以让孩子午休养成午休的习惯。或者他实在睡不着的咱们和他约定不在床上闹腾影响他人，等等看看各位家长有没有更好的办法呢？又如吃饭慢、挑食等等，家校合作，肯定能有成效的。贪玩是孩子的天性，大多数孩子缺少自我控制能力，所以希望你们平时多督促孩子认真完成家庭作业，培养他们良好的作业习惯，写字姿势。我们要让学生静得下，活得起来，帮助学生养成每天读书的习惯，扩大他们的知识面；多关心他们的生活，个人卫生。有些孩子的卫生习惯不好，不注意个人卫生，不刷牙，不剪指甲，自己的桌布、红领巾很脏，校服也是很破旧的感觉；希望家长们能督促他们勤换衣、勤洗头、勤理发，让孩子学会谦让，学会文明礼仪，做个有礼貌的文明学生。孩子一旦养成良好的行为习惯，将有益终身。
有时也可以采用一些方法，例如：孩子喜欢晚上看动画片，就给他约定：今天你的作业能独立完成，而且正确率比较高，书写工整，你就可以看动画片，否则，动画片不能看。这就是说，达不到这个标准的时候，一定要有限制，要惩罚，这个惩罚一定要剥夺他最喜欢的事情，这个时候不能心疼孩子，这没关系，但是他达到这个标准之后，你给的奖励他最喜欢的事情，孩子通过这样的调整，慢慢地就习惯了，习惯培养的奥秘，可以总结出一句话：培养好习惯用加法，改正习惯用减法。
二、家庭教育。孩子是一张洁白无暇的白纸，他们要在这张纸上描绘出七彩的未来，但这期间需要家长、学校，乃至整个社会的教育和关心，把他们培养成爱集体、爱他人、爱学习、爱劳动、爱钻研的品德高尚的人。这个就要包括我们老师家长的孩子身边的所有人的以身作则，树立榜样。
三、加强联系。父母是孩子的第一任老师，教育孩子是一门科学，孩子的成长过程就像一棵小树长成大树，这期间难免会长出一些多余的树杈，我们就要及时把这些树杈修剪掉，使他们长成参天大树。我们的沟通渠道有很多，比如成长手册，抄作业的本子，还可以打电话、发短信。
其实作为家长不要怕麻烦老师，教育孩子是我们大家的职责。但是，有些孩子比较调皮，对老师的话表面很听的，而背着老师想干什么就干什么，所以，需要我们经常联系，多交流孩子的情况，双方互相配合，让小问题消灭于萌芽状态，不要等问题严重了再找老师。何建陆妈妈，
四、英语学科。
孩子们已经顺利升到了二年级，怎样培养学生学习英语的良好习惯，以下为几点建议：
一、培养孩子自觉听录音的习惯。家长每天固定一个时间让孩子听教学录音磁带，并鼓励孩子模仿课文中的语音语调大声跟读出来，读的时候手指要指着相应的句子和单词，不要只是背课文或眼睛看着别处去读。（只要做到“眼到，口到，手到，心到”就能够取得最好的认读学习效果）
当然我们的课文，现在的孩子还没有达到那种一节课就能消化完成，必须要有一个过程，所以说就是会有个复习吸收的过程。像我们的课本封页就有一个记录情况，可以请家长们在督促孩子们读完了之后，并且签好名字，方便我们检查。
二、培养孩子主动用英语说的习惯。说是孩子掌握英语程度的一个重要表现，也是孩子学好英语的关键，从现在就鼓励孩子多用英语说，比方一些简单的一些英文的会话啊，像“再见、您好、早上好，下午好，晚安”等等这些日常简单的英语短句，家长可以不时的问问小朋友应该怎么说啊，能不能教教爸爸妈妈啊，这样让他们做做小老师，激发他们学习英语的兴趣。有条件的家长也可以多跟孩子进行一下简单的英语对话。
三、培养孩子重视英语的学习。帮助孩子养成带好英语教材和学习用具的习惯，从家长的角度重视英语学习，也帮助孩子养成好的学习习惯。家长可以在孩子书桌前贴一张纸条，上面写好各科需要准备好的学习用具，让孩子每天对照课表和纸条来准备第二天的学习用具，并帮助他检查一遍。如此坚持一段时间孩子忘带学习用具的坏习惯肯定能得到改正的。

