When getting to the other bank, with the compass we found north in which direction we walked half an hour. Finally, we arrived at the campsite. We set up a tent and made a bonfire. The two of us spent the night in the forest. We learned to use knowledge gained in classroom training to solve problems. It was quite an experience for both of us, which I'll never forget for the rest of my life.

People often ask and are asked that what is the most important thing in life. Some people answer that family is the most important and others say love, work or money. In my opinion, health is the most important in life. However, how to keep healthy?

Firstly, being positive. A positive attitude towards life must be good to health. It also brings you power to overcome disease. Secondly, taking exercise regularly. Taking exercise regularly or even every day helps you build a strong body which is the base of health. Exercise can improve the ability of the body to fight disease. Thirdly, making friends, because friendship is an important part to influence your health. Many studies show that people with a wide range of social contacts get sick less than those who don't. I always feel better when I am with friends than when I am alone. Finally, eating properly, having good rest and building normal daily routine are aslo important to health.

The ways to keep healthy Everyone wants to live long, however, that just depends on your bodys health. Do you know how to keep healthy? Id like to offer you two ways:
1) Proper Dinners: Generally speaking, one should eat 3 times every day. But some students who get up late will ignore the breakfast, which will do a very bad effect on their healty. Anyway, some girls who would prefer to be thin will avoid eating anything or only little during the meal time. Both of the two ways are bad habits of dining. We shouldnt feel hungry or full after dinners.
2) Students are usually very busy with their homework, so they cannot take time to do exercises or too lazy to do them. This is another killer to health. We should at least take time to have lessons or do morning exercises everyday to keep health. All in all, Being in fitness is our goal, its also the basic of all contributions and success.

Nutrition is an input to and foundation for health and development. Interaction of infection and malnutrition is well-documented. Better nutrition means stronger immune systems, less illness and better health. Healthy children learn better. Healthy people are stronger, are more productive and more able to create opportunities to gradually break the cycles of both poverty and hunger in a sustainable way. Better nutrition is a prime entry point to ending poverty and a milestone to achieving better quality of life.
