My teachers and fellow students, In a couple of weeks, we’ll say goodbye to our mother school. How time flies! Now It’s really hard for me to put my feelings into words. The past three years has been really a wonderful journey with you guys, full of laughter and tears.
To make the journey safe and fruitful, our great teachers contributed their time, energy, loveand the whole heart. Here, we are extremely grateful for all that you, dear teachers, have done for us. It’ll soon be the time for us to depart, though unwillingly. But it is not the end. It just means that we’re going to begin a new journey. Finally, on behalf of all the graduates present here, let me extend our sincere wishes for our mother school and respectable teachers. Thank you.
Good morning ladies and gentleman. My name is Miller. I’d like to talk to you today about the topic of Traffic Jams in Shanghai. The purpose of this talk is to analysis the problem of traffic jams and try to make some advices in my view. I shall only take about four minutes of your times. I’ve divided my presentation into three parts.
First. Status. Yesterday, I went to XuJiaHui. I start my route at 1:00pm. When I arrived home, it was 8:00pm. I only use nearly 3 hours on shopping. That means I almost waste 4 hours on the way. That is the Traffic Jams Status in Shanghai.
Second. Reasons. I found that the traffic management is the most serious problem in the traffic system. In some important crossroads, there are no enough traffic police to do the traffic grooming. It’s irrational. We paid so much taxes, but we cannot comfort what we should get. For example, on the overhead, two cars had made a traffic accident. This leaded the traffic jams. We had not see the traffic police from start to end. It took me nearly 10 minutes on the overhead. It was happened yesterday.
Third. To solve it. What I can advice is just add more traffic polices in the important crossroads. It’s the most useful way to solve the
traffic jams. Because yesterday when we nearly went out the overhead, the speed was increased obviously. We found several traffic polices in the crossroad. They commanded cars and then the traffic went well.
That brings me to the end of my presentation. Let me just run over the key points again. Traffic jams was made by several resources. To solve it, we can depend on the traffic police. But for ourselves, to drive more carefully, more reasonably, maybe is another way to decrease the traffic jams.

Summer holiday is coming. And swimming safety becomes a big problem. I know swimming is a great way to keep fit and relax. However, not every place is suitable for us to swim. And I’d like to give you some advice to keep off the danger. The most important thing you have to know is that you are not supposed to swim in a deep river. Also, you can’t go swimming by yourself. You’d better go with your friends or your families. And before you swim, you should get ready for it instead of jumping into the water in a hurry. What’s more, you also have to look after your friends while you are swimming. Of course, you mustn’t swim for too long so that you and your partner won’t feel tired. Besides, if your swimming skill is not very good. You’d better not swim.

In China, almost every family has TV set in their house. Television has made great contribution to people’s daily lives and children’s education. Some people even think that television is one of the greatest inventions in the world.
But there is a good side and a bad side to everything and that includes the television.
On one hand, TV is a powerful educational tool that through it people know what is happening in the rest of the world. Because of television, people begin to understand different cultures and current affairs.
They know about the things they never knew before, they create their own opinions and form their sense of worth. The TV opens a brand-new door for them to explore the things they want to know. Many people may go traveling due to watch the beautiful scenes in TV.
On the other hand, some people may find them addicted to television, especially the young people.
They spend most of their free time watching TV programs instead of playing outside with their peers.
In this case, the children may lack of the ability of communicate effectively with others.
TV makes them isolated. What’ more, sometimes the TV programs may contain se-xual scenes or bloody scenes that not suitable for children to watch.
This will cause negative effects on them.
To sum up, I think television has both advantages and disadvantages, people should find a balance between it. Make the most use of it, don’t be the salves of it.