岁月的轮回已是惯性，日历一页一页的翻转是不变的过程，而不断变化的是我们所处的环境。在你们即将离开母校，踏入新的环境之即，作为老师有几点感悟，让我们共勉：
一、善于总结
总结不是指责，也不是后悔，更不是炫耀，而是对自己走过足迹的回顾，是为了寻找一条适合自己的工作生活之路。学习、生活、工作犹如一个在给定初值条件下的循环路径，当满足某些条件时，就会走出循环而步入下一个新的循环，而且这个循环会一直延续下去。在这个循环中，不变的是每个循环的过程，变化的是在这个循环中的条件。实际上每个人的初始值是不同的，这样在走出这个循环的时间、次数也是不同的。因此不管同学们现在的自身条件如何，只要知道自己所处的环境，经过努力去创造条件，就会找到一条适合自己发展的成功之路。
二、学会选择
当今社会，是一个以分秒来计的快速多变时代，我们所面临的环境是不确定的，因此选择就成为我们一生必须经历的环节。在小学初中高中我们很少选择，因为父母、学校已经给出了选择，但是在大学中你们已经经历过多次选择，可能成功可能失败。选择是有风险的，选择就是一个博弈的过程，大学四年实际上是充实完善选择的条件和积累的过程，只有这样选择才能降低风险，从而达到预期的结果。
三、几点希望
“多情自古伤离别”，同学们，尽管我们很留恋这段时光，很珍惜这段缘份，但我们深知时针的旋转并不因为我们的祈祷而停息。在人生的旅途中，每个人都会有不同的领悟，而领悟的过程才是真正的成长。在今后成长的路上，我希望你们记住四个字：点、线、面、体。“点”就是认真做好每件事，踏实走好每一步，保持金子般的品质，留下美丽的亮点;“线”就是确定一个目标，矢志不渝地前行，功崇唯志，业精唯勤，只要努力和坚持，走一步就会离目标近一步，恰如一条闪耀光芒的射线;“面”就是既要融入人群又要有独创的精神，有自己的个性，就像一幅精美的画卷既要轻描淡写又要浓墨重彩;“体”就是有丰富的内心，健康的体魄，特立独行，构建宏伟的人生立体。希望每一位同学都能成为有思想、勇于实践的人;有毅力、负责任的人;善于合作、宽容大度的人;注重修养、品格高尚的人。

classifying rubbish , improving environment good morning, respectable judges, teachers. today, standing here makes me feel really honored and excited. the title of my speech is classifying rubbish , improving environment.
personally, rubbish has been a big headache in beijing. as the year -- is coming ,every citizen has realized green beijing and green olympics will bring the far-reaching impact on beijing and even all china . the scense of rubbish nearly everywhere has given all of us a really bad impression, and i'm sure none of us wish to show off the bad side of beijing to athletes and journalists all over the world, for it would blemish the city's and even china's image and leave a bad reputation. so we really have to work hard on green olympics.
now, we are middle school students. we must improve the sense of protecting the environment and make a contribution to green olympics .
in our life, a lot of rubbish , such as waste paper, plastic bottles ,batteries and so on , is produced every day . after we learnt the passage make our environment more beautiful , we found a lot of rubbish thrown into dustbins could be recycled in fact during our discussion. so we thought it would be better if we could classify rubbish . we told our idea to our teacher and he supported us very much . we became volunteers to classify rubbish . firstly we got three big boxes and put them in a corner of our classroom . one is for waste paper , one for plastics and coke cans and the other is for batteries . with teacher's help ,soon all the students took part in the activity of classifying rubbish .in a month , we collected three boxes of paper , a box of batteries and a box of plastics and coke cans .we sold them for 28 yuan and bought some young trees with the money . we planted the trees around our school . we were all spoken highly of by our school principals. now we keep on the job and are all proud of improving environment .
the world trusts beijing .beijing still has a lot to do to reach the level the world expects, but we have the confidence to make beijing a green city. great changes are taking place, and not far in the future, beijing will be the focus of all worlds' attention. we'll grasp the opportunity and do our best to make the sky bluer, water greener and air fresher by the year --.

