As the development of the world, our country’s economy has become more and more better, people’s life standard has become much better, so people have money to amuse. Private car, once seemed to be untouchable for the ordinary people, now has been bought by most families. Owing private cars indeed brings people much convenience, but at the same time, it also has disadvantages. First, it needs to cost people a lot of money to keep the private cars. People need to buy a carport to stop the car, as it is known to all that buying a carport is very expensive, people also need to cost money to buy the gasoline. When the car is broken, it needs money to fix.
Nowadays more and more families own private cars. private cars, as the product of modem civilization, have been playing a vital role in people‘s daily activities. first, private cars are a convenient means of transportation. you can go wherever you like. secondly, there is no doubt that private cars will have a great impact on the economic growth. the rapid car industry growth will contribute much to keeping the country‘s economy growing at a higher rate in the near futrue.
But every coin has two sides. the development of the private cars will bring about a series of problems. for example, the polluted air given off by cars will do great harm to our health, too many private cars will lead to traffic jams and a great deal of energy will be wasted and so on.
So i think we should take advantages of private cars and make them serve us better. meantime we hope that satisfactory solutions to these negative problems will be found soon.
Nowadays more and more private cars have entered thousands of ordinary families. privatecars are used every day to carry i people to and from work. at weekends, private cars take families on joyful outings. most of people living in the city like private cars very much. what is more, the development of the car industry will stimulate other industries, such as iron and steel production. so the private car benefits the growth of economy.
Private cars, like everything else, have more than one face. private cars have also given rise to a series of problems. for example, the street are crowded with cars. they not only cause traffic accidents which injure or kill a large number of people each year, but also make great noise and give off many poisonous gases. but i believe we can solve all of the problems in the near futrue.
With the development of society, people’s living standard has got great improvement. There are more and more people having private cars. Almost every family has one car. But every coin has two sides. Private car bring many advantages to our human beings, but it also brings many disadvantages to us. There are several reasons counting for my view.
On the one hand, private car bring great convenience to us. We can go everywhere we want with a private car. We don’t need to queue for a bus and squeeze in the bus. We also don’t need to worry about the distance of our destination. We can make it without striking a blowing with a private car. Besides, staying in the private car is very comfortable. We won’t face the sunshine and rain directly and we can have air-conditioning in the car. Owing a private car has so many benefits.
On the other hand, private cars also left many problems to us. The most obvious is that it joins hands in the traffic jam. As there are many private cars on the road, in the street, but the road is too small to hold them, so traffic jam comes out. Traffic jam affects everyone out. We all know that the off-gas from private car is harmful to the air that we breathe. Because of it, many people get ill.
In a word, though private car brings pros to us, it also brings cons to us. For the sake of our human beings’ long term development, we need to use cars properly, take the bus to work more.
With the fantastic spur both in industry and in economy in China, the number of people who own private cars is on the rise. Some people have bought cars of their own, and others are planning to buy cars. But there have been two quite different views on this claim that there are many advantages brought about by cars. First, the automobile industry provides jobs for countless workers and strong support for other industries. Second, if conditions permit, owning a car can make us work more efficiently. Finally, life will become more convenient. A car allows one to move freely and with a car there is no need to wait for the bus in the cold or under the burning , others strongly object to the increase in developing private cars. They hold that automobiles will give rise to a series of problems. In the first place, as more and more cars are produced and run in the street, a large volume of poisonous gas will be given off, polluting the atmosphere and causing actual harm to the health of people. Next, private cars contribute to traffic congestion so greatly that the advantages gained in comfort and freedom are often cancelled out by the frustration caused by traffic jams. The last problem is the increasing number of car accidents that have killed and will kill a lot of people in a friction of a my opinion, although automobiles have been playing a vital part in the daily activities of our society, they also bring us numerous troubles such as more serious environmental pollution, more traffic accidents and more angrgy consumption. They drink up huge amounts of fuel and throw out huge amounts of pollutants. Traffic accidents kill thousands and thousands of people each year and cripple more. Jams waste our precious time. Therefore I am against developing private cars.
With the rapid development of economy in China, the number of people who own private cars is rising day after day. Quite different views exist as to this is no doubt that private cars have been playing an important part in the daily activities of our society. To start with, cars can save time for people when they go out. Second, cars can help parents take their children to school. Moreover, owning a car is a fashion and represents the high quality of life. Of course, others strongly object to developing private cars because automobiles have given rise to a series of problems, such as air pollution, traffic jams and energy consumption. Besides, it causes actual harm to the health of people.
In my opinion it is impractical to encourage private cars in China. I sincerely believe that private cars should be discouraged in China. At present, we should raise the price of gasoline to the prohibitive level to make car-driving expensive enough. All in all, the development of private cars should be restricted in China.