今天我是第一次参加班干部竞选，也是我第一次站在讲台上，我此时的心情既紧张又兴奋。或许你们会很惊讶，我竞选的岗位竟然是卫生委员。有的同学可能会暗自发笑：劳动不是很积极的人也能当劳动委员啊!但我确信以自己的能力一定有资格当劳动委员。尽管讲台上还有许多能力强的人来当劳动委员，但我毫不畏惧，相信在我的努力下，一定能当上劳动委员。
我竞选劳动委员的原因有两种：第一种原因是我竞选上了劳动委员以后便可以挂上那富有荣誉感的二划头标志，当然我也不会因此而骄傲自大，我也会背负着责任感，管好班级的卫生情况。第二种原因是我当上了劳动委员以后，就可以为班级服务，当老师的小助手了。我会抓住这个千载难逢的机会，当好这个劳动委员，为班级争光。
如果我当上了劳动委员，我会每天管好班级的卫生情况，把教室打扫得一干二净，不使班级因卫生而扣分。我还会给班级买一把扫把，供班级使用，争取当一个称职的劳动委员。如果我没有当上劳动委员，我也不会气馁，不会自卑，在每周轮到我值日的时候，我会积极地做值日的时候，我会认真地做好值日。
我的优点说完了，希望大家投我一票。我一定会做好这个劳动委员的。
classifying rubbish , improving environment good morning, respectable judges, teachers. today, standing here makes me feel really honored and excited. the title of my speech is classifying rubbish , improving environment.
personally, rubbish has been a big headache in beijing. as the year -- is coming ,every citizen has realized green beijing and green olympics will bring the far-reaching impact on beijing and even all china . the scense of rubbish nearly everywhere has given all of us a really bad impression, and i'm sure none of us wish to show off the bad side of beijing to athletes and journalists all over the world, for it would blemish the city's and even china's image and leave a bad reputation. so we really have to work hard on green olympics.
now, we are middle school students. we must improve the sense of protecting the environment and make a contribution to green olympics .
in our life, a lot of rubbish , such as waste paper, plastic bottles ,batteries and so on , is produced every day . after we learnt the passage make our environment more beautiful , we found a lot of rubbish thrown into dustbins could be recycled in fact during our discussion. so we thought it would be better if we could classify rubbish . we told our idea to our teacher and he supported us very much . we became volunteers to classify rubbish . firstly we got three big boxes and put them in a corner of our classroom . one is for waste paper , one for plastics and coke cans and the other is for batteries . with teacher's help ,soon all the students took part in the activity of classifying rubbish .in a month , we collected three boxes of paper , a box of batteries and a box of plastics and coke cans .we sold them for 28 yuan and bought some young trees with the money . we planted the trees around our school . we were all spoken highly of by our school principals. now we keep on the job and are all proud of improving environment .
the world trusts beijing .beijing still has a lot to do to reach the level the world expects, but we have the confidence to make beijing a green city. great changes are taking place, and not far in the future, beijing will be the focus of all worlds' attention. we'll grasp the opportunity and do our best to make the sky bluer, water greener and air fresher by the year --.

