I am a student, graduated from BaoYang middle school, Nanning, GuangXi autonomous region, in . I am still studying in high school now, because I was not enrolled by the ideal university last year. I believe I have the ability of study abroad, because I have finished all high school curriculums. Besides, my parents both have job and have rich income, so they will support me to finish my study. After finishing my study, I will return to my homeland and work on preschool education, so as to realize my life value.
After the college entrance examination or college graduation, some students will choose to go abroad to for further study. For this behavior, some people support it and some against it. In fact, going abroad not only needs a lot of money but also requires the students have a good foundation of English. If the students have the condition to study abroad, I suggest they choose to go. After all, knowledge is no boundary and the more they learn the better they will be. But the students who are not having those conditions, I don’t think they should go abroad, because the stress for them is too large. No matter domain education or abroad education can educate them well. Besides, maybe they still need to consider their own character situation. In a word, whether a person should go abroad or not depends on their own situation.

Nowadays, going abroad for further education is enjoying striking popularity among many Chinese families. People's attitudes towards it vary.
Actually, studying abroad has a lot of advantages. On the on hand, higher education in some developed countries is better than domestic education. Students can receive better education when they are studying abroad. On the other hand, it is also an important experience to go abroad, our students can broaden their horizons.

Study Abroad or in China?
There is no consensus of opinions among people as to whether students should study abroad or not. Some people are of the view that the youths should go overseas for further study if possible, while others take an opposite stand, firmly believing that it is unnecessary for students to study in a foreign country.
Those people who agree with studying abroad believe that diverse culture backgrounds can broaden students horizon. They also claim that overseas study can shape students personality because they are forced to deal with all kinds of difficulties by themselves. Nevertheless, the other people who agree with domestic education argue that our educational programs have been greatly improved during the past decades. They also point out that domestic education is convenient and economical.

There is no denying the fact that studying abroad is a hotly debated topic today. Obviously, studying abroad has a number of rewards/advantages. In the first place, a student can have access to advanced science and technology as well as desirable working conditions which might not be available at home. In the second place, he can be exposed to entirely new ideas and trends. Last but not least, by living and studying in a foreign country, one can improve his foreign language much faster than at home.
Nevertheless, as every coin has two sides, studying abroad also confronts one with a series of hardships. For one thing, learning a foreign language is far from an easy thing at the beginning for most people. For another, a completely new environment with different customs and habits may also be a barrier to overseas students, especially to the young. An added difficulty lies with finance: it can cost a lot to study abroad.
From my point of view, the advantages of studying abroad outweigh its disadvantages. But it is a big decision to go abroad to study and one should take into consideration his financial conditions and his ability to adapt to new surrounding. Personally, I choose to go abroad and study if I find it necessary.
The other day I announced that I would go abroad for further studies right after my college education. My decision evoked the immediate objection of my family： Why? Why should I borrow a huge sum of money for overseas studies while I might receive the same education at home at relatively low cost? My answer is： in addition to knowledge， I can gain experience that those who stay at home will never have.
First， experience is the opportunity for the real-life use of foreign languages. It is simply because Sam’s attire seems entirely natural given his dignified comportment.
That comportment in turn is driven by Sam’s love and respect for American History. Sam views himself as the messenger for something serious and important, and this is reflected in the way he teaches and in the way his students respond.
Reaction to Sam’s classes has been overwhelmingly positive. So much so that more than once it has been reported to me that study hall students have been spotted lingering outside the door to Sam’s classroom listening to his lessons.
Sam’s impact has even been felt outside the school with the parents themselves. His section on the importance of voting has inspired students to cajole their parents to register to vote. Several have mentioned this to me at parent-teacher meetings. One even called the school to have me pass on their thanks to Mr. Cohen.
The only thing that we in the school administration have ever worried about in regard to Sam is the prospect of funding his bottled water. Sam is such a passionate and prolific speaker that he needs a steady supply to maintain his voice. So far we have gotten a pass on this, as students have bought it for him, including what must have been a year’s supply on his last birthday.
It will be a sad day when we announce that Sam will be pursuing his graduate degree on a fulltime basis. We can only hope that he keeps his promise and returns to us as soon as the ink is dry on his new diploma.

