Recently， I read a fairy story book， Little Prince. This book tells the adventurous experiences of little prince from his planet to the earth. Little prince es from the outer space and he is hurt by a rose. So he leaves there and travels into space. He es to the earth and be the friend of a fox. The fox tells his secret to little prince and he helps a pilot in the desert. In the end， he dies under the help of a snake and his soul goes back to his planet. This book is very interesting and teaches me a lot. I like little price adventures. He teaches me to be honest and love others. All of us should never loss the pureness of childhood.
The movie is about a love story between a flower-girl Eliza and a gentleman Higgins. Eliza was a fair but poor girl who had a distinct countryside accent. Higgins was a linguist professor. He bet with his friend Pickering that he could teach Eliza for 6 months and transform her into a lady. Finally they succeed while Eliza left because of the selfishness of Higgins. But at last Higgins realized he could not live without Eliza and they got together
Though Eliza was a poor girl who made a living by selling flowers, she had the determination and courage which seldom girls owned. That is what we should learn from the movie

从事教育宣传事业以来，本人先后六次参加县、市、省新闻写作培训，每次培训，我都尝到了学习的甜头，所以，每次培训学习我都十分珍惜，听得认真、记得仔细、领会深刻。我深深懂得，每一次机会都来之不易，都凝聚着组织者和老师们的心血和汗水。本次培训学习，教育局信息中心安排了领导讲话、专家讲座、经验交流、通讯员互动、结业考试、合影留念，内容丰富多彩，形式别开生面，尽管只有三天时间，尽管酷热难当，我仍然感到受益匪浅。因此，培训一结束我就怀着激动的心情写出这篇小文，一是要感谢三天里各位领导专家的谆谆教导和不吝赐教；二是要感谢英山县教育局给我们提供了“充电、打气”的平台；三是要借此机会，与参加培训的全体学员分享一下个人的学习体会。
一、执着追求、锲而不舍是写好新闻的前提条件。
记得xx副主任讲课时和大家提到自己的新闻写作历程，总是如数家珍、娓娓道来，如春风拂面、沁人心脾。他从新闻的标题、导语、正文、结尾等重点部分着手，做了深入浅出的讲解，并通过自己近二十年的新闻写作经历，把成功的经验毫无保留地和盘托出，使我们受益匪浅。让人惊叹的是那些标题大气、内容真实、角度新颖、报道深刻的新闻作品无一不是出自身材矮小、其貌不扬的雷主任之手；让人敬佩的是他二十年如一日，无论个人位置高低，无论从事什么职业，他都一如既往地坚持为英山的两个文明建设鼓与呼，从不间断。是啊！好的新闻作品都是生活中的有心人发现的，没有积极向上、心怀感恩的宽广胸怀是写不出感人至深亦或令人深思的新闻。篇篇浸透血和汗，字字句句总关情，雷主任正是凭着对新闻的热爱和执着，才写出数以千计的真实、大气、精彩的新闻作品。真的是生活不缺少美和感动，缺少的是发现这些美的眼睛，只要我们对生活能以阳光般心态来过好每一天，对待身边每个人，留心身边每件事，我们就能写出优秀的新闻作品。
二、多留心、勤采访、细琢磨是写好新闻的最大诀窍。
三、多读书报、关注热点、自我加压是做好新闻工作的源泉。
“师傅领进门，修行在个人”。我们虽然掌握了新闻写作的部分知识，但写出好作品，关键要看我们以后的努力。通过本次培训，使我对新闻写作又有了新的认识，要写好新闻闭门造车是万万不行的，即使偶尔能发一两篇作品，但时间长了思想和知识就会落后，写出的东西没有时代特色，不贴近生活，也就谈不上什么质量，就会被逐步淘汰。写新闻，必须要研究新闻，那就要通过多读书报，多研究报刊，特别是对要投稿的报刊更要下大功夫。过去我写东西有一个毛病，构思不好不动笔，写完了不想改。通过培训学习我认识到，写东西并不需要完全构思好了再动笔，只要脑子里有一个创意、有一个素材就要马上动笔，这样就会发现，只要一动笔，原先模糊的思路，就会变得清晰，甚至可以变得更开阔；初稿完成后不下功夫修改也是不行的，要逐字逐句的不断的修改，特别是标题，更要反复推敲。可以说改一遍一个样，等什么时候觉得比较满意了再上投，命中率也就会高许多。当然，新闻写作是很辛苦的工作，它需要耗费掉我们很多的业余时间，但当自己的一件件作品变成铅字的时候，当收到哪怕是一元稿费的时候，那种欣喜之情可想而知。本次培训不仅提高了我的新闻写作技巧，更激发了写好新闻的信心和决心。

交流会开始了，我们7个人分成一组，一共11个组。我们是第7组。有人说：“这书是她随意拿的。”

books are to mankind what memory is be the individual. they contain the history of our race, the discoveries we have made, the accumulated knowledge and experience of ages; they picture for us the marvels and beauties of nature, help us in our difficulties, comfort us in sorrow and in suffering, change hours of weariness into moments of delight, store our minds with ideas, fill them with good and happy thoughts, and lift us out of and above ourselves.
many of those who have had, as we say, all that this world can give, have yet told us they owed much of their purest happiness to books. macaulay had wealth and fame, rank and power, and yet he tells us in his biography that he owed the happiest hours of his life to books. he says: “if any one would make me the greatest king that ever lived, with palaces and gardens and fine dinners, and wines and coaches, and beautiful clothes, and hundreds of servants, on condition that i should rather be a poor man in a garret with plenty of books than a king who did not love reading.”precious and priceless are the blessings which the books scatter around our daily paths. we walk, in imagination, with the noblest spirits, through the most sublime and enchanting regions.
without stirring from our firesides we may roam to the most remote regions of the earth, or soar into realms when spender’s shapes of unearthly beauty flock to meet us, where milton’s angels peal in our ears the choral hymns of paradise. science, art, literature, philosophy,---all that man has though, all that man has done,----the experience that has been bought with the sufferings of a hundred generations,---all are garnered up for us in the world of books.
这个星期，我被同学们推选为班上的学习榜样，我既高兴又惭愧，高兴的是我平时的学习得到了同学们的肯定和鼓励，惭愧的是我的学习离老师和家长的要求在有些方面还做得不够好，今后，我要加倍努力学习，争取做得更好，不辜负老师和同学们的希望。
说到我在平时学习中的经验，我觉得主要是坚持做到了以下几点：一是坚持认真听讲，积极发言；二是爱动脑筋，自己独立完成老师布置的作业；三是不懂就问，既向老师问又向爸爸妈妈问，还积极和同学们讨论，直到弄懂为止；四是爱读书报，如《少年智力开发报》、《学与玩》杂志等，对上面的文章和题目，我都认真地读认真地做。
以上是我学习的体会。不对的地方，请老师和同学们帮我指出来，我以后好好改正。