王玉杰同学，一年级时，课堂上基本不听，更不用说回答问题了，看他刚才的表现，大家就知道了。孩子在变，孩子在长大，要相信您的孩子，给他自信。相信他一定会成长起来。孩子毕竟才上二年级，漫长的学习之路才刚开始，您要无限相信孩子的潜力；永远不要对孩子失望；决不吝啬父母的表扬和鼓励；给孩子一个改变的时间。
想让孩子思维活跃起来，最好的方法就是让孩子接触生活、接近大自然。当春天来的时候，可以让孩子们和自己的爸爸妈妈趁空闲之余出去走走，发现大自然的美丽，感受万物复苏所带来的勃勃生机；秋天来的时候可以让孩子回到农村，去体验劳动的快乐和丰收的喜悦。方式可以多种多样。因为自然本身就是美，对自然的亲近，对自然的感受就是一种美丽。我们无暇陪同孩子一起感受自然的美丽，但我们可以积极的引导。
多让孩子走进自然、接触生活、养成提问的习惯
家长要看到生活中处处有知识、有科学、有问题，平时应该多把孩子带到大自然中去，接触社会生活，养成孩子喜欢观察问题、提出问题、思考问题的习惯。
生活中有许多科学现象，如月亮的圆缺、雨后的彩虹、磁力的现象、水的汽化和结冰、糖和盐的溶解、铁生锈······我们也许无法向孩子解释所有的这些现象，但可以引导他们去观察、去探索、去发现。比如引导孩子：朝天空看一看，天空的颜色是不是到处都是一样？如果成人不加以引导，孩子有可能对这些现象总是熟视无睹，一点也不感兴趣，稍加引导和点拨，结果会大不一样。节假日，父母带孩子到公园等地去玩，孩子大都会很高兴，只是我们应该看到：如果我们放手让孩子自己随便玩，他们也会玩的十分开心，但这不过是在他们心中拂过一阵轻风，轻风过后可能难以留下痕迹；如果父母仔细地加以引导，则可能为孩子提供观察和学习的机会。比如上动物园时，父母可以启发孩子：老虎和豹子有什么不同，孩子就绝对不会走马观花了，他们就会仔细地观察，认真地去比较，通过异中求同和同中求异的观察，准确地区分老虎和豹子。父母要善于及时地用语言指导孩子去观察，帮助孩子用语言表达他们所看到的动物。同时还可以告诉他们一些有关动物的知识。到植物园也一样，让孩子带着问题去观察。久而久之他们会主动提出问题寻求解答。
一般来说，孩子们比较喜欢提出“为什么”的问题，这就是问题意识，做家长的应该肯定和保护这种意识，并且尽可能正确而科学地回答他们提出的问题。对于自己不会的或者不宜答复的，则可说：等你长大了再告诉你行吗？不必用假话或用冷淡的话去支吾搪塞或用粗暴的话去呵斥。孩子都有一个自己的王国，你想引导他、教育他，你就必须进入这个王国，与他同游，你只有了解孩子的心理特点，才能和他有共同语言，才能用他能接受的方式指引他，这样教育才有可能获得成功。
总之，家长不要老把孩子关在家里，一厢情愿地强迫孩子做家长要求做的事，应该引导孩子多走进自然，接触生活，学会观察事物，提出问题，养成问题意识的习惯。
让孩子走向大自然，找回孩子久违的天性和乐趣，开阔他们的视野，培养他们敏锐的观察力、积极的思维力，丰富的想象力……让孩子在大自然中去实践、去探索，做一个会学习、会创造、懂生活、会生活的人吧！
让孩子做力所能及的事，带孩子走出家门，去购物，去实践生活，丰富他们的生活经验。

I love English. English language is now used everywhere in the world. It has become the most common language on Internet and for international trade. Learning English makes me confident and brings me great pleasure. When I was seven, my mother sent me to an English school. At there, I played games and sang English songs with other children . 今年九月，我六十周岁，退休了。当我拿到退休证时有感而发，
作为一名普通教师，我没有轰轰烈烈的人生，没有惊天动地的业绩，但感到很幸运。
我教的是英语，当时英语教师奇缺，平时除了备课、上课就是在教室里辅导，天天跟学生们泡在一齐。高考发榜时看到学生们取得好成绩，我由衷高兴；看到一批批学生步入了大学校园，我倍感自豪；每次应邀参加学生们的聚会，都感到莫大的光荣。逢年过节学生来访，我很开心快乐。
在40年的教学生涯中，我一向奉行淡泊名利，与世无争，顺其自然的人生观，不去刻意追求荣誉待遇，使自我的生活淡定自如，与同事朋友关系密切，很少有烦恼，退休后没有落差感。
知足常乐，我有一个美满的家庭，孩子们事业有成，我和老伴身体健康。更重要的是，我们正处在一个太平盛世，衣食无忧，生活美满。
退休后生活很充实。以前工作忙，顾不了家，此刻退休有时光了，帮着做点家务，去商场购物，看看报纸，玩玩电脑，跟朋友们聚在一齐喝茶聊天，打扑克下棋，有规律地进行身体锻炼，到河边钓鱼，看看美景，有兴趣时出去旅游，平时扫扫楼梯，力所能及地帮邻里做点事情。：
按照中国人的传统，六十年为一个甲子，退休就是告别人生的第一个时期，迎来人生第二个时期。退休只但是是一次主角的转换和场景的变更。从工作岗位退下来，说明告别了无数个“昨日”，迎来了“明天”。珍惜每一个“明天”，晚年生活就会更充实精彩。
My discussion is around things that your parents didn’t want you to do when you were a child. In my opinion , the least thing that your parents want you to do is fall in love in an early age. But I have to point out that I’m 100 percent agree with puppy love.
