Most of us take life for granted. We know that one day we must die, but usually we picture that day as far in the future. 我上个周末，给我最大的震撼的一件事是看了我们班这次英语校考的成绩。这次考试有点难，不过学得扎实的同学，也能轻而易举拿到80分。至于不及格的人数嘛，一个字：多;上70、80分的人数呢，也多。可见我们班还是有实力的。

这次考试，我要表扬一下第十五组，全组的组员都考得不错。就拿黄钦禹来说，他的英语不太好，听写一直不及格。这个学期他的听写不仅及过几次格，这次还考了70分的成绩。这很值得表扬一番，说明他努力了，付出了，当然，他的组员和组长也为他操心不少，70分，不容易啊。陈思铭考得也不错，尽管只有20多分。他比上个学期有进步了。任俊霖嘛，就是做题太不认真了，不然三四十分绝不在话下。
我一直都未尽好职责，不然当了几个学期的课代表，大家的英语也不见得提升多少。我明白，我也会改进。同学们以后有不会的题目或建议尽管对我、Miss姚或几个课代表说。我们会用心为大家服务，与大家共同进步。

走出大学到现在，掐指一算，任教已有四年了，送走一届学生，恍然时间飞逝。回首几年来的教学，总觉得有这般那般不足，在英语教学中，我认为自己还有以下两点需要反思并给予提高。
1.在教学中对情感教育不够重视
爱因斯坦在总结自己一生的成就时指出，只用专业知识教育人是不够的，专业教育可以使人变成一个有用的机器，但不能成为一个和谐发展的人。他的感触对我们的现实的教育状况，有指点迷津的作用。
厌学情绪弥漫在青少年中间，很多孩子变得焦虑、烦躁，易生逆反心理，易走向极端。在学校教育中，学*科学文化知识是学生的主要任务，但不是唯一的任务，而只是学生个体精神生活、情感世界的一部分，还应该有道德的养成、审美活动、人际交往等。我们的教育，只有将认知与情感教育结合起来，才是完整意义上的教育，才能让每一个受教育者有健全的人格，健康地成长。
当今的学生大都是独生子女,个性强、不爱学*、难教育,多数英语老师都感同身受。我发现和学生真正的沟通心灵,唤醒他们的'聪明才智,增强他们的自信心,调动他们的积极性,从而让学生自发的学*才是最重要的。
作为老师，教态要自然、适度、得体、教师的教学语言应严谨、简洁、逻辑性强，坚定自信，饱满的教学热情，学而不厌，诲人不倦的精神，都能升华学生高涨的学*激情。对学生的评价要正确、恰当，特别是课堂上学生回答问题后，应给予积极肯定，如“very good/Excellent/Thank you/well done!”等。作为新老师，很容易忽略这一点。往往学生回答完问题，简单地就“Sitdown ,please”,学生无法得到真正的肯定。
根据学生的兴趣、爱好特点，想方设法以新颖、丰富多彩的教学手段激发其兴趣，有利于调动他们主动参与的积极性，变为“苦学”为“乐学”。
有一点也是很重要得，就是情感教育的核心“爱”。在英语教学中，整个班级学生的成绩参差不齐，这是许多教师都不可回避的一个现实。教师的爱心不仅体现在优秀学生身上，更要倾注在 “学困生”身上，关注不同层次的学生，让不同水*的学生在同一节课中都能有所进步。教学以来，我们会发现，很多学生因为喜爱某个老师而喜欢他所任教的学科。我们教给学生的，不仅是丰富的知识，还有培养其获得知识的能力。
另外一方面就是作业的布置问题。初中特别是起始年段，我往往布置的作业大部分抄写：抄写单词，课文。后来发现，学生抄上来的很多单词拼法都错了，这让我百思不得其解。有学生甚至问我，老师，这样抄写有意义吗？我一愣，确实，这能提高学生运用语言知识的能力吗？接下来，我增加了背课文作业。布置背诵任务时，肯定有些同学背不过。于是我把学生分成四人一组，按照小组长负责制，督促组员背诵。上课抽查时，如果有一人背诵不通过，其他成员都会受到惩罚。这样做，表面看来是很残酷，但是，这是检验组内成员是否团结合作的有利一击，每个同学都不愿成为别人的累赘，并要为本组增光，他们就会努力背书，到第二天检查时，大多数会过关。另外，我还增加了一项作业。当天练*做错的，让（四人一组）小组长负责再出题给未过关的组员做，结果出乎我的意料，学生教得比我还好。于是，我把这方法也在数学科目上推广。通过以上几种方式的尝试，我班学生的学*积极性得到了很大提高，不仅能够自主完成作业，而且还可以尝试为自己、为同学设计、批改和评价作业。
以上两点是我任教以来须着重反思的两方面，在教学中，我认为老师要多思，多想，多关爱学生这样才能充分调动他们学*的积极性，有助于学生的发展与进步。这样才能适应当今如火如荼的素质教育改革和新课程进一步推进的要求，才能真正培养学生的能力。