下午好！在学校领导和老师们的帮助下，我渐渐的适应了英语这门学科的特点。细想这一年半时间的英语教学，经验是谈不上的。今天我只是把我的一些做法与体会和大家一起交流一下。请大家给予指导和帮助。
一、在教学过程中我有一个深刻的体会，那就是老师要做一个“储蓄罐”。要不断的给自己充电，时时提醒自己吸收新知识。随时向其他的老师们学习。经验就是财富，虽说这些东西不能照搬，但是善于借鉴往往能事半功倍。学校提倡的多听课真好。我每听一节课都会有一些启示，有一些收获，包括教学方法，教案设计。课堂组织等各方面。
除了知识外，我还努力地做一个学生喜欢的老师，让他们“亲其师则信祈其道。”从而喜欢上我的课。我力求向文章《我的老师》中的蔡芸芝老师学习，做到既是学生的良师又是益友。走进学生的生活，向他们敞开心扉，坦诚地检查改进自己的不足之处，时间久了，与学生们的距离就拉近了。
二、我们的学生英语基础水平相差太大，怎么办？我就当他们什么都没学，什么都不会。然后从头教起，重点放在基础差的学生身上，及时的鼓励他们，让他们丢掉害怕学英语的心理负担，这样学生之间的差距就不会拉的过大。那些接受能力强的学生，我就让他们当小组长。我将全班化整为零，人人参与，教师指导，学生领导的小组模式。让接受能力强的学生帮助接受能力慢的学生，采取小组竞争的学习方式，利用学生的集体荣誉感，提高他们的学习兴趣。
三、在学习中，注重学生的写的能力。教学过程中常会遇到这样一种情况，那就是说的响呱呱，一写却是稀松松。因此在教学中我比较注重学生的写，俗话说“好记性不如个烂笔头”。另外我跟其他的英语老师学到了一个经验，那就是听写。听写的骨头部分是上一节课的重点语法，而血肉部分却是以前的学的知识，这样既灵活的学习运用了新知识，又反复地巩固了旧知识。听写批改完后，让学生及时巩固不会的知识点，由小组长负责检查改过的内容。这时小组长的作用就明显了。
对于试卷练习，主要是由学生自己讲。先自己纠正，然后每人一道题说答案和依据。重点是说原因。说原因其实就是对语法的练习。学生能够“知其然”又能“知其所以然”后，再做题就能够举一反三，事半功倍。
以上是我在教学中特别注重的一些做法向老师们汇报，有不当之处敬请各位老师批评指正。谢谢。

二、班级管理经验介绍九年级是毕业班，毕业班工作的重要性想必各位家长都十分清楚。九年级这一学年，是十分关键的一学年，也是十分紧张的一学年。既是对初中阶段的一个总结，又是为高中学习打下坚实基础。所以，

4.多关心子女的学习和生活。同子女多一些交流、沟通，及时了解他们的心理动向，而不是一味的打骂、威胁。要让孩子感到你们的关心是发自内心的，你们的要求是合情合理的，对他们是理解尊重的。对学生不光是管管吃饱穿暖，还应关心他们的课余活动是否健康，结交的朋友是否正派。让孩子参加健康有益的活动，拒绝不正当的游戏与活动（例如在校玩手机、听mp3、校外沉迷于聊天游戏）。5.合理安排好课余学习。进入九年级了，学习任务较重，学生在家期间，要加强对他们的管理，要让他们在家做作业或复习，不要随意到外面玩耍、长时间看电视，影响学习。比如排一个作息和学习时间表，严格执行，形成规律。6.多与学校、老师联系。要经常向班主任和任课老师了解孩子的在校情况，向老师反映学生在家的表现，以达到相互了解，共同配合，共同教育的目的。7.要配合老师的工作，支持学校的决定。首先，大家要相信我们的老师，他们有能力教好你们的子女！我们所做的一切，其出发点和归宿点绝对和你们是一致的，都是为了教育好你们的孩子，也是为了我们的学生。我们不可能，也绝不会有意来为难学生，刁难家长。然而，有时候我们的工作得不到个别家长的理解