I’m an oral English teacher in my spare time. My thirteen years old student once told me that she kind of like her deskmate and asked me how to deal with this situation. BTW, her parents criticized her for this. To be honest, I feel a little bit angry. I told her to calm down and listen to my words, think thoroughly and follow her heart.
First of all, there’s no deny that love’s a beautiful thing. In that case, why should we refuse itIt’s ridiculous, huh. Puppy love indeed has bad influence on our study, but just like anything else, everything is a double-edged sword and I believe that it’s positive influence on our growth is far more important than that.
Secondly, a school life without dates is incomplete. Don’t you think soFall in love in an early age makes us mature and get away from childish and nave, it’s importance can’t be replaced by anything else.
Thirdly, although fall in love when ur young is easily to get

She has gold and platinum records to prove to herself that she is a great singer. She has a fan club its from fear. She loves singing and she loves singing for her dedicated fans. So she faces her fear so that she can embrace what she loves.
Love is hope and understanding and trust. It is so many things because it is what makes our world larger and makes us stronger.
It is the truth in our lives. Embracing love as a way to live our lives leads us to make better decisions.
Conquering your fears can take a second or it can take a lifetime. But it always starts with a single, small step.
I am here to help you take that step, but I am not the only one who is willing to help you. You have many people in your life that are not only willing, but eager to help you take that step.
So take that first step past your fear and towards loving your life. Do it today no matter how small that step is. You will be amazed by what you can achieve with your life.

我知道，有很多家长都很想知道自己的小孩在这将近一个学期的学习中，成绩怎么样？在学校表现怎么样？学习能力和发展的潜能怎么样？召开这次家长会，主要目的也是：希望家长进一步配合老师，做好一些工作，加强你们和学校之间的联系，让孩子们学得更好，取得更好的成绩！