反思一、词汇教学
《新目标英语》词汇量大，其中七年级上册有词汇700个左右，下册约450个，八年级上册约450个，下册约400个， 九年级全册约500个，合计2500个。词汇量大自然也就增加了教学的难度，但我们又必须让学生掌握，否则难以适应教材的要求。那么我们该采取什么方式来教学单词？
实践证明，传统教学中，*讲解和机械操练掌握词汇的方法是不行的。尤其在当前中、小学英语脱节，词汇量大，教学任务重的形势下，我们更应注重培养学生自学的能力。我认为我们应做好下列几点：
1、重示范。在教单词时，要求教师自己示范到位，发音清晰，讲解发音要点。同时培养学生认真听，专心看，积极模仿的好*惯。听清后再跟说。确定学生大都听清，模仿正确后，再出示单词卡片，以免分散学生的注意力。对直观的单词配以图片、体态语帮助学生理解。顺利完成音——形——义的逐步过度。
2、重情景。单词是构成语言的三大要素之一。人类思维活动是借助词汇进行的。人类思想的交流也是通过由词构成的句子来实现的。没有词汇任何语言都是不可想象的。因此单词具有语言的意义，应在特定的语境中引出，这样既便于学生理解，印象也深刻。
教师集中培训也是教师教育的重要组成部分，是提高教师整体素质和促进教师专业化的有效途径，也是全面实施素质教育和提高个人英语教学质量的关键。
通过本次继续教育培训的学*，使我在教育思想，教育理论及业务能力等方面受益颇多。我深切地认识到为了更好的胜任新世纪的教育教学工作，适应素质教育的需要，必须不断的'全面提高自身素质，而现代教育观念的树立，正是教师的立教之本，确立现代教育观。此次培训，对我都是一种帮助和提高。具体收获如下:

三、慢慢调整学生写的质量。要知道初中生写的字，比较潦草，难看。从学生交上了的作业可以看的出来。所以*时上课多叫学生上黑板上写，有时间进行英语书法比赛，县把英语写好，然后逐步要求工整，提高速度。
四、慢慢规范发音。七年级的学生虽然基础参差不齐，但他们对英语的学*热情还是比较高涨的，因为新鲜，所以产生的极大的兴趣。在学生的操练过程中时不时改正一下，学生也是比较容易接受的，如Iam和I’m，thankyou，there,mouth等等。
五、教会学生考试的技巧。在目前的教育模式下，检验学生的掌握程度就是考试，一堂成功的英语课，往往给人以自然，和谐，舒服的享受。每一位教师在教材处理，教学方法，学法指导等诸方面都有自己的独特设计，在教学过程会出现闪光点。在*时的听说读写练中，到了考试的时候真正有用的主要是听和写，不是吗?听力30分，笔试90分。所以，教学当中的一些技巧也要说给学生听，比如说Be动词的用法，I用am，we,you,they用are,is用于他她它。句型的转换，怎么考，考什么等等。