Many years ago, the private car is expensive, there are not so many people can afford it. Since our country has joined WTO, the economy develops fast, more and more people have money to buy what they want, now as people’s life standard has improved in general, private car is no longer belongs to the rich people, most families can afford.
Owning the private cars has many advantages, first, people can save time.
They can drive their cars to go where they want directly, they don’t have to waste to time to wait for the bus. Second, it is much convenient for people, they can drive their cars to go travel, enjoying the beautiful scenery all the way.
Nowadays, any Chinese can enjoy the luxury of owning a private car - if he or she can afford it. Having a car of your own means no more traveling to work on crowded buses or subway trains, and you can drop off the children at school on the way. Moreover, it also means that you can enjoy the weekends and holidays better, because with a car you can go to places where the regular buses and trains do not go, and so you can find a quiet scenic spot with no crowds.
However, there are drawbacks to owning a car. For one thing, with the increase in car ownership in recent years, the roads are becoming more and more crowded, often making the journey to work more of a nightmare than a dream. For another, it is not cheap to run a car, as the prices of gasoline and repairs are constantly rising, not to mention the prices you have to pay for a licence and insurance coverage.
Having considered both sides of the argument, I have come to the conclusion that the advantages of owning a car outweigh the disadvantages. Therefore, it seems to me that China should increase its output of automobiles and enlarge the private car market. The result would be that cars would become cheaper, while at the same time the extra demand would encourage the auto industry to produce more efficient and family-oriented vehicles.
Recently years, with the rapid development in our country, more and more people own their private cars. Some people think that private cars should be restricted, while others think that private cars should be encouraged. As far as I concern, I think owning a private car has both advantages and disadvantages. On one hand, private cars do bring the owners convenience and comfortable. If you have a car, you don’t need to take the bus or subway to work. You can image how crowded and slow when you get on a bus, especially during the rush hours. With your own car, you just don’t need to worry about this problem. What’s more, you can go to any places at any moment with your private car. Traveling by car is very comfortable and flexible. You can stop as you pleased and don’t need to worry about others feeling. I guess this is the biggest advantages of private cars. On the other hand, the disadvantages of private cars are obvious. The noises that produce by cars are unbearable, the exhaust gas that cars give off are bad for people’s health. With countless cars on the street, people find it becomes harder to find a parking spot. What’s worse, tens of thousands people are killed or injured in the traffic accidents. To sum up, private cars provide us with convenience as well as harm. Whether or not afford a private car depends on personal details.?
The Disadvantages of Private Cars
As the development of the world, our country’s economy has become more and more better, people’s life standard has become much better, so people have money to amuse. Private car, once seemed to be untouchable for the ordinary people, now has been bought by most families. Owing private cars indeed brings people much convenience, but at the same time, it also has disadvantages. First, it needs to cost people a lot of money to keep the private cars. People need to buy a carport to stop the car, as it is known to all that buying a carport is very expensive, people also need to cost money to buy the gasoline. When the car is broken, it needs money to fix.
as time develops, there are many large changing happening in people ‘s lives .
being like other west countries, private cars begin to be very popular in our country certainly, there must be many things following with it. maybe it is good for our society,or maybe it is harmful.
now, i’d like to announce some not mature opinions. in our lives, especially in this century, time becomes more and more important buses seem to be more bulky than the private cars. we can go anywhere which we like immediately in our own car. but, if you come to wait for a bus, it will take your much time, and it’s more likely to be no seats. in this hand, you must choice the convenient way to buy a private car for yourself.
but do you ever think the harms for the society. i will bring you some eamples. when the time develops that time that everyone has their own car, all the roads will be filled up by the cars. and there isn’t place for you to remove. what will be performed in the earth is obvious. this is not in the least. when the car is flooding, the waste gas will be ehausted everywhere, so that the air we are living in will be polluted seriously.
are you agree with my opinions. now, i’d like to make you some place to think over what i said about the private cars.
Nowadays more and more families own private cars. Private cars, as the product of modem civilization, have been playing a vital role in peoples daily activities. First, private cars are a convenient means of transportation. You can go wherever you like. Secondly, there is no doubt that private cars will have a great impact on the economic growth. The rapid car industry growth will contribute much to keeping the countrys economy growing at a higher rate in the near futrue.
Owning a car is seen as a desirable option to many. However, mass car ownership clearly has a number of undesirable consequences for the environment and community life generally.
It is true that owning an affordable and reliable vehicle enables people to be more self-reliant, which means people are granted the flexibility of autonomous travel without worrying the deficiency of public transport. / Today, there are different types of automobiles catering to the requirements/ of the users. With the arrival of the automatic transmission, driving the ca'r has become easier for the public. People can travel at extremely fast speed and are also nimble in the busy city traffic. Apart from cutting the travel time, cars also express the individuality of their owners.