一、留学背景
我出国留学的专业是教育社会学，希望从中外对比的角度中来研究课题是义务教育均衡发展的理论与实践。
19世纪后期，义务教育普及后，教育发展不平衡问题日益突出，成为世界各国面临的共同问题。因此，世界各国开始重视义务教育的均衡发展，许多发达国家开始引入市场竞争机制，实行家长自由择校制度，这在一定程度上促进了义务教育的均衡发展；一些1翟博发展中国家经过不懈努力取得了一些成就；xx在个性化教育方面表现突出。
20世纪80年代末，一些地区开始探索义务教育均衡发展。20xx年修订的《义务教育法》中明确提出了“促进义务教育均衡发展”这一条，使中国教育均衡发展上升到法律层面，掀起了中国教育均衡发展研究与实践的过程。
但是，目前国内外成熟的研究成果并不多，大部分研究成果还停留在经验总结和基础理论探讨上。从义务教育均衡发展的理论体系建设来看，国内外的研究还不够完善；在实践中，只有部分地区取得了一些成绩，总体情况还不尽如人意，尤其是城乡之间。迫切需要探索更加完善的城乡教育均衡发展模式。所以我希望通过留学项目，可以更多的了解到世界各国教育均衡的研究成果，促进1翟博教育的均衡发展。
二。留学原因xxxx大学
xx大学成立于1348年，是莱茵河以东1xx地区最古老的大学之一，也是1xxxx大学大学之一。培养了从人文学科到医学、自然科学等各个领域的数百名专家，一贯坚持教学与实践相结合。这种优良传统能给我很好的熏陶，这种教学模式是我的追求。同时，在大教育家夸美纽斯的影响下，学校有着良好的教育积累；另外教育学、社会科学等xx大学专业正好是英语专业，留学生也比较多，有利于我适应环境和早期的专业发展。
地理上，xx大学位于xx的首都，xx的城市，是全国经济中心，重要的文化中心，旅游中心。这个城市有大量各种风格的建筑，还有许多剧院、博物馆和美术馆，可以提供良好的人文氛围，全方位陶冶自己。同时，城市位于欧洲大陆的中心，与周边国家联系密切，方便我对多个国家的教育进行对比研究。
三。预期目标、计划和可行性
我出国留学的目的是在借鉴国外研究经验的基础上，梳理国外义务教育均衡发展的理论体系，回国后进行系统的中外义务教育均衡发展比较研究，构建1翟博义务教育均衡发展理论体系和生态良性发展模式。留学预计8个月:2个月语言适应和提高，4个月理论学习和研究，2个月教育考察和实践研究。
目前从事西部农村教育均衡发展研究，本科学历是英语专业，在专业基础和语言方面有条件完成研究任务。回国后，我会继续在延安大学工作。单位可以为进一步研究提供科研条件，也支持我继续从事这项研究，肯定会有所突破。
Although students can get a good education in most subjects at their home universities, it is important to study abroad for some or part of one’s college education. Study abroad can give a student competency in a new language, familiarity with a different culture, and a chance to grow in different ways.
One cannot deny that it is important to be bilingual or even multilingual in today’s fast-paced world. We have a global economy and communication by Internet and satellite TV means we must be familiar with other languages in order to keep up with new developments.
Knowing another culture is also important today. Respect for other people and their traditions will foster cooperation and peace. We should all do our part to make sure the world is safe for our children. It will only be safe if we understand and respect other people and their culture.

There is no denying the fact that studying abroad is a hotly debated topic today. Obviously, studying abroad has a number of rewards/advantages. In the first place, a student can have access to advanced science and technology as well as desirable working conditions which might not be available at home. In the second place, he can be exposed to entirely new ideas and trends. Last but not least, by living and studying in a foreign country, one can improve his foreign language much faster than at home.
Nevertheless, as every coin has two sides, studying abroad also confronts one with a series of hardships. For one thing, learning a foreign language is far from an easy thing at the beginning for most people. Mr. Ren was admitted in 1986 at 14 years of age into the SPECIAL CLASS for the GIFTED YOUTHS, my university 's unique program that caters to the intellectual needs of unusually talented Chinese youngsters.