一、介绍本班基本情况
作为班主任，我首先介绍本班情况：我们班有学生34人，总体情况是男生较调皮，而女生相对文静，经过差不多六年的学习，孩子们已经具备了一定的自主学习能力，还有一些孩子自主学习能力很强，也有个别同学学的不够理想，如果我在工作中有什么疏忽，请各位家长谅解。
现在就各位家长关心的问题做简单说明：
教学方面：
1、语文学习突出的同学有：王志豪、李晓茜、朱明佳、黄国顺等
2、课堂上发言积极，思维敏捷的有：陈浩桦、王泽宇、王凯毅
3、书写工整的有：王思倩、蒋春兰、梁宗晨
4、需加倍努力的有：王宽茹、林尤森
以上取得的成绩跟我们每一位学生的努力和在座的每一位家长的支持都是分不开的，请允许我再一次向支持我们学校工作的、支持我这个班主任工作的各位家长表示感谢。
存在问题：
1、在取得成绩的同时，我也清醒的认识到存在着一些问题，有的听讲不认真，上课爱做小动作，没有听课的习惯。不管老师说什么他一律不听，干什么事都走在别人的后面，做题速度慢，这样怎么能学好呢？班上部分男同学太爱动，自我约束能力较差，课下爱追逐打闹，安全问题令老师担忧。我是班主任，是28个孩子的当家人，对于每个孩子的安全，我是非常重视的，每次上课前都要讲几句，班会课上更是不停的重复，可孩子毕竟是孩子，他们是贪玩的，是好动的，一下课一阵风一样冲出教室，这是好多孩子的写照。所以也恳请家长在家一定教育孩子要注意安全，在家、在路上、在学校都要安全第一！不要到危险的地方去，不能滑楼梯，等等。孩子是每一个家庭的未来和希望，所以安全真是太重要了，学校对安全教育抓的很紧，同时也需要您的配合，我们都希望每个孩子健康成长。
2、再者就是部分同学做作业慢、书写不够规范、不能按时完成家庭作业。尤其是星期天在家时，有些同学根本就不看书。希望家长百忙之中多抽出时间关心一下孩子的学习，毕竟孩子的成长是一次性的，错过了便没有补救的机会。有些家长可能会说，我们不识字呀！我想，即使你不识字，只要你搬张凳子往他身边一坐，我不信他还敢乱画吗？
教了快一个学期了，我觉得孩子们都很聪明，可是为什么同样拥有聪明的头脑，同一个班级，同样的讲课方式，为什么学习成绩差别那么大呢？我认为，这主要是学生的家庭教育方式不一样，造成了学习习惯差别大的后果，一个班里有几十个人就有几十种情况，老师不可能固定一种方法，要做到因人而意的确很难。所以恳请各位家长一定要重视对孩子的思想教育和良好的学习习惯的培养。
孩子的教育单靠老师的力量是远远不够的，家长也应该积极的配合起来，帮助孩子养成良好的习惯，做到家校合一。
二、推荐几点做法：
家长该从哪里入手提高孩子的学习成绩培养孩子好的学习习惯。有的父母见到孩子入学以后，学习松懈，成绩一时不够理想，便十分焦急，有的时常抱怨、斥责孩子。还有的认为老师给的压力不够。这样的做法和想法都是十分错误的，学习习惯的养成是有一个过程的。我和你们一样，希望每一个孩子都能全面发展，都有更加美好的明天！
（一）家长要有正确的方法。
只要你在教育子女上不断体会琢磨总结反思，及时调整策略，你的孩子真的会朝着更好、更高、更强的目标前进。在这里我提几个想法，供大家去思考。
1、真爱孩子。指的是你要真正关爱孩子，熟悉孩子，理解孩子，能成为孩子的知心朋友。对孩子光有爱的热情还不够，还要有爱的能力，更要有爱的艺术，放松了不好，过严也不好，逼得太急，还会造成极个别学生离家出走，甚至自杀，后果十分严重，在全国范围内，这些例子都发生过。因此要宽严结合，恰到好处，真的也不容易。
2、家长垂范。你的思想道德、一言一行都会对孩子起到潜移默化的作用，因此每个家长要营造一个温馨的家庭环境，开展健康有益的家庭活动，并以自己的良好人格，文明的言行，创新意识，孝敬长辈，尊重他人的行为，吃苦耐劳和敬业奉献的精神去感染自己的孩子。不要只去怪孩子不认真负责，想想我们有没有得过且过的思想，不要只去怪孩子不勤奋学习，想想自己晚上有多少时间在看书、学习、工作。因此家长要时时处处以身作则，成为子女的楷模。美国心理学家指出：如果孩子生活在批评中，他便学会了谴责；如果孩子生活在敌视中，便学会好斗；如果孩子生活在恐惧中，便变得忧心忡忡；如果孩子生活在鼓励中，便学会自信；如果孩子生活在安全中，便学会相信自己周围的人们。因此这段时间尽量减少社会应酬，尤其不要邀请三朋四友到家中进行打麻将等娱乐活动，给孩子一个清静的复习环境。
3、用心激励。孩子只有时时受到表扬、激励，才能不断生上进的动力。