Nevertheless, the increasing car use has resulted in traffic congestion in the city. Easy availability of loans has allowed people to buy more than one automobile for their family. Since the construction of roads usually has not kept pace with the number of vehicles produced and sold, the whole transport system has suffered and further pressure has been put on the environment.
Excessive cars on the roads are causing pollution in the form of vehicle emissions. Cars emit greenhouse gases, such as carbon dioxide, which contribute to global warming. Some air pollutants and particulate matter from cars can be deposited on soil and surface waters where they enter the food chain. These substances can affect the reproductive, respiratory, immune and neurological systems of animals. Nitrogen oxides and sulfur oxides are major contributors to acid rain, which changes the PH of waterways and soils and can harm the organisms that rely on these resources.
In spite of the fact that there is much that can and should be done to discourage unnecessary car use, cars are still essential modes of transport. The fast pace of technological advances has compelled scientists to design vehicles that would be running on clean and pollution less fuel in the future. Hybrid cars that are under production symbolize the respect for the environment.
With the living standards rising rapidly, more and more Beijing residents have cars of their own. Statistics show that in Beijing alone, there are 2500,000 cars, among which private cars add up to(=number) 1700,000. The increase in the number of cars brings about a lot of problems, such as air pollution, noise, traffic congestion and gas shortage. Then a controversy arises: whether private cars should be encouraged in Beijing? People differ in their opinions on it.
Many residents are against owning cars. According to them, private cars have to be limited in Beijing. The reasons for it are obvious. To begin with, cars contribute to air pollution. Beijing is now plagued by serious air pollution. If people are to have cars of their own, the already contaminated atmosphere will get even dirtier. Secondly, private cars can be a terrible threat to the already heavy traffic in the city. If more cars are allowed onto busy streets, there will be more traffic jams, which is really a public hazard to all of us. Finally, cars consume a large amount of fuel. Though China is rich in its oil resources, they are running out rapidly. All these facts allow of only one solution: to limit the ever growing number of cars.
In my opinion, private cars should be discouraged in Beijing. In order to leave clean air, wide and safe roads and abundant energy resources to our descendants, we have to say “No” to private cars. As far as the great demand for means of transport is concerned, we can develop mass transit to take the place of private cars. In short, Beijing does not need private cars.
It is obviously that a private can load only from 5 to 8 person, to be more precise, the private car we talk about limited to five passengers, the eight passenger type is what we called MPV (multi-purpose vehicle). To travel limited quantity of people we consumed significant high amount of resources in contrast to the Mass Transist system such as bus, train or underground railway. The frequently use of private car also occupy lot of space on the road and result in traffics. Accidents are proportional related to number of vehicles on the road and obviously private car owns a relatively high percentage of them.
With the rapid development of Chinese economic and the improvement of living standards of ordinary people, more and more private cars are on road. Some people think private cars can bring great convenience to the owners while others argue that government should put a limit on private cars. In my humble opinion, we should put a limit on private cars.
First of all, the more private cars, the more traffic jams. If people stuck on a traffic jam, it will cost them a lot of time, some people even late for work. What’s more, nowadays finding a parking spot is much harder than before because there are too many cars on streets. Sometimes you just arrive at the destination, but you just cannot find a place to park your car. The place is so crowded that you have to park in other place which may be far away from your destination.
Secondly, the price of gasoline and repairs are constantly rising, not to mention the pricesfor the insurance and the fear of being stolen. If you do not make enough money, you can barely pay for the fees of the cars. This can cause great burdento your daily life.
Last but not least, the cars produce tens of thousands of carbon dioxide, which will create greenhouse effect and other serious environmental pollution. Some environmentalists predict that in the next few years, the ozone layer will fully disappear and will increase the rate of getting skin cancer. And the air we breathe in is not as pure as before, do we really need to sacrifice our future to enjoy the so called convenience?
Due to these reason, I think people should think twice before they buy a private car. Weshould not only consider the increasing cost of owning a car, but also should think about the future we have. It’s not only a personal thing, but also the whole country, the whole world.
As we can learn from the graph, the ownership of private cars varies from year to year. In the year of 1990, there are only two cars among 100 families, but in the year of 1995, it is 10, and it goes up dramatically to 30 in 20_. Generally speaking, it involves an upward trend.
There are three reasons for the change. To begin with, people’s income has been improved, more and more families can afford cars; in addition to it, the price of cars has been brought down sharply; last but not the least, various measures to stimulate consumption taken by our government can’t be ignored. All these factors result in the rapid change in the ownership of private cars.
To sum up, with the further development of our economy, there is no doubt that
more and more families will have their own cars.