教育子女时正面赏识引导比直接批评惩罚效果好十倍百倍。有句话叫“说你好，真的好，不好也好。说你不好，真的不好，好也不好。”其实谎言重复一千遍就会变成真理，在激励孩子时父母美丽的谎言就更为重要。就拿考试来说：有2个学生同样考了个70分，一个家长狠狠批评孩子，要求下次一定要考到95分以上，考不到还要采取相应的惩罚，结果这个学生忧心忡忡，最后仍没达到要求，面对的是又一次失败，一次次失败只能导致丧失信心，变得越来越糟，家长的心情也变得越来越差。相反，另一个家长针对这种情况提出要努力就行，相信下次能考80分，孩子感到家长很体谅尊重他，提的要求不是很高，充满信心，果然一次比一次进步。激励能让孩子看到希望，看到光明。
4、绝不放弃
故事：绝不轻言放弃。还有一个故事是说一个人挖井，挖了很久，也没有出水，于是就放弃了，他断定这个地方没有水。接着又换一个地方，再换一个地方，就是找不到水。其实，只要再往下挖一点点，水就会出来。
家长们，世界上最容易的'事情就是放弃，希望你们在孩子表现不太好的时候也不要放弃，也许你的孩子成绩在班中平平，也许你的孩子的一些坏习惯一直改了又犯，你绝不能放弃，你再坚持一次也许那就是最后一次，你的孩子从此开始学业进步，坏习惯也彻底改了。
（二）当然，更希望你们家长能配合老师，在家督促自己的孩子学习：
首先是热情支持。父母对孩子学习上的支持是多方面的，比如在家里给孩子创造一个良好的学习环境。看电视时，尽量控制音量，不干扰孩子学习；孩子学习用的文具、书籍要给他们随时添置。同时在生活上注意孩子的衣食住行，使孩子时时感受到父母对他们的关怀。
其次是认真督促。由于孩子的自控能力差，父母心要的督促不能忽略。当遇到孩子放学后把书包一扔就去玩，或一边做作业一边听收录机、看小说、看电视时，父母就应劝导孩子，把孩子的注意力引导学习上来。督促孩子多看课外书，多积累课外知识；多读、多背、多听，这是学好语文的关键；
第三是仔细检查。虽父母不一定能看得懂孩子的作业，不一定天天有时间，但也要经常仔细检查孩子的作业本，因为作业可以反映出孩子的学习情况。如果发现作业马虎潦草，乱涂乱画，甚至不完成作业，父母就要及时追问原因，要求孩子重新做好。这样，可以逐步培养孩子认真严谨的学习态度和良好的习惯。
第四是积极配合。有些父母认为自己不懂，由学校去教好了，这种态度是不对的。正确的态度应是主动、经常地与老师联系，了解孩子的学习情况，倾听老师的意见，把孩子在家中的学习情况告诉老师，并根据孩子的特点和短处，采取相应的措施，帮助孩子学习好的功课。
孩子毕竟是孩子，对学习的重要性、目的性不一定十分明确，因而，孩子的自觉性不可能像我们成年人想象的那样自觉，难免会出现一些不自觉、或不认真现象，少不了家长的督促提醒，所以需要广大家长负起责任来，做好孩子的引路人和鞭策者。
（三）家长要有全面的关心，尤其是加强对孩子品德表现的关心。人无论做什么，都应该从小事做起，关注一点一滴，积小成大，由近及远。但是与此相反，在思想观念上，我想应该不能只关注眼前的、近小的利益，应该从人生长远的角度去思考与把握。所以不能只把眼光盯在孩子的学科成绩上，而忽略了孩子的人格塑造、良好品质的培养。虽然做好一个家长真的是很难，但我们还是应该努力。我相信，你们当中有很多家长，做着一个好家长，体验着做家长的快乐，但也有一些家长，真的很努力，很苦很累，只是有些状况不尽如人意，有时会羡慕别人家的孩子懂事听话又学习好，而自己吃了很多的苦，却还是不行，心理难免会不平衡或是失去信心，其实如果我们大人也要平衡好心态，人生总有得有失，人与人是不可比的，关键是孩子是在向着好的方向发展就对了。只要我们想努力做好一个家长，我们也就自然会有办法去解决一些问题，改变一些我们所不很满意的状态。俗话说：“世上无难事，只怕有心人”，只要我们愿意放弃一些休闲，多一点付出，那么一切一定会更好，努力之后总会有收获。而相应的，轻松的背后则也许会有一些遗憾或是一些作为家长的自责或歉疚。
我觉得培养学生成人，学习好固然重要，身心健康也很重要，思想道德素养更加重要，有专家指出：“学习不好是次品，身体不好是废品，心理不好是危险品，思想不好是危害品”。
知识改变命运，能力创造奇迹，人品决定前途。一个人将来能否有所作为，除了水平能力，更主要的看这个人的品格如何，因为“品格决定成就。”
我们家长在教育子女中要从品格教育入手，才能培养出举止文明，品行端庄，风度高雅，充满自信，敢于争先的孩子来。
良好的品格养成了，还需要担心孩子不文明礼貌，不勤奋好学，不求上进吗？因此我们家长要做的就是从现在开始，从孩子的小事细节抓起，以“品格第一”的理念去教育引导孩子，去训练培养孩子，去开发挖掘孩子的潜能，去创造各种机会让孩子获得成功，去体验因点滴成功所带来的快乐，从而进一步激励孩子走向成功。
各位家长，学生的成长和发展，离不开我们教师的辛勤劳动，也离不开家长的密切配合，更离不开学生的自身努力。只有三股绳拧到一起，孩子们才能创造出一个灿烂的明天。最后，我预祝每位家长用心培养，让每个孩子走向成功。
